Jessica- you are clearly reading these reviews seeing as you take the time to respond to the (few) positive ones. Why not take a moment to respond to those that you have scammed? The people who you have stolen money from? The individuals who spent their hard earned money and precious time to come to your business only to find the doors locked after several cancellations already?? Shame on you for swindling the good people of Buffalo. Karma is a....well, you know the saying. I certainly hope this catches up with you (it will), and you are no longer able to steal from anyone else.
One more thing- you guys are making it seem like it's a complete miracle that fraudulent charges and ghost-computer booked appointments aren't happening in every massage studio worldwide. None of this is "normal". No one is buying your excuses. And finally, if all of these appointments are being booked accidentally and simultaneously people that weren't booked are getting booked in place of people that were actually booked....why in the world are the doors locked with no one at your business??? Updated review: after purchasing the 6 massage package about 6 months ago I've only been able to use one of the services. I've had appointments booked and confirmed only to have them cancelled the day of with no explanation. I have called and left several messages, sent emails and Facebook messages and received no response. Their Facebook page is now deactivated. Their website indicates that they are still open but no one ever answers the phone. I've read several reviews saying people have gone there to find the doors locked during normal business hours. Obviously something happened but it is bad business to leave your customers hanging with no communication especially when you've been paid upfront for services that you didn't provide. I will be reaching out to my credit card company to dispute the charge for the package I purchased.

I purchased a package that I saw them advertising on Facebook, $250 for 6 - one hour massages, 12 - 30 min massages or 3 - one our couples massages. I enjoy a good massage but let's me honest, it's a luxury not a requirement. At that price I figured why not. I reached out to ask if the visits could be split up since my daughter will want to use a couple and they were super helpful and accommodating. Their hours are fantastic, open until 9pm a couple nights a week and also open on Sundays. The location is convenient and the office was nice, comfortable and relaxing. Rooms were bigger than the massage rooms I've seen at other places in the area and the therapists was so friendly. I'm glad I took a chance and bought this package. It was a great deal and I had an awesome experience. Even without the package their prices are awesome. Around $60 for an hour massage which is much less than other places I've been. Definitely give them a try!

You have a great team here. My wife and I came in for a massage and were very pleased. Courteous, patient, and your staff knows what they are doing. We're both falling apart and the two massage therapists really helped us out.
We'll definitely be back.

Purchased a $250 gift card last year. Impossible to make appointments over the phone, as no one answers or returns phone calls. So I've resorted to only making appointments online...
My first appointment was rescheduled 3-4 times so that other customers could take my appointment time instead (this is what I was told over the phone). My second appointment was cancelled 4 hours after the appointment time (thankfully I didn't bother showing up as it was never confirmed). Third appointment was cancelled via email 30 minutes before the scheduled time, with no explanation or phone call; only after many phone calls to them (all unanswered) and multiple emails, I finally got a response from Jessica (owner) stating she couldn't get there in time. She never bothered to reschedule me. And yet again, I tried scheduling online for A FOURTH TIME, and of course no confirmation, no response to phone calls. They are clearly stealing money, just read the most recent reviews. I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau. My girlfriend and I went to this establishment back in February for a couples massage. As stated below by numerous other customers, we were charged $180 randomly two months later then again in May. We didnt even catch these charges until it happened AGAIN yesterday (July). We immediately contacted the credit card company and froze the account then tried contacting The Massage Studio several times and were left with no response. We were forced to cancel and change her credit card and are now disputing all charges. A free massage to compensate for "system disruptions" as stated by the company isnt worth the huge inconvenience of canceling a credit card and going through all this. Luckily all charges are being refunded by her credit card company and they will be investigating into the fraudulent charges from The Massage Studio.

*PLEASE EVERYONE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT*
The owners of The Massage Studio Buffalo had charged my card twice for $90. The first time this happened I got in contact with Jessica the owner where she stated she was going to put the money back on my card and put a free massage on my account. The money was never put back on my card and when I went in for my appointment, she scheduled the wrong time. The second time they charged my card for $90 and I tried to get in contact with them for weeks upon weeks where they never answered my calls or never returned any of my voicemails. Finally the owner Jessica calls back and leaves me a voicemail to just file a dispute with my bank because they have closed accounts with the Mind and Body app and could not give me a refund. I only went to this massage studio once about over a year ago when it was still located on Allen in buffalo, and I never made my appointment or never gave my card information over the mind and body app. I use the mind and body app to book at other spas and never have had any problems with another place so I doubt it is the app taking the money. I went there for a massage, was okay, they said they were running a special $120 for two 60 minute massages, sounded like a good deal so I bought 2 for $120.00.
I then booked an hour massage showed up and was told they couldnt fit me in. I asked for my money back (from Jessica) and was told no problem and they would mail me a cheque...that was a year ago.
I have called numerous times and was promised every time they would send me the money.

Wish I would have read these reviews before because the same thing happened to me. My husband and I booked our one time a month date night (for which we need to get a sitter for) for dinner and couples massages. Show up to our appointment and all doors are locked, no one in sight. Of course upset that we paid to hire a babysitter and didn't get what we planned I called the number and complained that we waited 20 min in the parking lot (gave benefit of making it up). Later at 9pm I get a voicemail from someone saying our appointments were cancelled (3 hours after they were scheduled for)? What a joke.

If I could give more then five stars, I would!!! I had the pleasure of having my first massage studio, and the massage therapist named Melinda is absolutely wonderful. I'm a full time grad student and office assistant, so I'm constantly slumped over a computer practically all hours of the day. Melinda presented herself in a calm, peaceful and appropriate manner and guided my through the process. I also appreciated that I didn't have to guess where she was during the massage (lying face down eyes closed). When switching locations, she would give a gentle tap before massaging the next section. She was able to find all the knots that needed to be focused on and really made me feel like a brand new person!
Being it was my first time getting a full body massage (90min), I was worried about being uncomfortable but Melinda made me feel right at home.
To anyone who hasn't been here before, I will say the facade of the building is slightly different than what I assumed a massage studio to look like (I also arrived at 7:00pm when it was dark) but I can 100% guarantee that it will be a wonderful experience if you're looking for a great massage!
