The Saint

This place is all sorts of bad vibes.

As my wife and friends tried to make our way inside, the doorman insisted on seeing our IDs first. We're all in our 50s. Ridiculous. He was trying his best to be a huge dick. Welcome to The Saint.

Once inside, there was nothing about this place that felt good to me. We had to deal with some crusty-looking lowlifes who appeared within a few minutes of our arrival. I nearly got in a fight with one tosspot in particular who kept putting his hands and arms on my wife. I'd already talked to him once, letting him know she was with me and not to touch her. He responded with some gibberish I could not understand. I don't think he was speaking English at all.

Before long, I decided to call a Uber for my wife and I because I could just feel that it was past time to get the hell out of this dive. Minutes before my Uber arrived, that same miscreant walked over to my wife and put his grubby arm around her waist. I walked over and abruptly removed him from my wife, then directed her to head toward the exit. As I turned around behind her, this motherfucker grabbed my arm from behind whereupon I spun around, ready to fight. My wrath was incurred at this point, to say the least. We were suddenly face-to-face, but I think he instantly regretted touching me because it didn't take him a second to see the look in my eyes. He put his hands up, muttered something intelligible, and then sulked away. At that point my wife and I departed this pisshole, never to return.

My friends and their wives stayed, however, but soon wish they hadn't. After I left, the same shithead with who I nearly got into a fight for touching my wife followed my friend's wife into the woman's restroom. She did not know this creep had done this until she was exiting the stall, where she found him standing there waiting for her. This motherfucker tried pushing her back into the stall, but she managed to rush past him and ran out of the restroom.

As I said, bad vibes all night at The Saint.

I live nearby and used to come here every couple weeks for the cheap drinks and fun dancing on Fridays and Saturdays, but I will never go back after my last interaction with the door guy, Angus. Beyond hostile and disrespectful, especially towards women, the other negative reviews are accurate. I'm not sure how someone who clearly hates their job and the bar's customers so much still has it.

I was at The Saint tonight with a group of women. A guy got creepy and the DJ stopped his set to tell him to leave. Love a safe fun late night dance spot!

security is absolutely rude to women but does not disrespect men. very strange and ruined the entire night for me and my friend.

Best after bar in the area. This is the spot to come if you wanna see locals F uped in the area. Equality DU as well as clientele, its a local tradition to spend a late night here at The Saint!!!

Great place to end the night! BUT THE BOUNCER IS AN ASSHOLE. he mad me scared for my life! He started yelling and about to get physical with me.

BEST DIVE BAR IN TOWN!! Love this place. Everyone is bitching about the door guy being an ass but let's be honest, just show him your Id and move along, no need for conversation and who cares if he's rude? He's keeping all of the drunk obnoxious MFers out that you don't want to be annoyed sharing the bar/ bathroom with. Thank him next time.

Anyway, this is an "industry" bar.... shit pops off after midnight. Love the late night DJs and AJ is the best bartender!!! I usually find myself blacked out, embarrassing myself on the dance floor or spending too much money in the photo booth. Always a good time.
They also have ghost pepper tequila. Get ready to call out sick tomorrow

The Saint is definitely a go-to for late night music and dancing. I mean seriously, late. People don't arrive to this place until 2:30am. The drinks are ok as far as price and strength. The DJ is always pretty good...they typically play a mix of current and throw back rap/hip hop/pop hits. It is just SO. EXTREMELY. HOT. in this place during the hot months...pretty much as hot and humid as outside, but worse because it's a whole bunch of people packed into a room with zero ventilation. Thank goodness for the Gatorade jug with water. But otherwise, it's a good move for late night music and dancing...the only other option is pretty much Frenchman.

Door guy sucks. Dude acted like coronavirus was born yesterday and was a dick to our one friend out of ten that didn't have his Covid vaccine card on hand. Dude takes his job very seriously so
