All I can say is this place doesn't even deserve 1 star.  It was really trashy and honestly the decor was the least of their problems.  You couldn't pay me to come back.

I love this place! It is definately the best place to go out in the inner harbor in my mind. I used to go here almost every weekend because my friend was the manager. They have bands on Friday and Saturday nights that start around 10 or so. There is a DJ before the band and during breaks so there is never a lull in music. It is kinda smokey (but that's all of baltimore, really).  They also have a huge outdoor patio which is great on nice nights.  The bartenders are fast and friendly which is always a plus. There is a cover to get in (5) but there are ways around it. If you go onto their website, you can request your own happy hour.  Everyone who says your name gets in free and you get drink specials from 8-10. Who can beat that?! They give them out to whoever emails them so don't worry about not getting one.

If you pick a night where there is a good band (i.e. my friends Mission 19) then you are going to have a great time!
