Yes! A great hoppy IPA, Happy Camper IPA. This beer is total legit. Crisp, refreshing, hoppy but not too hoppy, and all wrapped up in a sick can with a big badass zia (the sun or representation on the NM state flag). I just found my new go to beer here in Denver and it's available at my LQ..... the Keg!
Indeed, I am a happy camper!

This review is for the tasting room. There is no pub at this location.
The staff is very knowledgable and will give out tastes, small pours, and any info you may need to find a beer you'll like. I think we were the only tourists there. Everyone else seemed to be a regular. Several people showed up and said hi to others. This might just be a Santa Fe (aka small town) thing as I saw this occur several times on our trip.
There are a couple outdoor tables where people can smoke, if that's your thing.
As far as the beers go, I really liked the java porter, the stout, and the Chicken Killer. I was not wowed by the nut brown. -

Great beer made by good people.
The Tasting Rooms, on Fireplace and also out in Eldo are great hangouts and $2.50-$3 pints for top notch beer. Unbeatable. If you love good beer and good company Santa Fe Brew. -

so im a big fan of going to breweries and trying their beer.
This past March i took a vacation from Texas to Santa Fe, NM. i went to this place and i really liked it!
Im a fan of beer that has a lot of hops and if you are too then this place is for you! i came during a night time and had their beer sampler and it was rlly good.
it's a fun place, upstairs they have a game-room with dart boards and a ping pong table and leather couches. It's a very relaxed casual atmosphere and if i ever come back to Santa Fe i will definitely come back to this place! -

The food is good. However, don't use your credit card here. The waiter gave himself a $30 tip on our credit card. When we repeatedly called and emailed the restaurant, we were met with zero response, just a "I'll have a manager call you back." He or she never did.
Go to Marble Brewery in the Santa Fe Plaza instead. You get a great view, wonderful service, better food, and it costs about the same. -

First time visit last night, we will definitely be back here. What a great find- solid beer, solid service, great location off the beaten path.
ADDRESS is 35 FIRE ROAD
One star- great bar food- we had cheese quesa with tomatoes and fries for little girl, hubby had chicken burrito with green chili (which he said was more chicken than beans-very nice), and I had caesar salad and artichoke dip. Also one IPA and two Porters.
One star- great prices - total bill was $37 for a great amount of food- this was a good value for sure !!
One star- super nice staff: accommodated our toddler by wiping down the highchair, showed us where to order and where to pick up our food, explained Open-Mike started in an hour so we should choose our seats accordingly- just made us feel very welcome.
One star- Ambiance- the bar had a cosy fire that was lit and I can't wait for summer because their patio looks amazing- the restaurant is out in the middle of nothing so the stars are clear and the full moon was coming up over the horizon- I can imagine sitting here and watching the sun set over the beautiful mountains while enjoying a fresh beer - just like the Mtn Sun in Boulder-- it's starting to feel like home. -

One word of warning: the appetizers are HUGE.
The porter was absolutely delicious. Loved the flavor so much we brought some back to Texas with us.
The staff outside is super friendly while the folks inside seemed to be a tad busy and less than helpful. -

SFBC is a decent, no frills Brewpub in Santa Fe where there seems to be a good amount of Brewpubs. Similar to a place like Boston, Albany, NY or Berkeley, CA - Santa Fe has a lot of Brewpubs to choose from. Santa Fe has a really, really nice friendly staff that does a good job taking care of you. SFBC is great for the communal feel.
There will be plenty of debate on who ranks as the best Brewpub in town. Plus, folks will potentially compare SFBC to maybe another Brewpub elsewhere. Aside from this, SFBC is good. I particularly like their Happy Camper IPA offering, as you can get it on draft here, as it is only available in cans everywhere else.
The food is good, but for me, the main staple to a Brewpub is their burger. I have had it at the SFBC on three occasions. The Cheddar Green Chile Burger is a winner and I recommend it. I cannot recommend any other food as of now, as I have only had the CGC burger. -

