Very decent hole-in-the-wall eatery iat Moss Landing.  
As Mike B indicated-lots of drink choices and very friendly staff.

We had chips and guacamole.
Veggie and tofu burrito

Very yummy and satisfying.

Nice location, good mexican food (mole sauce was very good) good selection of drinks, both alcoholic and not, and nice people running it.  I had the tamale with mole sauce and it was good.  The black beans were fantastic and the rice was good as well.  Top it all off with a bunch of tables outdoors next to a huge variety of cool plants and you have a great lunch experience.
