I've never bought anything from the Sheldon store (I swear I will one of these days...), but for fear that Yelpers will hate bc of the many seemingly troll reviews, I'll put in my two cents. I just looove this comic strip.  It's funny, loveable, and glorious in its geekiness. Don't even deny that last point. There are cameo appearances by Jobs and Gates!

I especially love how it pokes fun at big corporations and marketing. Anyone remember the German owner in the Chrysler commericals? Sheldon does.  The strip that hooked me made fun of people who try to be classy by buying French posters from Bed, Bath & Beyond because they "ain't got no English on it." Awesome Sauce! Best store ever! Dave e-mailed me when an item ordered was delayed, then sent an extra goody to make up for the delay. Excess shipping fees were refunded. Orders came at warp speed. "Ama-you -know-who".com should take lessons from this guy. Definitely going to order again (and again, and again, and again...) and highly recommend. Plus, who doesn't love ten-year old geniuses hangin' out with talking ducks, lizards, and their grandpas? Snap-A-Doo!

I've bought all 4 Sheldon books, a shirt and 4 originals from the Sheldon store.

Now I've done a lot of shopping over the internet, and living in "Old Europe", the shipping fees usually make me grind my teeth until it hurts. It also usually takes about 3 weeks for anything ordered from a US store to arrive here. And then you have to pay ridiculously large sums for the customs clearance.

But not at the Sheldon store! Each time I was amazed at the low shipping fees for international shipping and the surprisingly fast delivery - my orders always arrived after about a week! And the customer service is outstanding; any time you have a request or a question, you can just email Dave Kellett and he will change your order immediately. This is without exaggeration the best store I've ever shopped at :)

Dave is a god.  I adore my daily Sheldon fix and ordering from the Sheldon store has been just as great. I can't say enough about the merchandise and the service.

I've ordered three or four times from the Sheldon Store, and have had refunds twice because Dave found that the actual shipping cost was less than the estimated. How often does this happen when you deal with the big companies?

The big joy, of course, is the comic itself; and when you consider that this guy puts it out there EVERY SINGLE DAY -- for FREE -- maybe you'll agree with me that he and the folks like him should be given medals.
