If you do not like spending time with your children Mr. James is a great choice. If you want someone who likes to argue with reason Mr. James is a great choice. If you like wasting time Mr. James is a great choice. If you enjoy wasting time AND money Mr. James is a great choice. If you do not do your research and just want to settle Mr. James is also great choice.

I made the mistake of dealing with Mr. James before we found a good lawyer. Some bozo actually recommended us to him. It was beyond terrible, this gentlemen (using the term loosely) is the worst lawyer in Michigan.. perhaps in the United States. Mr. James proves that anyone who can waste away many years and money can become a lawyer.

Ironically several years later we went to court against the same ex family in laws with similar issues. Honestly I was pretty nervous at first. I was overjoyed and relieved when I found upon entering the court house that Mr. James was representing the clients. It would have made a terrific youtube video. I found that we didn't even need a lawyer for the hearing (sadly we paid for one) that day. With NO Law degree we managed to ring circles around his questions and at one point even confused him and made his client look even more foolish. It was great.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
