    I had a free night to myself, so I decided to stop by for dinner on my way home.  I had been to Brazil once almost 7 years ago, and I've been looking for good feijoada (a slow cooked stew with black beans and a variety of smoked pork and beef products, such as smoked pork trimmings, bacon, and smoked pork ribs. Served with rice, chopped fried collard greens, and lightly roasted course cassava flour called farofa) ever since!  Well - I've found it!

    A lovely salad was served first on which you could add your own balsalmic, olive oil, salt and pepper - refreshing!  I ordered Brazilian cheese bread - the best!  There were 5 of them of them on the plate and I tried to eat them slowly, but it was just tooo good!  Then the feijoada arrived!  Woo!  I was so excited to see the little stew pot of feijoada piping hot with a plate of collard greens (yum, loved this!), rice and farofa - mmm!  I ladled out some of the feijoada onto the rice, sprinkled some farofa on top and went to town!  Feijoada is a very filling dish so you have to take it slow, eat slooow - but I couldn't!  I was hungry and it was tasty!  The owner/server said his mother makes the feijoada herself - ooh that is SO sweet, a family business!

    I can't believe I've walked by this place so many times.  I am telling my friends who also love anything Brazilian about this place too!  They are going to be SO excited too!!

    'brigada!  :)

    My previous review was flagged, so I'm writing another one

    The food of the restaurant is fantastic. The quality of food that they serve is amazing. Is impossible to find Brazilian food this good anywhere else in san francisco. The price is the most affordable of all the other Brazilian restaurants and that's not even all. The people in there is great, they engage in conversations with you, ask you about the food and really care about what you like most or dislike.
    This is a restaurant that I recommend, the Brazilian food is fantastic and if you never tried Brazilian food, you should give it a shoot, I guarantee you will like it.

    Great food!!! I've come here so many times now and each time the food is great. So consistent!
    The Brazilian menu is just so exotic and yummy! Love the black beans!
    Also they serve a free tasty salad before each meal.
    I will definitely come back!

    I've been here a bunch of times and love the food. I always order off the Brazilian menu - the portions are huge and delicious! Try the Rabada, it's got great flavor and you can't beat the price. We've also ordered delivery and it's just as good, I'm constantly amazed that you get the main dish, salad, rice, and beans for $10 - $15 (no extra delivery charge). Why eat crappy Chinese take out when you can get a home cooked meal for less?

    I've been to all the Brazilian restaurants in SF - this one has the best food and prices, hands down!

    Food: The vegetable lasagna was the worst I'd ever had. The sauce was watery, the vegetables were sparse and the pasta was soggy.  The eggplant parmesan sandwich was equally bad.  The eggplant was rubbery and soggy.

    Service/Space: It took nearly 20 minutes to get the food because the first lasagna had meat in it.  The guy working there was very apologetic and friendly though.  The space is pretty laid back and comfortable.

    Price: I got $20 of food for $1 with a groupon but their prices seemed pretty standard.

    I'd give a 1-star if it wasn't for the amazing groupon and the friendly service.

    We should have tried the Brazilian menu.  Service was friendly so I wish I could give more stars, however the food was oily & terrible.  Friend felt sick later that night.

    Deep Dish Pizza - It was basically the same crust as a regular pizza baked in a deep dish with the excess curled around the top.  I couldn't taste any sauce, there was something red painted on the bottom of the crust but couldn't taste any tomato sauce.  No chopped up/stewed tomatoes.  There was a pool of low grade cheese & scant, microscopic topppings sprinkled on top.  I ate 1 slice bc I was starving & paying for it.  The rest was given to the homeless on Polk.

    Pasta w/sundried tomato pesto - We couldn't recognize the sauce when it arrived - swimming in a pool of oil.  Since the complete dinner was ordered, the salad was big enough for 2 & consisted of bagged mixed lettuce w/croutons (we liked those) - it was decent.  The ice cream was pre-scooped vanilla with thin chocolate sauce frozen & then served.  I'm an ice cream fiend & only ate 2 spoonfuls.

    Disappearing act.

    Browsing the menu online in advance I was excited to try the Low Calorie Pizza. It's a rare occasion you find a place offering fat free cheese.

