Be part of the Nation in style! Honestly the coolest t-shirts for any team around (ha! read it and weep Yankees fans!)

I especially love the new Big in Japan shirt- I am buying them to give as omiyage when I visit Japan in the fall.

Ahhhh...it's so refreshing to find a site that sells quality Red Sox -related merchandise!

I'll admit, when I first saw those "Yankees youknowwhat" Tshirts I laughed, and bought one....and never wear it in public. And yeah, I have a few jerseys and official MLB shirts/sweatshirts that cost an arm and a leg. Then I was introduced to the Red Seat. They have creative merchandise at an affordable price!

Check them out at www.theredeat.com or on myspace at www.myspace.com/thered...

okay. I come from a long line of Yankee fans. Being from Southern CT (ie having no real identity, personality or soul for that matter) I never really cared about team loyalty...but do not mention the Hartford Whalers b/c then you are in a slippery slope of sadness and betrayal (much similar to a telenovella episode starring a make up wearing porcelain doll who swears and poisons people )...I can't even look at a 'Whaley' carvel ice cream cake without crying.
Any hoo! screw the Yankee's, as the black sheep of my family- I moved to Boston & 'kind of like' it when the Red Sox win ( for me thats as close as it gets). But! I have a lot of loyal friends who are certain they L-O-V-E the Red sox and when I am feeling generous I buy them a Red Seat tee shirt. These shirts are rad. They are thoughtful/inventive/ aesthetically pleasing and in a class of their own. I rock my red seat shirts to the gym on repeat and sometimes wear them inside out so no one realizes what a scumbag I really am. Printed on American apparel shirts -the cut and fit is flattering ...and so long as its a large -rather forgiving. I don't feel like a chump in my tee shirt b/c I live here. I shed my non conformist angsty ways in high school- and I realize it's much more fun to join 'em.  Big in Japan, Green Monster, Sweet Caroline, Battling Evil, and my new ultimate favorite "this is my sox shirt it's red & it's awesome" shirt.  If you go to the website they even offer a tee shirt of the month club. If I was rich I would buy that for all of my southern CT (strugglin' in Yankee territory) Sox fans. Perhaps- even for my Yankee freak dad just to mess with him.  Hey, my motto is "When in Rome (do whatever is comfortable and will piss off your family)" for me that is a Red Seat shirt. more please.
