I came here for a party in one of the penthouses (yes, some people actually do live here) so I didn't actually stay in the inn so I can't vouch for the hotel rooms but based on what I did see, I'm sure they're incredibly nice.  The location is pretty great, right in Fells Point.  The view is gorgeous, you can see for miles down the harbor.  The staff was sooo nice and helpful.

Living 15 minutes away, I have no real reason to ever stay here, but it is very tempting.

This place is a sure-bet if you are looking for a very nice place, close to the Fells Point action.

The location is fantastic, and even though the rooms are all on the street level, noise was never an issue.  Complimentary bottle of wine, the best TV channel selection I've ever seen (the entire DISH package), wonderful complimentary breakfast.

The only thing preventing a 5-star rating is that our room and the lobby bathroom were a tad worn.  The tub in our room has some cracks around the drain.  The lobby bathroom was a little ragged.  Also the online reservation system is a bit odd and could use an upgrade.  Other than that, very very nice place.

It would be hard to stay anywhere else when visiting Baltimore.

We ended up finally getting in for an incredibly reasonable rate last year, I think because they had a day of cancellation. On top of the hotel just being really cool and on the water, it's located in a great part of town. Soooo much is within walking distance. To start, they have a private gated parking lot, I guess because as someone mentioned the top floors are actually condos that people own. The lobby area is very nicely decorated. Guest get a complementary bottle of wine, a small cheese plate, and two chocolates, which were a nice touch. Our wine was red, I only drink white, and they allowed us to trade at the front desk. The room was above and beyond; I will add pics later, with exposed brick and antique wood furniture. I don't know what the full rate would be, but I'm assuming I wouldn't be able to afford it. The stay included a continental breakfast which was good, pastries, fresh fruit, and the usual. The staff was great, they assisted us with suggestions of places to dine, and other parts of the city we might enjoy. There was a flower festival on the opposite side of town, which they directed us to. Overall a great stay, I would definitely go back.

Oh my gosh-- this place is SO nice!!  The people who work there are extremely helpful and very sweet.  The toiletries are orange-scented and will tempt you to bathe when you don't need to (I'm serious about this-- I totally jumped in the shower when I didn't have time or need just because I wanted to use the soap and shampoo again).

The bed is heavenly, although the pillows are a little fluffier than my liking.  I like my pillows pretty close to flat.  You'll get an amazing breakfast with tons of choices including fresh berries.  The rooms have a view of either the water or the gorgeous courtyard.

I hear they have a 24-hour workout room, although I didn't use it.

There are cool little bars nearby and a live-music venue, but I didn't visit them either.  It was a work trip and unfortunately, I saw the office and the hotel.  Good thing I loved the hotel.  :-)