    Unfortunately things must have been out of date. Low Calories Pizza did exist but the cheese was normal. No matter. My build my own was great. Tomato sauce. Artichoke hearts. Spinach. Grilled chicken. Sprinkle of mozzarella. Thin crust. Lovely.

    Other menu options include burgers and Brazilian. No joke.

    Or perhaps just stick with the pizza.

    Had a pizza delivered from the Front Room and it was overall pretty solid. They had a deal that hooked me up with free mozzarella sticks along with my pizza order. I received 5 sticks which is great since they were free, but for the price they charge normally  ($7-$8 I recall) I would want a little more of a generous serving (cheese fiend alert). Not a real stand-out place, but if you're looking for a hook-up such as that then go for it.

    Every once in awhile, I decide to give a restaurant a second chance.  When I get a one star performance and it is inconsistent with other folks experience, I wonder if they had a bad day or something.

    So, I decided to give the Original Front Room another shot.

    It is easy to order via http://Grubhub.com.

    Delivery - The order was placed at 12:30 PM.  Estimated delivery time was 1:36 PM.  Th order was delivered at 1:24 PM.  So, at just under an hour, the delivery time was passable.  The delivery person was professional and polite.  There was no delivery fee.

    The order minimum is relatively low ($15).

    The potato skins were basic.  But I new this from my previous order.  They were properly cooked.  I am just not sure why they do not add some tomatoes and scallions or something else to give them a little more of a flavor profile.

    http://tinyurl.com/3u3...

    The steak in the steak sandwich was tough and filled with gristle. The actual seasoning was pretty good.  It had a nice touch of pepper.  The roll was nice.  I also enjoyed the mushrooms.  But because the quality of beef was so low, it was difficult to eat.  This was definitely not a steak sandwich worth over $10.

    http://tinyurl.com/3qu...

    The chicken sandwich was very good.  It was tender.  I enjoyed the seasoning.  I liked it.

    http://tinyurl.com/3p7...

    Prices - If the steak sandwich had been better, I would be ok with the prices.  Plus, the free 2 liter soda for orders over $25 helps a little.

    1  Potato Skins (4)  $ 5.75
    1  Steak Sandwich  $ 10.80
    2  Can Soda  $ 2.50
    1  Chicken Sandwich  $ 8.84

    Subtotal  $27.89
    Tax  $2.37
    Delivery Fee  $1.50
    Total  $31.76

    Overall, my second experience gets them off of my one star list.  I am torn between two stars and three stars.  It was inconsistent.  Steak Sandwich - bad, Chicken Sandwich - good, Potato Skins - meh, Service, - decent, Prices - Challenging due to quality of food.  I probably will not give them a third shot.  But you never know.

    Wow, this was a fantastic find.  I went for lunch with my wife.  I got the Feijoada and my wife got the Bife, Frango ou Peixe a Milanesa.  The Feijoada was fantastic, one of the best dishes I've ever had.  It was a thick stew served with rice and spinach.  It was hearty, rich, tasy, different, and wonderful.  My wife love her Bife, Frango ou Peixe a Milanesa.  I tried a bit and it was great, the onions cooked to perfection and the beef was very flavorful.
    We had tremendous service as well.  The server was friendly and talkative and explained the history of my dish, the Feijoada.  He made recommendations and was very helpful.
    Would come here again and again.  Great atmosphere and great service, super friendly.

    Bleh. Atmosphere wasn't really there, and the glass of chardonnay that I ordered was only slightly cool, not cold.

    The personal size pizza was not bad, but the pizza took forever to come out.

    Come to think of it, the only reason I decided to stop here was because of its close proximity...I was actually waiting in line for a free screening at the Lumiere Theater (which is right next door) when I realized that I was thirsty and could use a snack.

    Nothing but regrets!

    At 8pm on a Wednesday night, I had placed an order through http://www.eat24hours.com to the Front Room.  Having ordered from here a handful of times throughout my 7 years in SF, the food had been pretty decent.  Boy was I in for a treat.  With the order placed at 7:59:58, we were given a 45-60 minute wait for our food to be delivered.  Ordering a meatball sandwich and avocado burger, I thought our food would arrive in the 45 minute window.

