I can re-called once I was visting my mom the first time 3 years ago give or take and I do re-call when they was building the mall and it was 2 shopping center over my mom sub div and Now since I do live in Century Village Of Pembroke Pines FL and I am a Care taker for her. I seen few shops come and go but I am ALWAYS a suck on 3 things!
1) Book Store
2) StarrBucks
3) I am a TOTAL DIVA who love to shop!---LOL,
I walk over the mall! GUYS com on there tons of parking and even there OPEN lots for future store fronts on emity lots you can park there so don't cry over there no parking! -

This shopping center is great! It is chock full of the best stores (even better than most of the local malls in the area) Think of it as a combo strip mall and actual mall - the best of both worlds! The layout is great. There is plenty of room for walking and cars. Also plenty of restaurants with all different fare.... Great spot to take friends and family from out of town.
The only downside to it is that it's out in the middle of nowhere! Well, I shouldn't say that - If you live in the Pines or Weston it's not too far. Those in the east it's definitely a trek. I will definitely say that the area needed something like this though.... A+++ -

Great spot to shop & have a nice lunch or dinner out. I love outdoorsy malls specially during those breezy & sunny florida day or nights.
They have many options for dining from Italian to an Irish Pub (which is great). Also, of course the ever available everywhere in the freaking world Starbucks and also Lime's (it's ok in my opinion)
I wish it would be closer to home because I love the set up and also that you have many of my favorite stores in one place.
They just opened Old Navy and there's a shop for everyone, from DSW for the shoe-aholic like me or maybe you need something sexy for the evening then stop at VS to see what's up. My mom even loves it...she hearts Coldwater Creek (it's like a Chico's if you get my drift but less pretentious.. LOL)
I really like the Irish Pub and the Tavern for some drinks and a bite to eat late at night. There's also Brio (Italian) I've heard is also nice but I haven't tried any food there.
Happy shopping!!! -

I only went to eat at one of the locations I didn't go shopping here so I can't really give it a 5.

Nice place to walk around after dinner. Not much for Guys to do but what do you expect from Outdoor shops anyway. Adding Cheesecake Factory was a nice move. In the end, they need more Guy stuff :)

You can't go wrong at an outdoor mall--especially in Florida. You have a wide selection of shops to attend and good restaurants. I been around this mall for a couple of years now. The restaurants in the shopping mall start getting packed around 11--especially on weekends. Most of the restaurants are located on the one side of the mall and they tend to be dressy once dinner starts getting served.

This place was a heaven sent to Pembroke Pines. This is the ONLY place in the area where you can go get a trendy outfit, delish bite to eat, a mani/pedi and a glass of wine. The Barnes and Noble is also an amazing place to unwind read a book and drink a cup of coffee.
I don't know how I ever lived in world where this mall did not exist.Listed in: My Favorite Places in Pembroke…

Nothing like an outdoor shops on a warm sunny day!
There are higher end stores and moderate stores. For the mature and the young. For the conservative and the raunchy. Jewelry. Bookstore. There are tons of restaurants (american, italian, mexican...) and of course an ice cream shop. One of the more important things is that it is well kept and clean!
WARNING: parking spots can be difficult but do not give up (unless it's a weekend....)! -

Spent the day here, with a friend shopping, eating and enjoying our day.
This is an outdoor mall with so much to offer. When I lived in Weston and this mall opened it was very exciting. The layout is nice and open, upscale with the great architecture. Many different options of stores and restaurants. The construction going on is a nightmare but hopefully once they finish it will be better.
In the middle of our Florida summer's, it can get very hot walking around, but take shelter in one of the fabulous stores, or cool down with a nice cocktail in a local restaurant. I always seem to find some great things at this mall. They have plenty of parking.
Great way to spend the day shopping with a friend and enjoying our beautiful climate.Listed in: Broward County Favorites!!

If you like waiting to eat tasteless, overpriced food in several different restaurants with the same exact atmosphere, shopping at off-brand clothing stores that pretend to be upscale, driving for 45 minutes to find a parking spot, and never leave Pembroke Pines, then you'll love this place. The only reason I would ever come here is if it's an off time, I'm in the area, and I feel like eating at Lime. I really like the outdoor layout of this place, but the design is not pleasant looking at all, as it just resembles a typical Pines strip mall built at street-level. They really could have been a lot more creative with the landscaping and design of this place, and I think west Broward could support stronger tenants and some kind of upscale anchor store (maybe a Nordstrom?). Oh, and who the hell designed the entrance/exits to this place? Nothing but gridlock onto 145th if you are trying to make a left turn. Can someone please invest in a decent shopping/dining/meeting area in Broward County?

A very nice open air mall that reminded me a lot of California for some reason. Lots of restaurants and most of the being new to the area, such as Stir Crazy, an Asian joint that lets you choose your own stir fry ingredients and Brimstone Wood Fire Grill.
I just stopped here to go to the Barnes and Nobles but when I get a chance to try all the different restaurants - I counted 14 in all - I'll yelp more.
Oh by the way, the B & N was nice. Extremely friendly staffListed in: I'm number 1, The Places I Go Out

For suburban Pembroke Pines, this is definitely a nice and surprising hangout place for an outdoor shopping mall. It has a quaint neighborhood feel (if you don't venture into the surrounding parking lots), lots of stores/restaurants (including some South Florida chains like Lime, Stir Crazy, and Barbara Palacios), and there's always a crowd. It actually seems to be more popular than the mall across the street.
It reminds me of Sugar Land's Town Center in Houston - but without the City Hall, fountain, or plaza. Heh. -

Old Navy just moved here and there are new little spots coming in all the time. Barnes & Nobles is great especially if we skip the first entrance and go in by DSW. It saves time and gets us a quick parking spot. I'm not too fond of Lime but there are so many other places to eat. Right now we are addicted to Gelato.

this place is swellerific!
thouth the layout makes for great excersize and perspiration, the stores and restaurants are def worth a few laps around the parking lot!
my favorite corner for happy hour is the ra sushi corner, theres 2/3 other places around it and you can jump from place to place. They also have a bunch of other restaurants that are worth a try and in terms of shopping there is a little bit for everyone! -

Ate at the Tavern Garden Friday night. My waitress was awesome and ordered for me. I was drunk by the end of the meal. The Tuna I ate was insane. I will be back.

This place is actually called the Village Tavern - nice american fare. Great atmosphere - fireplace!!! The salads were a bit mediocre but enjoyed the flatbread pizza (gruyere and onion). Bar staff is friendly and helpful. Nice hangout.

I love this new mall. It's an open mall, very trendy, very nice. It has a variety of favorite stores like Sephora, DSW, Banana Republic, Bebe, Ann Taylor Loft, Z Gallery, etc., etc., also Barnes & Noble, Starbucks, Lime (Mexican) Rest., Ra Sushi Bar, and many others. I just wish for a movie theater, that would complete everything. Great place to hang out.

Review from Peter C.
Quite a nice surprise - we initially pulled off of the freeway just to look for a bathroom (the Barnes & Noble sign from a distance was a beacon of hope). The shopping area turned out to be quite charming, though slightly generic with all the usuals, Gap, ZGallerie, Banana Republic, you know, your usual mall. However, given the perfect weather, a nice blessed latte in hand and chances to thump those tired feet from driving all day, Pembroke Gardens was a little urban oasis.
