Dikran is an honest and knowledgeable guy that would walk the extra mile to help you get the stone or ring you want. His stuff is unique and he is also willing to customize to fit your size and style, even when other stores can't.
Me and my now husband was on a wedding band hunt + diamond hunt for my setting bought long ago, and found Dikran at Jubilee to be very helpful giving us more information and knowledge about the rings and diamond than any other jeweler we turned to. Dikran gave us NO PRESSURE. He answered all our extensive questions, a very genuine guy, the same with his diamonds and jeweleries.
I think Dikran has very unique stuff here and he is definitely in it for price matching with other competitors although his price is already very good beating most every store there. totally recommended!!! I highly recommend this place for getting your jeweleries because you know you will not be scammed here :)
Dikran is also helped us look at other people's quotes to tell us what is a good or fair price or a good diamond even risking us not buying from him. What a great guy!!! He genuinely seeks what is best for his customer. -He goes the extra ways to help us call up his vendors to look for what we want. Unfortunately the prices are high at this time even at his good pricing.
Next time I make a jewelry purchase again, it will be here at Jubilee!! -

Dikran Yepremian is likely the most professional individual I have dealt with, in any field. I have made two very substantial custom design purchases from Dikran, and in both cases I felt like I was dealing with someone who had reached the highest levels of service. He could explain in as much detail as I needed the intricate details of my orders and patiently helped me make the right choices.
I highly recommend Dikran for your custom jewelry needs, if you have any. And if you don't, why dont you make something custom that's one-of-a-kind? Dikran is the best person with whom to design something special. -

My husband and i bought my engagement ring from Dikran 16 years ago. As first time diamond buyers we had done our homework and went with a lovely almost flawless "j" color diamond in a solitaire setting. Even thiough it's not huge, i regularly get compliments on it. Over the years, rather than trade it in, i have gotten a new setting for it every 5 years or so, keeping the cost down but getting to have a new ring. My most recent setting is a micro pave which glitters so much it makes the diamond seem twice as big. We could never afford to buy that diamond now!
Dikran and his wife are low key, completely not "sales" types at all. They let their inventory speak for itself, and it does. Over the years they have expanded the variety of styles of diamond rings and earrings in their beautiful displays. They are one of the smaller, more intimate shops in the galleria. Every time i have made my choice, they have had the new ring set in my size within an hour.
If you are a first time buyer or a seasoned expert, this is the place to go for a pleasant buying experience. -

My Dad and stepmom purchased her engagement ring from Dikran over 10 years ago and since then his shop has become something of a family staple. My husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Dikran as well as my diamond earrings and his wedding band. He's currently designing a diamond necklace for me and recently upgraded my stepmom's wedding ring with a new center stone and setting. Her parents and brother have also purchased pieces from him and I just recommended my cousin see him for an engagement ring for his girlfriend.
Dikran is patient and respectful, never pushing a customer into something too flashy or expensive. He listens and has the patience of a Saint, always finding just the right item. We truly enjoy shopping in his store! -

Recently I purchased a platinum anniversary wedding ring from Dikran. All of the reviews were completely accurate. Kind, patient, sincere, professional and honest.
He gave good advice as to what ring looked best on my finger, even suggesting a less expensive option. He truly wanted me to be happy with my best interest in mind. I feel his prices were absolutely more than fair and better than all the other vendors I visited. And quality is impeccable.
Customer service has exceeded my expectations. Followed up purchase with a thank you letter, professional appraisal document for insurance, and the most lovely ring box for my precious gem to sleep in when I garden. He even photographed my ring on my hand and emailed to me so I could share with family out of town!
I have finally found a jeweler I can trust! Thank you to Dikran and his lovely wife for just a wonderful experience. I look forward returning to The Jubilee for my yearly ring checkup and cleaning! And maybe a new pair of diamond earrings in my future! -

We purchased my engagement ring and wedding ring from Mr. & Mrs. Yepremian. I had also admired a bracelet while we were there and to my surprise my husband purchased it for a wedding gift for me. When my husband called Dickran to see if it was still available he told him that he had set it aside when I admired it. I call this good service! We received a letter yesterday reminding us that it had been a year since our purchase and to come in and have the stone checked and cleaned. The stones are very high quality. Prices are incredible compared to other stores.

Dikran - the store's owner- has been our family jeweler for more than 10 years. My husband had purchased my engagement and wedding ring as well as other beautiful pieces in Jubilee. We recently special ordered my anniversary ring with Dikran as well. I have to say that Dikran exceeded all my expectations in the process of choosing the ring. Dikran's honesty and professional demeanor deserve the highest praise. We will be back!!

Dikran the owner is calm, professional, and patient. I especially appreciate his patience as selecting a ring you will wear the rest of your life is a big decision. I was attracted to his calm demeanor as I felt that some of the vendors in the Gift Mart can be a bit aggressive. I am always complimented on my ring and make sure to tell people where I got it. I value Dikran's commitment to his business and absolutely recommend him.

Small shop run by husband and wife team. Lovely selection of settings all in platinum, but any can be made in gold if that's what you prefer. I originally was going to go with a gold setting for my engagement ring, but this place sold me on platinum. Their platinum is shinier, whiter and brighter than platinum I have seem anywhere else! Dirkan, the owner, told me that this is because he uses iridium in the platinum mixture. It blew away my impression of platinum as a "grey" metal.
I actually had a great experience of service with the owner's wife - she listened to what I wanted, was flexible when I changed my mind about what I liked, gave me her honest opinion even when the setting she said didn't look as good on me was more expensive, and never pushed me. This was the ONLY time I experienced such genuine helpfulness with jewelry sales people.
Did I say the prices are MORE than reasonable?!
Stop by this place. It'll be more than educational and even if you don't like what they carry, will be a great reference point for other experiences you have shopping around.