    9:15pm rolled around and still no food showed up.  I called the Front Room and was asked to be placed on hold.  It was a cold, windy, rainy night so I could only imagine they were busy.  When 'Adam' returned to the phone, I hear "I don't know what you're talking about you're crazy."  Ummm, excuse me?  I'm calling about an order 15 minutes late.  "Oh sorry.  I thought you were someone else.  Your food should be there soon.

    10:00pm, no call, no delivery person, no food.

    Me - "Hi.  I'm calling to cancel the order to Haight Street.  It's been two hours and we still don't have our food."

    Adam - "Oh, well, I don't know how to get in touch with the driver since he doesn't have a phone.  Umm, well.  The deliver person should be there soon.  It'll be the 79 year old owner.  Just take the food and tell him that Adam will take care of it."

    Seriously!?  You sent out the 79 year old owner out into a storm, without a phone, to deliver food?  REALLY!?  Needless to say, after retreating to bed at 10:30pm, we STILL had no food and the 79 year old owner never showed up.

    The topper to all this, my partner found out the next morning that the Front Room had called him at 9pm the previous night to tell us that they were out of meatball sandwiches.  WHAT!?  Really!?  How hard is it to take ground beef, add seasoning, throw it in a pan to brown and then pass through the over to cook fully?  And this is something that you (Adam) didn't think to tell me when I called at 9:15pm?  15 minutes AFTER he had left the message?

    NEVER AGAIN!

    The Original Front Room is only worth visiting with a http://restaurant.com discounted certificate.

    Note: A http://restaurant.com certificate excludes the Brazilian menu.

    Although the toppings we chose were delicious, the parts of the pizza not under our control, namely the crust, cheese, and sauce, were not memorable.  In fact, the crust of the deep dish pizza contained an undercooked, or overly yeasted, taste.

    The deep dish pizza that we ordered was clearly not made in a deep dish.  The pizza did not come in a deep dish, and the crust was not consistent with a deep dish.  (The crust was that of a thick crust pizza).  There was also not enough sauce to create a deep dish experience.

    The service was impeccable.  They asked consistently if we were ready to order, and were patient as we took a millennium to decide which toppings we wanted and how much they would cost.

    Excellent Brazilian food, including the Portuguese pizza.  My boyfriend is Brazilian and he claims it is the best Fejoida in town.   I've had several dishes off the Brazilian menu and they were all fantastic.  We eat here 3-4 times a month.  The owner and his wife are extremely friendly as well.

    Nearly every week I would order dinner from here for my whole office.

    Easy to deal with over the phone - especially considering the fact that I would always have special requests, fairly quick delivery, professional attitude, and always polite.

    The food itself...eh...not bad but not great. The Bay Shrimp Caesar was always pretty good, but then again, how can you really mess that up?
    I always wanted to like the sandwiches, but I should have known better than to order sandwiches with sauce - like the Chicken Parmigiana Sandwich. Messy sauce and by the time I really got around to eating it, most of the sauce seemed to have disappeared into the bread. This seemed to be the case with all their sandwiches that had sauces.
    No one in the office ever really complained about their order though unless it was wrong.

    Convenient for delivery reasons, but I would try to limit my ordering from them to only once a week.

    I have continued to order from them although their food has been incredibly inconsistent.

    Probably got the worst burger deliver ever there last year.  They were totally the flat frozen patties...and we got the bacon burger and it had bacos bacon bits on it.  No real bacon.

    Last week I ordered a deep dish through Eat 24 Hours.  I was babysitting.  After an hour and 10 minutes I called to see where my food was.  The woman who answered the phone was short, rude, and insisted I had only ordered 40 minutes ago, not 70.  I had the confirmation email, but didn't want to argue with her, so I contacted Eat 24 hours.

    They contacted the restaurant and the rep got the same rude lady.  He was surprised, and frankly I was worrie she would spit in my food before it got there.

    The pizza also wasn't as good as it sometimes is...no beery crust.  After the snottiness I endured (and 30 minutes difference is A LOT when you are waiting for an order), I probably won't be back for quite some time.

