Typical touristy, run-of-the-mill mall smack dab in the middle of Baltimore (this joint actually was a former power plant. What an inventive name.) with a bunch of chain restaurants and a huge-ass Barnes & Noble inside. As a red-blooded young man though whose life is slightly enhanced somewhat by the presence of American professional sports, the ESPN Zone within it redeems this mall from obscurity, and so does the money view of the Inner Harbor from it.
