I like cakes that are artistic and visually appealing but I *love* cakes that are artistic, visually appealing *and* taste good! Kaysie hit both out of the park.
I wanted a simple birthday cake, my only real instruction was "chocolate, lots of chocolate." The cake was this stunning, elegant creation with several kinds of chocolate all layered inside.
What we couldn't finish we froze and used as "special occasion" treats--the cake was just too good to go to waste.
"The People's Cake" has a great artistic sense, listens to the customer, and knows how to bake! Best cakes in Seattle!
Wow, my fiancée and I just had a tasting with this shop yesterday and we were both really impressed. The red velvet cake was amazing! Very yummy. Kaysie also provided us with a very detailed sketch of my ideas which was a tremendous help. The People's Cake was the third wedding cake designer we went to and she is definitely our top choice. The really have an excellent shop with great cake!