    Too bad, you lost a customer...get a new person to answer the phone.  If she had said "it's on its way" I would have understood.  To say "It's only been 40 minutes!" when I have proof to the contrary...that's just poor customer service.

    Via http://grubhub.com, my boyfriend and I ordered salads from The Original Front Room, along with a cherry smoothie and potato skins.

    The salads were mediocre at best. I got some deluxe salad with thousand island dressing (and got extra for $1 more). The dressing was extremely watery and gross, so I ended up using my own anyways.

    My salad was also supposed to come with some kind of sauce on it, and they called my boyfriend saying that they were out of that. My boyfriend could hardly understand them, and they called 30 minutes after we placed the order. You can imagine that the order didn't come in the given time window.

    The potato skins were alright, but I wouldn't suggest them.

    The cherry smoothie was orange and horrible tasting, and also not cold at all. It was obviously not cherry, which is what I ordered.

    We also used a coupon for a free 2 liter. We specified what soda we wanted as instructed, but did not get the 2 liter.

    I generally brush bad food off my shoulder but for the price and the quality, just no.
    I wouldn't suggest this restaurant. Perhaps there are some things on the menu that are great that I didn't try, but for how much we paid, my expectations were much higher of the food we had ordered.

    As you can clearly see from my photo, this place is tiny. A little whole in the wall place, but the service was good and the food was delicious. My only complaint was that it took a while for our food to arrive. There weren't many people there when we had dinner, so I would have liked to have faster service.

    Cheap eats. Delicious food, slightly slow on the service.

    This place REALLY sucks!! bad service, lousy atmosphere and mediocre food - bad case of heartburn to boot :-(   And don't even think about using your http://restaurant.com certificate.  If you don't buy enough to satisfy them (above and beyond required amount) they will simply tell you they won't accept it - and give you some lame excuse about no longer participating - which is a lie.  Don't waste your time - there are many better pizza restaurants in San Francisco!

    Okay, Where do I start?

    I'm not a picky or hard to please kind of eater. I usually enjoy everything especially junk food but this time, I couldn't even finish my pepperoni pizza! Me and my bf were suppose to go out to lunch but we decided to stay in because the weather was really bad. We went to http://www.eat24hours.com for delivery and found this place. We ordered,

    1)"Everybody's Favorite Pizza"
    2)Buffalo Wings
    3)Cheese Sticks
    4)Garlic Fries
    5)Cheesy Bread.          (Sounds alot doesnt it? We were HUNGRY!! lol)

    The pizza looked very good and juicy but the taste did not match those descriptions. It tasted so plain. Pizzas are suppose to be tasty! Believe it or not, Dominos satisfies me more. The "Spicy buffalo wings" again.. NO TASTE!! They werent even spicy at all! The cheese sticks and the sauce were good, I give them that. The Garlic Fries were soggy but every fries get soggy if you don't eat them right away. The taste, at least were good. We didnt even touch the cheesy bread because I lost my appetite after trying the buffalo wings.

    I always feel bad when I give bad reviews but I hope this will help you guys change some things around so that you guys can make the best pizza! I will definitely give you guys a try again soon.

    So it's a Monday night. Time just flew by in the recording studio when I realize that it's almost midnight and I'm starving.

    Realizing that this city falls asleep way too early, I'm franticly PMing and texting people trying to figure out where to order from before the clock strikes midnight and there are even fewer options in this city for late night culinary delights.

    I started thinking about pizza. Yes, I haven't have pizza in like, almost an entire week. Even with the clock about to strike 12, I wasn't desperate enough to lower my pizza-snobbery standards to the dislikes of North Beach Pizza or Mr Pizzaman and would rather starve to death than support Domino's. Then I remember my friend always ordering from Front Room and raving about it.

    11:57:55 PM
    ^ too bad yelp doest have that "24" font with the thundering dramatic countdown timer sound effect ^

    In my starving daze, I was at a loss for toppings and the lady on the phone was very helpful and suggested some great toppings like Jalapeno Peppers and Bacon... not "Canadian Bacon", but real heart-clogging "American BACON Bacon". The pizza arrived in about 30 minutes and it was delicious!!! ...did I mention it had yummy bacon on it? I wish I could eat bacon every day  :(

    I still like Delfina and Little Star better but for seconds before midnight delivery, this is my new go-to place.

