This building would be absolutely chaotic if it wasn't for the hard-work of their leasing agent, Steven. He is quick to remediate problems as soon as they arise. He is both responsive and cordial!

We are relocating to Houston soon and did a tour of this building with Steven last month. This review is based on the experience we had with Steven. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with. We had many appointments scheduled and he went out of his way to accommodate us. If we end up renting a until at the Rice it will be based on our experience with Steven.

I came to The Rice to see some apartments & Samantha was my leasing agent. She was very informative & attentive to my wants in my new apartment as well as being personable. I won't be moving until August but I will definitely keep The Rice in mind.

In that time my brand new car was vandalized three separate times in their parking garage, I had no power in July and August on two separate occasions that lasted two days each time, I have had my unit flooded twice with toilet water from a unit above me destroying all my bedroom furniture, I have field cockroaches coming into my unit from the walls and ceiling and every time it rains the roof and windows leak water into my unit. The elevators frequently break and they have reduced the cleaning staff so much that the common areas of the building are filthy and they now rent 30 units to sonders who rents them out as hotel rooms for 80 bucks a night.
