5 reviews for The Jazz Factory
I'm a regular at The Jazz Factory, and have come to expect excellent service as well as great food from this wonderful restaurant. The food and service are consistently good, and having tried most of the menu, I can say that there is nothing I have not liked.
Upstairs is the Martini Room which features a full service bar, pool tables, cigars, and live music Wednesday through Saturday. The full menu is available both upstairs and downstairs, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about the menu. The bartenders are some of the best, if not the best, in Huntsville.
What I like the most about The Jazz Factory is that it's not a meat market like some of the other night spots located downtown. At The Jazz Factory, I can sit back, relax, and listen to some good music
Pros:
Great Food
Great Service
Knowledgable Staff
Cons:
Sometimes the live music is too loud

The food here is the Southern version of California cuisine and is not too bad. The seared tuna with wasabi sauce over a sushi rice cake is my favorite and the crab cakes are also a signature dish.
The wine selection is quite extensive. The decor is interesting, a nice take on the 1920's casblanca look. They also get in some pretty good jazz talent.
There is a popular bar and several pool tables upstairs. Overall, it's n not a bad night to spend in Huntsville.
Good food, great jazz and a little billiards afterwards....

Great food, great music, great ambiance. I really enjoy the live music in the Martini Room as well. It's one of my favorite spots in Huntsville. Highly recommended.
Huntsville has the worst night life of any city I've lived in or visited.
The Jazz Factory is probably the best place to go for after-hours entertainment. The sad reality is that it's just a pool hall. Go to any any city in the country and find any old pool hall...go there...and it's exactly the same as The Jazz Factory. Oh, Huntsville the lame!
I only speak to the after-hours experience, of course. I have not been to the restaurant portion of the building.
Best food in town! This is the one place that I visit MULTIPLE times EVERY time I am at Huntsville. The only unfortunate change in the restaurant is that it is no longer open during lunch. You should definitely visit this place!
The waiters are well trained and pleasant. Service is well-timed. The bar and billiards upstairs are a great late-night hangout area.
Food is delicious. Their crab cakes are to famous and to die for. They frequently sell out of their crab cakes, so I don't always get the pleasure of eating them. Food presentation is quite the art. I have not ordered a single item on the menu that hasn't melted in my mouth.