    .

    UPDATE: (minus 2 stars) The last 3 times I've called "during business hours", they haven't answered. What the F?

    Good Luck getting through

    Not the best pizza I've had in my life, but certainly not the worst. The family who runs The Original Front Room is very friendly and accommodating, but I would seriously consider hiring a new cook. Evy, Juv and I split an appetizer combination platter. The chicken wings were all right, but the oil they were cooked in tasted old-- this is a big problem for me. I guess this happens at restaurants that don't have a high turnover rate for food, so the oil doesn't get changed as often as it should. It's nasty, though, because cooking foods in old oil just makes the foods taste bitter and stale-- not very pleasant.

    The Original Front Room is a cozy space on Polk Street with great specials for beer and wine drinkers. I had a Cabernet, which was pretty tasty. We had a large group that night and I was happy that we could all fit in the back room (as opposed to the front room). We definitely achieved our mission of "taking over" the Front Room!

    I had the Lori's Special Pizza. It was really good. Lori takes pride in her restaurant and makes your experience with the Front Room a personal one. As I waited for my pizza, she called a customer who just placed an online order to let them know that they didn't finish selecting everything they were supposed to. She told them that if she didn't hear from them before the food was ready to go, she'd put in something of her choice...and she told them what it was. I like customer service that goes above and beyond. She could have easily just put something in and not called.

    I live a little too far for delivery. But I will dine there when I'm in the area again or Karaokeing it up at Encore.

    Yuck. I just ordered from here for takeout and was very disappointed.

    First up, the Hawaiian Pizza. Over cheesed, under pineappled, and 'where did you get that' ham? I'm guessing the underwhelming ingredients came from the nearby Cala.

    Second up, potato skins - Hmm, didn't think there could be any cheese left over after using it for the pizza, but wow- was I wrong - they must have bought twice as much because these skins were oversaturated with it! And did they use bacon bits instead of real bacon? Shame on you, Front Room!

    There are too many pizza places in the city to return to this one.

    The service was great, and the pizza was all right.

    In the neighborhood, hit by nostalgia, I decided to try this location. I remembered the Front Room on Clement from my grad school days, when the GBA would find any excuse to throw a party there, and I remembered the Front Room on California from another era, when they were up on the corner.

    This location was a little tunnel bored through the middle of the building, and we walked past the bar to get to the dining area. Yes, the place to eat in the Front Room was the back room. The waiter was very attentive, anticipated all our desires, and made sure we were served promptly.

    We ordered a small Front Room Special Pizza, a Greek salad, and a glass each of Merlot and Cabernet, for $31.32 + tip.

    The pizza had a light crust, which had obviously risen, but without a yeasty aftertaste. The marinara was a simple tomato sauce, and the meats and vegetables filled out the body of the flavor. Although the crust was light, it was firm enough to hold the toppings without bending or sagging. Somehow, during the meal, conversation turned to other pizzas in other neighborhoods.

    The Greek salad was a chopped romaine with feta, green olives, and a strong sliced onion, with an Italian dressing on the side. After setting aside the onion, we agreed that the salad was pretty good. The feta was a mild style, which we both enjoyed.

    The Cab was a little acidic, but the Merlot was full-bodied. Not bad for a couple of red wines at $3.50 a glass. There were several other wines to choose from, and a decent selection of beer as well. As I recall, one of the main reasons the GBA used to frequent Front Room was the great deals we got on the beer. Now I notice there are great deals on beer all over town, but Front Room has a special on pitchers three nights a week.

    Sorry about the word "Original" in the store name. I don't think so.

    It was a Saturday almost six years ago to the day that I stumbled into the Front Room's old location just a stones throw up the hill from its present residence. I had been in The City for approximately four hours on a mission to find adequate housing for my big move from small town Indiana and was quickly discovering that wandering the hills looking for "room available" signs was something that you only see in 80's films.

    My fat ass was fatiguing quickly, my quadriceps were on fire and irritation was setting in so I made the executive decision to go with plan B...getting drunk. I proceeded into the Front Room to get intoxicated for the first time in San Francisco. Basically this girl popped my cherry in The City.

