The customer service level here is excellent. They make you feel like a VIP! Need another really good reason to shop here? The Limited offers free hemming service. I think I'm gonna buy all of my slacks here from now on!

THIS PLACE SUCKS AND I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. If I want cheap pants that will unravel after the first time wearing them - I'll go straight to Forever 21 where I expect the clothes to fall apart after the 1st wash. But when I buy a "nice" pair of pants for $70 at The Limited I do not expect the hem to unravel the 1st time I wear them or worse to go back to the store (with my receipt) and not get the proper credit for my purchase! All I asked for was an exchange - an even exchange for the piece of crap they sold for another pair of their crappy pants. Instead, they said that they only took back things that they could sell back! (I don't understand why such a LARGE store like this couldn't take the hit for these damn pants!?!) So, all they offered me was to to take back the pants and re-hem them for me. Well, that was Sun., Jan. 7th (they said that clothing is picked up on Wednesdays and Fridays) and well it's now the 18th and I haven't received a call about my pants. I will never shop at this crappy-cheaply-made-pants store again!
