Horrible service! Came here for a quick walk in appointment and got left in the waiting room with no assistance! Had 3 other people walk in and scan their card and got helped in the order they came in. Mind you I've been waiting for the front office lady that did a disappear act on me to come back and assist me. Spent 25min in the waiting room with no assistance at all! I ended up walking out and took the info sheet with me they had asked me to fill out! I would not recommend this location to any new customers. Check out the Roseville location they have a 5 star yelp and quick and easy service

I started going to Joint 8 years ago and has been a regular since. I had horrible back pain for years, and chiropractic adjustment was a life saver. Dr. Mauvais is great. He always listens and adjusts the care based on your concerns. I highly recommend this location to anyone struggling with back and neck pain.

I like Dr. Mauvais and the doctor who was at the Folsom office prior to him. It's easy to communicate my issues to them and they both were able to adjust my back using techniques that I preferred without jeopardizing the results. I always feel better able to move and perform all my activities (ballet, Pilates, walks, bicycling, swimming, etc. ) if I am consistent with my treatments. And, they are conveniently located for me. The front desk staff are also very nice and very helpful.

I never do bad reviews but unfortunately for my first time coming to this location since I was in the area traveling doing some work, I had walked in, scanned my card and did the normal routine for all clients to walk in waiting area for my turn. I was quickly told to leave the area and they were with new customers with a non-welcoming vibe. The energy the female chiropractor was negative. Then I was quickly told it would be a 30 plus minute wait or more.

I honestly wouldn't have minded waiting but the negative and non-welcoming vibe I received was just unprofessional.

Again I'm not the kind of person to put bad reviews or even complain, but I'm hoping in the future patients seeking help from a professional chiropractor shouldn't have to feel like coming to this location was more of a burden rather then being excited to help someone in need.

Maybe it was just bad timing for me to come to this location and try it out.

Dr. Babkak Kalantari is excellent at getting into the spots you need adjusted for relief. He is intuitive and works with your breath so you are getting a deep adjustment. He spends time with each patient and asks if they feel better when he is finished. He truly cares. I have been going to him for a shoulder injury that gets better every time I see him. He also gave me exercises to take home.

I love this place Jamahl is the best he actually cares about your health. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kalantari helped relieve all of my pain that I had gained from a Saturday skateboarding session. I twisted my body awkwardly and have had severe pain. I am extremely grateful for experts like Dr. Kalantari to take away the pain so quickly. This practice has a great environment, with courteous staff. I've been coming to The Joint for a couple years now and will continue to be a customer here.

I just left The Joint in Folsom and I finally feel relief from neck pain. It had been bothering me for weeks now, actually, it's been a recurring pain that would come and go over the years. My husband and I went in for the first time with this relatively new chiropractor and we both felt great afterwards.
I'd suggest you call before showing up to make sure there's a chiro on duty, and that they're open. They also have unconventional business hours.
All in all, I'd totally recommend you give them a try.

If you get a good one it works but if you don't your out of luck . I had four treatments one great two ok and one
Worthless so pay your money and take your chances