    Years later I still enjoy hitting this spot up for pizza or a sandwich and i have yet to have a bad meal. They always have cheap specials on food and beer and the owners and staff are all friendly and love to joke around and chat with if you have the time. I feel bad that they had to lose their prior location after such a long run but as they say "shit happens" and they seem to have rolled with the punches.

    The staff was incredible the other night when we had Bradley's "Coming out Party" and they appear to be very supportive of his decision and treat him like a son. So technically if Bradley is their son and they were my first it is not unlikely that....Bradley....I may be your father. Search your feelings Bradley...use the force...oh and then get me another Ice tea bitch. ;-)

    Let me profess what I hate about two types of sorry skanks that live in San Francisco:
    1) Salad Snobs -
    OK fairies, I know you artsy fartsy emo trendy yuppie idiots still try everyday to fit in your skinny jeans when you should be wearing a 38W-29L pair of pants and since the salad you had was the one you tossed the other night, you have no right dissing a place that serves a decent salad for less than $6.  Instead of eating salad, how about you GO FOR A JOG!
    2) Pizza Snobs -
    OK fatties; I've heard enough yapping about "in new yolk (yes yolk) duh pizza's finnuh (thinner) and this ain't no authentic New Yolk pie."  Of course its not you piece of shit, it's not trying to be...oh oh oh lets not forget "hold aaahn hold aaahn, in Chee-KAAAH-go, the pizzahhh's wayyy thickuuuh."  Will you imbiciles STFU...this Pizza isn't trying to be NY or Chiggy, nevertheless its damn GOOD so get out of my face

    Now let me profess my love to the Front Room:
    4.99 pitchers (6.99 Sam Adams) with awesome Appetizers and huge pizzas.  My favorite is either "Everybody's Favorite" or the Meatballs Special.  A medium costs you less than...$12?  Look:
    An appetizer, a pizza with 3 pitchers goes for less than $30.  You know what that means?  It means you snobs need to swallow a bunch of Tylenol PM and never show your face around here.

    5 Stars easily for food, atmosphere and price.

    Doctor (to my friends and family): I'm afraid the diagnosis is cheese coma.
    Family/Friends (gasping in horror): NO!  How can this be?! WHY GOD WHY?!!!
    Doctor: We found a receipt for the Front Room.  It seems Jill overdosed on  a medium deep dish pizza with mushrooms and an order of buffalo wings and celery.  She apparently thought that she could balance the side effects with a 2 liter of diet coke.
    Family/Friends (weeping): But...but...she's like a cockroach!  You CAN'T kill her!
    Doctor: Well the prognosis gives her a 50% chance of making it through the holidays without an extra 5lbs.  It's risky...but....I really think it's her best chance.
    Family/Friends: ANYTHING! We'll do ANYTHING!
    Doctor: Alright then.  Call in the crane!  We need to hoist her ass on a treadmill STAT!

    ********

    Free delivery, 10% off of online orders, CHEAP eats.  Natalie N. and I nearly died today from the "jacuzzi of cheese" that was the deep dish pizza.  It's cheaper than crack but I swear it will kill you just the same.
    I may as well be mainlining bacon grease. (rummaging through drawer for syringe and needle)

    I have an admission to make.  Although it doesn't deserve four stars, I'm giving the Front Room four stars because it holds sentimental value for me.

    I've ordered delivery many many many times from this place.  I've never had their pizza, but their Italian food is--OK.  That's about all I'll say about it.  I don't remember why I first ordered from here, but the idea of getting anything but pizza seemed like a great idea, so I kept getting the eggplant-Parmesan entree over and over.  I like the fact that you can make substitutions and they actually do what you ask.  It's also really cool that when you order an entree it comes with ice cream, although they never tell you about it or ask you what flavor you want.  And they don't just give you vanilla either.  I've gotten rocky road, neapolitan, cookies 'n creme, etc.

    I was shocked when I first saw where this place actually was.  I assumed it was somewhere near my flat just because they never hassled me about delivering here, but it's in Nob Hill.  Seriously, not the TenderNob or whatever, but straight-up Nob Hill.  So they get bonus points for having a ridiculous delivery area.