Have you ever walked into a place and the conversation completely stops and everybody stares at you? That didn't happen to me here.
Had trouble finding this place, but found a visitors center and they pointed me in the right direction. I still got a bit lost.
So I walked in and it was happy hour and I was very happy about that. It was fairly packed, but the place is small. It seemed as if everybody there knew everybody else. Ok. Not a big deal. Santa Fe isn't exactly huge. I did feel like a few people stared at me when I walked in. That is fine too. I'm a stranger. I completely understand.
Anyway I walked up to the bar and ordered a happy hour beer ($2.50 pints). Nut Brown Ale. Yum yum.
I found a seat as a few guys off to the side had an extra seat. Ended up talking with them a bit and then moved over to the bar where I ended up speaking to some of the locals. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel at home. This is the great thing about traveling alone. You meet people you probably wouldn't otherwise meet if you were with others. Super friendly vibe here.
Good beer. Friendly people. $2.50 pints during happy hour. Sold. -

Cool patio. Friendly staff. Awesome fries. Great beer. I loved all three that I tried, especially the Oktoberfest.
We went there on a Sunday afternoon, and it was pretty dead -- which was actually just fine by us. But I'd love to come back sometime and check out a show. It looked like a nice venue for live music, and the calendar had some good acts listed on it.Listed in: Sant Fe Gems

Santa Fe Brewing Company appears to be a happening place if you're in to the music scene in Santa Fe.
The food and beverage ordering process undoubtedly accommodates large crowds well but it was a bit confusing to first-timers during a non-show time. Ordering food at a counter is fine but it was hard to tell what was available and the staff wasn't overly helpful in terms of assisting or suggesting that we could keep our tab open in order to order a second round of drinks. Felt as though we may have arrived for during a shift change or something.
Beer was very good - food was average brewery fare.
If we lived in Santa Fe we would undoubtedly go back to Santa Fe Brewing and become more savvy with their menu. Music venue looked impressive and the September calendar was packed full of good music offerings. Also, the tasting room looked very tempting .... -

Went here with family this past weekend.
Pluses: wonderful outdoor patio. Taos Cow ice cream. Friendly staff. Tasty fries. I am not a beer drinker, but the individuals who were with me are, and they enjoyed their selections.
Minuses: My veggie burger was amazingly burnt. Ick. But since I had gotten blue cheese on the burger, I couldn't really taste much else besides that. Kind of out of the way too. From what I gather, Santa Fe isn't really a huge area, and everything seems to revolve around downtown. This isn't in that area... but maybe that's a plus too. We did drive by the entrance the first time we went there.
Nothing in particular stood out about SFBC to me. The food was same ol' same ol, but I loved being able to sit outdoors and admire the desert scenery. -

The Pub & Grill at the SF Brewing Co is now closed for good. Only the beer tasting room is open but there is no food.

Just got back from the Amanda Palmer show at the SFBC and it was awesome and gives this establishment another star... I had their burger with bacon and avocado and highly recommend it... Mine was cooked to a perfect medium rare and worth every penny.

Difficult to find, but worth the effort. They do live music and have some really good bar food, not to mention the beer and ice cream. When I went, it was a little empty, but it was two o'clock in the afternoon and the lunch crowd was gone. I had the shroom burger with Thai coleslaw, wheat beer, and pistachio ice cream. Yummy!

Whenever I visit a new spot I like to try something that I can't get anywhere else. Breweries present formidable challenges because pub food will be pub food and SFBC wasn't much different. They do get originality points however for a having an Avocado Margarita!?! I have to admit the first sip is a bit strange texturally and the lime definitely needs to be squeezed into the drink to make it 100% awesome, but it's a solid cocktail. They also get points for great service with our party of 10+ people and accepting 8 credit cards as payment for our bill. With decent food and a decent drink selection, Santa Fe Brewing is worth a visit and a safe bet for a large group.

this place is great. we wanted to go to a local brewery as we always do in new cities. we only had time for one, and we picked this one. it was winter and an hour before they closed on a sat night, so there was no food. it seemed more of a tasting room than a place to go eat. but it was awesome. there were so many beers to choose from, i had to get the sampler. 7 small glasses of their brews for 5 bucks? holy cow! i loved almost all of them. the java stout was amazing, if you like the taste of coffee. we took home 2 six packs. and the nut brown was also amazing. the bar tender was very nice. he was the only one there, and altough the sign said they closed at 9, he cleary did not mind filling pints for the locals right up until 9:05. they have tons of medals on the wall and for good reason. the only beer i didn't care for was the typical coors type pale that every brewery feels they need to make. but the unique ones like the chicken killer and java stout were awesome. it was a bit hard to find, but worth it. if you like beer, stop by
