I am a very satisfied customer... I had excellent customer service, location is perfect and I saved more money than I would of had I used my insurance to repair my cracked phone!!!! I was in and out in about 30 minutes.. smiling and back on my phone!! Thank you PCS.... make sure to say YELP refernce brought you there and
you will get a discount on top of your already savings...

If you need any assistance with a cell phone or related parts, this is the place to go. I come here often to fix a phone, buy a new one and get old ones unlocked. The people keep me coming back, they always know what they are talking about and seem to know everything. These guys have saved me a bunch of money that I would've otherwise wasted with my carrier (international roaming fees and early upgrade fees) Of course they have a good selection of accessories to go with whatever I have picked up.

Great customer service, great selection of phones (especially if you are with AT&T), and they always try and do right by the customer. They seemingly can work on every mobile electronic device (i.e. laptops and tablets as well as cell phones), and are a good resource for you when looking for a new phone. As a final note, if you have any iPhone issues, PCS Connection is the place to go to in San Diego.

Poor customer service, called the gentleman to get a quote for a droid incredible and he said $95, when asking why was it $45 more than Trans Wireless he said, you should have him do it and hung up. Can you say RUDE !

Dang Awesome place.I cracked my cell phone screen and he fixed it in one hour! I didnt have to pay 250 dollars at apple and i got my phone fixed for hella cheap!!!!
My phone works great and i will deff be back again if i have any problems? -

The PCS Connection is a top notch iPhone repair house that gives you quick service, multiple options at a low cost. Hung is an extremely skilled technician and provided me a quote over the phone. Once I showed up, he took apart my phone and showed me what was wrong with it. From there he outlined every option available to me. He was able to help me make the best low-cost decision for my iPhone. Great service, reasonable cost and pragmatic advice to help you make a decision. I highly recommend PCS connection.

I am extremely impressed. It took me longer to find a parking spot than it did to fix my phone. I took my iPhone 4 to get a new back cover because my camera lens was so scratched I couldn't see anything out of it. Hung said that since there was no other damage to my back cover he'd replace it for $25. I was told $40 over the phone.. so that was a nice surprise! He took the old cover off, put the new cover on and I paid all in less than 5 minutes!

Awesome customer service! I dropped by a few years ago to look around and spoke with the owner of this fine establishment. I mentioned that my old iPhone charger cable was breaking apart with wires exposed etc. He was able to find a replacement cable for my charger and even threw in a complimentary car phone charger too. What a nice guy!

Had three world class experiences with them.
1. Last guy who fixed my iphone forgot to take off camera lens cover. They fixed it for $15 as I waited.
2. Cracked my iPhone, I brought them the part, they put it in for $50, while I waited. It would have taken me all day.
3. I could not get my iPad to install the new OS. They installed it for FREE.
If your iPhone, or iPad, is not working, take it to these guys. They are what customer service is all about. -

AWESOME. I thought my Droid 2 was a goner since Verizon couldn't/wouldn't fix it. I thought it was because it was beyond repair, but found PCS Connection via Yelp and went in. It was fixed under an hour and was restored like new. I was EXTREMELY happy with the service and the fact that it was repaired. Hung is great. Friendly and knowledgeable. If ever I need repairs, I will definitely come back here. I recommend it to EVERYONE. If you mention Yelp, they give a 10% discount. They also sell many other accessories for WAY cheaper too.

I have had twp fantastic experiences at this store.
First time-Hung was the name of the guy that fixed my phone. He greeted me right away, fixed it right in front of me and was chatting making me feel right at home. I had gotten my iphone 3Gs wet slightly (it had the otter box on it) and there was a shortage in the LCD screen. The screen was 65 dollars total, and I mentioned the yelp ad and got 10 percent off!
Second time- my daughter's original iphone had corrosion around the connections and they replaced the connections piece inside. Was 35 dollars to fix.
Very happy with this place, great customer service, great guys working there! -

Fixed my nexus one for 120 nucks. Everyone else was trying to charge 140-200 to fix it with a two day turnaround. They got my phone at 2. Done at 6pm. Props.

This is definitely the best one stop cellphone store in San Diego!
They have a awesome selection of cell phones. On top of their great selection, they offer in house repair services.
I've brought them quite a few phones for repair work in the past few years and I've been really happy with their work. Their prices are very reasonable and the all repairs are performed in a timely manner.
I give them 5 stars!! They are the best! -

I've been coming to PCS for all my cellular phone needs for a while now. They always greet me when I walk in and are very professional. If I have any problems with my cell phone they always fix it.
They have a good size selection of cell phones to choose from. I got my parents cell phones from them an they even helped me with choosing the best plan for my family. I would not go any where else!
Highly recommend them to all my family, friends and even strangers! 5 stars for sure!! -

Oh my freakin goodness-THANK YOU PCS Connection! I cracked the screen of my precious iphone and when I ran into the Apple store, hmm, none of the three reps there suggested I just replace the glass. Instead, the Apple folks suggested I buy a new phone. Now keep in mind, the phone was working-it was just the screen that was busted.
That's where PCS Connection comes in. A client of mine told me about it (thanks, Kloey!) and 65 bucks later in 45 minutes, I had a new glass cover. Good as new. Team was great, FAST, and friendly. . . .and if you're like me, trying to be WITHOUT your iphone for half an hour can mean slight panic. These guys ar egreat! -

The guy fixed a phone Apple couldn't fix. He spent a lot of time with it, tried a few different times/techniques. This dude is super phone savvy. And in my opinion, since he's not selling phones, he's a non biased. So a great phone expert. Really reasonable. He worked on the phone before telling me a price, bc if he couldn't fix it, he won't charge you. He also gave my kids cold CapriSuns! I call that the extra mile.