    But I feel really bad right now because the reason I kept ordering from the Front Room was that the girl who used to take phone orders sounded really cute. And not in a cute-looking-girl kind of way, but in a really-confident-in-herself-so-you-always-ask-for- her-station-when-you-visit-her-restaurant kind of way. She answered the phone every time I called for like two years. I haven't heard her voice since. I'm sad.

    Beware of restaurants that have "San Francisco's favorite pizza since 1967" written across their windows. Chances are they're full of themselves and that their pizza sucks.

    Indeed.

    It makes me even wonder why I used to come here once a week when I lived down the street. It's nothing special, really -- the crust taste & break like saltine crackers.

    And don't get me started with the staff members. It's almost a guessing game every time you enter -- are they going to be cool today or are they going to be on their rags? Chances are you'll probably get them on their rags, men included.

    This is one of the better pizza delivery options in http://delivery.com!
    The thin crust is yummy although they do usually use too much cheese ... ( i never thought i would hear myself say that  as im a cheese freak ). They also have corn as an add on extra and i luuuuuuuuuuuurve corn!

    So all in all pretty good. The delivery is always quick and the delivery guy friendly.

    A conversation between Beth L and Caleb D over a greek pizza:

    Beth L:  something tastes medicinal.

    Caleb D:  Maybe it's the pine nuts... or the pesto.

    Beth L:  oh... it's my burt's bee's.

    The crust was bad.  The $5 pitchers of fat tire were good.  The servers smoking laugh was bad.  The bathroom was impeccably clean.

    Update: No more $1.50 Pizza.

    Booooo!

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    What's it like $1.50 for a slice of cheese? Whoaaaaaaaaa!
    Whenever Uncle Sam did not bless my buddy Ben and I with the millions we oh so desired, we'd come to the front room and treat our mouths to some warm and scrumptious slices of Pizza during lunch time. After our stomachs were filled we'd head back towards the path of the wealthy.
    I'm sure there's more too this restaurant/ Bar. But for now Sani will stick to the pizza.
    Oh god, don't do it!  I don't care how desperate or drunk or sick you are... DON'T DO IT.
    During a we're-so-hungry-we-can't-think evening, we wasted $35 bucks on delivery from this place.  Most of the food ended up in the trash.
    Front Room used to be one of our regular spots and my best friend just moved back into the neighborhood. I wanted to see how much a  move half a block down can change a place.
    The Chicago crust pizza was amazing...extremely thick and doughy with lots of cheese and toppings. I really enjoyed it.
    Oh, wait should I explain my 2 stars then??
    -1 star because the pizza did not keep well and was not pretty the next day
    -1 star for the slowest service ever (although very friendly) I think they may have started making the dough from scratch when we ordered.  Plus, everyone got their food really spread out. People who had burgers were completely done by the time the pizza came out!
    -1 star for the nasty burgers, especially the bacon burger that was covered in bacon bits...that is right people, bacony bacos!
    -1 star for mediocre fries and cold onion rings
    -1 star for the Journey DVD playing
    -1 star for taking off the DVD as soon as 'Open Arms' finally came on and putting in Santana.
    So, really, I am being generous with my 2 stars, but that pizza was pretty tasty.
    That half a block move was worse than I had imagined.
    Great pizza! Fabulous pizza. I don't even like pizza and I eat it here. Yum! Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays they have $5.00 pitchers of beer! And not just craptastic beer, but Sam Adams, Fat Tire, etc. I only gave it 4 stars because its a smidgen pricey (pizza wise) and the wait staff is in their own world, but its not bad and the pizza and beer makes it worth it!
    Oh and they deliver. Nice!
    I must be a glutton for punishment because I keep coming back for more with this place.
    This is the only place that delivers a burger in our neighborhood, but it might be the most inconsistent place ever. Sometimes it comes in 45 minutes as promised, fresh and hot, and as ordered.  Sometimes, like today, it is not cooked as requested, they forget half of our order, its cold when it gets here and it is mediocre at best. In these situations they compensate with a gift certificate rather than a refund, which is crap.
    I have often said "This is the last time, damnit".  But then the urge for something other than the standard chinese, pizza, thai or indian kicks in and I fall victim to the russian roulette of mealtime, once again.
