Finally, I have found a stylist in Burlington that I like.  Her name is Shawna and she works here at The Justin Cruz Salon.  I liked her because she really listened to the purpose of my visit and my end goal. Then she took into consideration the situation of my day to day hair care.  I didn't have a specific hairstyle in mind so she started off by asking me what length I was comfortable with.  While tousling my hair, she gave me ideas of what she planned to do with my hair.  After she got my consent, she went on to work.  

Of course, there was small talk happening and really I was impressed with how bright this young woman was.  Usually, I'd get chatty stylist who will talk trivial stuff.  But Shawna showed maturity beyond her years. And she seemed very skillful with the shears.  I loved the haircut afterwards.  It was simple but chic.  And she did know the strengths of my hair.  I have very fine, straight hair but if cut in a certain way, it curls around my chin and nape and I really like it.  For a long time, no stylist could get it.  Shawna did.

So I've found my perfect coiffeuse.  The price?  Let's just say I'd have to grow out my hair before my next visit.
