filet mignon...oh, oh, oh filet mignon. the first time i came here, i could cut my filet with a fork. that...was awesome. best filet mignon i've ever had and that's still the case. i went back a week ago and i couldn't quite cut my filet with my fork, but it was still glory.
- shrimp cocktail: this thing is like baby shrimps and ketchup. not a fan, but what do you expect? you're in casmalia.
- salad: your basic "out of the bag" salad, drenched in dressing.
- bread: it's bread!
- steak: filet mignon here is awesome. i asked the waitress and she claims they use USDA Choice, but i swear this is Prime...so, i'll ask them again, next time i go. :)
- Dessert: i think i had ice cream...but maybe i'm hallucinating. whatever, you come for the steak.
it's out in the booooooonies, so be prepared. -

I was excited about this place, but alas it was not worth the $50 per person, including wine. The meat tasted fine, the shrimp and vegetables were way too salty. In fact i sent my shrimp back. Some parts of my filet were also a bit salty. Service was fine. The drive there scared my lady, because this place is in the middle of nowhere... watch for deer on the roads! I expected a lot better for my money.
