Review from Megan C.
Tampa, FL
The Lime is a great place to go for drinks, but I honestly think it's a great place to go for food. Despite another review, I've heard their salads are pretty decent, and I've really enjoyed their enchiladas. Their nachos + queso are super flavorful and they do some different things to their meats to make the tastes more unique (rotisserie fry, use lamb, pork, beef and chicken).
The atmosphere inside is cool with the green and brown and modern accents, and yes, they do have several tv's. But it doesn't feel like a dirty sports bar (or the one it replaced).
My food service has been good, nothing short of good, and I think the food is reasonably priced.
It's right next to Ciccio & Tony's and I believe has some connections to that restaurant as well.
I'd recommend more people checking it out in New Tampa. It's never over crowded so you can always get a seat! -

Tampa, FL
An OK psuedo-Mexican restaurant with a slightly annoying "we-oh-so-badly-want-you-to-think-we're-hip" vibe. While I would love to see more locally owned, non-franchise restaurants in the New Tampa area, this place just didn't do it for me.
There are places with better food, better service and better atmosphere within walking distance. -

The Lime has an excellent grilled steak burritos. I love their food. Unfortunately they don't have a very friendly staff to go with their good food. Also they changed the menu and now you have to buy two burritos to get a full meal when before one burrito was enough.

Variety and value. One of the best non-chain restaurants in this area!

I forgot to mention in my previous review that they have **strong** happy hour/game time margaritas! I had two one afternoon, and I was launched! Cheers!
