I brought my girlfriend here for a massage. The 55 min wait is quite comfortable and relaxing. The setting is beautiful and the background music makes me want to melt into the comfortable chair that was provided.
My girlfriend said that the massage was absolutely amazing. They take information and provide a massage according to your needs. They can provide either one of several or a combination of any (just depends on what information you provide).
The lady behind the counter was extra helpful! She provided a recommendation and directions to a restaurant that was right around the corner and is amazing. On top of that, she provided directions from the restaurant to our next destination.
When the service of a company can leave a lasting impression in two people's (one customers) day merits them receiving a 5 star rating! I suggest anyone looking for a massage to call and book an appointment today!

This place is no longer open and hasn't been for at least 2 years.

I realized half way through my massage that I had been thinking of various clever ways I could review this place on Yelp instead of actually relaxing.  So, I forced my brain to shut down.  Hence, this review will not be clever at all.
I decided on Saturday that I needed a massage, and made my decision based on what was available in Creative Loafing's half-price gift certificates.  Elements it was!   With the gift certificate for $50 (which I only paid $25 for, ha-suckers!), the 55 minute Swedish massage was $15 (so I paid $40 total).
The space is nicely decorated, but the decorations are pretty minimal.  It was comfortable, though.  The massage room was a nice size, but it was missing a place for me to hang or put up my clothes and shoes.  I had to just fold them and put them on the floor.  Anaya performed my massage, and she did a good job.  Though it was full-body, she concentrated on my shoulders mainly because they're all jacked up from scoping and working on the computer all day.  She never spoke to me except to ask once if the pressure was good and another time to ask me to flip over.  I totally appreciated this.  I'm always reminded of this scene in Family Guy when I get a massage: Stewie is being massaged, and the masseuse says, "So how long are you in town?" to which he replies, "uh-uh, nooo conversation..."
All in all a good experience, and I plan to go back again since your second 55 minute massage is only $55.  With the gift certificate I'll only be paying $30 total!!  Oh, they also have several different types of massages, including hot stone and deep tissue.
One tip: don't go to "VIP Nails" after wards ;)

ATMOSPHERE: Located in the shopping plaza with Little Azio, Rising Roll (?) Sandwich shop, coffee shop and some other stores I forget. Facility is very clean, simple, sleek. Very nice.
Massage rooms: Dimly lit. Relaxing music. I had a place to put my jewelry, hang my coat.
SERVICE: Very good. The receptionist was a fellow Techie so we got along well. They were sure to ask if you had a preference for a massouse or a masseur, which I thought was very considerate even though that really didn't matter to me.  Upon paying after the massage, they didn't pressure me to sign up for some package deal or membership. Although they asked I didn't feel pressured like I have at other massage places.
MASSAGE: Full body Swedish massage at a pressure level 1 (ranges from 1-4). Mack was my masseur and was great! Started out with some aromatherapy - breathing in some peppermint oil scent for a minute. Intensity was just right and he was sure to gauge comfort level periodically during the massage. Also periodically through the massage did some breathing exercises. Didn't engage in lots of conversation unless prompted, which was great. I think I fell asleep for part of it.
Massage bed very comfortable and heated.
At the end of the massage you get a water bottle and a york patty - yum!
PRICES: 55 minute Swedish massage is usually $65 + whatever tip but I took advantage of the Creative Loafing certificate (purchased for $25 for a $50 certificate). Pretty good deal!
    PARKING: Plenty in the lot.
    CONCLUSION: Will come back again!

Just had my monthly massage which completely takes off all my stress, thanks to Kim. I'm a deep tissue fan and keep telling myself that I will try the other massages :) but never do. The atmosphere is great and they have a nice room to relax with wine and magazines for members which just gets you in the mood. It's not overpriced like the other franchise spas in town either, which is awesome. Would highly recommend them to all that need to take off from life and relax sometimes...

So the most important thing that you need to know if you choose to go to this place is that the huge sign on the top of this spa does not say "The Massage Spa." Instead, it has three tear drops on it followed by the name "elements." I spent a half hour driving around in a circle around the strip mall looking for anything that resembled a spa before I finally decided to go into one of the stores there and ask if they knew of the place. I did that because (which is also my first complaint) no one was answering the phone there for 45 minutes! Apparently, the store knew that they would not have a receptionist at the front desk and did not have anyone available to check the voicemail. I had left two messages and no one called me, but when I walked in, my massage therapist was sitting there waiting on me. Maybe she should have actually heard the phone or at least checked to see if anyone had called. Then when I explained what happened and my frustration, all she did was say "sorry, that's just what happened". Due to the confusion, I also walked in about 3 minutes late. Well she short changed by massage by about 10 minutes, which is completely ridiculous seeing as how it was their fault I was late. Maybe they should try putting the correct name on their store or make note of it on their website.

In regards to the massage studio, the actual building was very nice. It was clean, well-decorated, and aesthetically pleasing.

The massage, on the other hand, was just okay. The massage therapist used way too much massage oil. She also did not use enough pressure, especially on the places that need it most, like hands and feet. While the massage was relaxing, it really did not meet my expectations. I have been to numerous massage spas and this definitely did not have anything special about it. I do not plan on going back there.