I bought so many phones from them. My favorite one was Nokia 8800 and N95 series. Although, I have an iPhone now, I still happy that I had a chance to have such nice toys for a while. In this store you can find lots of different cell phones and smart phones, and makes it hard to leave the place when come in.
Despite their ability to introduce people with fresh concepts and latest phones, they provide a high level of service and repair department. The guys have a huge stock of parts, so you don't have to order and wait for several days to receive a part. They can fix it right on the spot. -

Two words: awesome service. The on/off button on my life stabilizer (cell phone) got dinged and the people at my local AT&T store couldn't fix it. What they did do, however, was refer me to a little gem of a PCS store called "PCS Connection."
I gave the place a call to see what they could do, how much it would cost, etc. and the guy that answered the phone was super friendly and helpful. Since I had a little spare time and the guy said the shop wasn't busy I hopped in my vehicle and headed south.
When I walked in there were two customer services guys, each helping a customer. Both of the employees greeted me and told me they would be right with me. Right off the bat I was getting better service than I've experienced in just about any other phone store. I waited about 5 minutes and when I walked to the counter the guy that answered the phone when I called in immediately remembered my issue and said he'd see what he could do. Although he wasn't able to fix it because I did a little more damage than could be reversed, he did tell me of a way that I could get around the warranty rules stating that my phone is only covered if there are software failure issues. I know that's a bit shady, but hey, it's going to save me some money and it's not like Samsung is going to go out of business because of it.
Overall, this was a great experience, if there is such a thing when going to get a cell phone fixed. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt taken care of, which isn't all that common when dealing with 'techies.' Much appreciated, fellas. I now have a replacement phone coming to me in the next two days instead of having to shell out another hundo to get a new phone. -

It's not often, but I know who I can count on for all my cell phone matters. PCS is professional and reliable. Service is with a smile. They are very knowledgeable in this field and will always try with their best efforts to address your needs, big or small. Nowadays, there are less independent mobile cell phone stores as the market changes; PCS has outlived their former competitions for a reason.

This is a God send place!! They are sooo professional and courteous. I have been there a couple of times for various problems with my blackberry. They diagnosed the problem immediately, didn't overcharge, were very honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place.. I am so glad we have it here in San Diego. I can't thank PCS enough.

Wow, what's not to love about these guys?
1. They replace iPhone screens for about $65 (versus replacing your iPhone for $199 at the Apple store under warranty)
2. They were quick (just under an hour) so my 7 year old and I perused the Hobby store next door.
3. Did I say the price was reasonable!? Not yet, but I did say it was only $65 - now, that's reasonable!
4. They were very nice.
5. And they did a great job!
My 7 year old is off the hook now (for cracking my iPhone screen) because I have a brand-new looking iPhone for a decent price! -

Can't say enough good things about Hung and the PCS Connection. Friendly, knowledgeable, went over and above and for a very reasonable price. Saved me lots of money on having to buy a new Droid X and he was as happy and excited as me! I did make numerous calls prior to going in and drove a little further to go there cause I could tell they knew what they were talking about and weren't going to try to scalp me. Another place wanted $80 just to look at the phone with no guarantee. I highly recommend them.

Great place for cell phone service. Everyone that works there is extremely helpful and friendly.
Had an incident where I needed to get my phone fixed and tried a store out in Mission Valley (since it was closer) the staff was rude and not very helpful. A friend suggested I try PCS Connection and not only were they helpful but I received the best customer service. Strongly recommend this place!!! -

I was devastated when I thought my iPhone was broken and not repairable (so the lady at Apple told me.) My friend recommended I take my phone to PCS. I thought for sure I'd be spending $600 on a new iPhone, until Hung & the guys at PCS came to my rescue! They were not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also super nice & courteous! I am beyond happy with my experience and would recommend them to anyone!!

After a turbo SIM card situation, which made the bought apps not to work properly, the owner Hung took care of the situation by coming to my home, took the phone and fixed it. The fix was to update the apps which had gone wago and not work. I give all my points how the owner went truly extra mile to fix things, very impressive.

Broken cell phone? Bring it here. I've been here a few times over the years with different phones and the guys here have always been able to take care of me. Very friendly and not really expensive at all for what you get. My cousin broke off a few of the keys on his crackberry and I brought it by to get the keyboard replaced... $30 and half an hour later we were good to go. Definitely recommend to everybody.

PCS Connection is by far the best cellular shop I have ever had business with. There should be no reason why you would go to anyone else. They'll work with your budget and give you their honest opinion on whats the best bang for the buck out there. And with so many phones and options out there, its nice to hear some honest recommendations.
