The fries weren't bad, though.

814515Jan 4, 2024Food is good, standard restaurant, made an online pick up order. Gave 4 stars due to my order. Ordered 7 burger all customized for my students. When I returned back to school non of the burgers were marked. Luckily we didn't have allergies but if we did we would have been in trouble. There was no way for me to tell which burger was which. But otherwise everything worked out.

It's National FryDay & I received an email for a free order of fries with a $1 order. I tried ordering on the app as instructed, but received the attached error message when trying to check out. I was unable to redeem the offer despite meeting the requirements AND when mentioning it to the staff they refused to honor the coupon.
SENDING THIS CASE OF FALSE ADVERTISING TO THE FTC.

Suburban chain. Decent prices. Juicy burgers. Nice selection of selve serve fountain drinks. Many iced tea and fresh lemonade options.
Ranch dressing available for the onion rings you should totally be ordering. I almost always go for the teriyaki burger with cheese and pineapple.

I'm not a fan of bad reviews, and I'm always hopeful things will change.Oct 25, 2015Previous reviewThe corporate office contacted me with regard to my previous review, and sent me coupons for "charburger" and I was assured they could be used for any menu item.
Since they made a mistake on the Santa Barbara, I decided to give that a try again. I was told that the coupon could not be used for the Santa Barbara, so, I cancelled the order, and threw the coupon away.
I would rather have had a refund originally.
Yesterday, three of us went in for lunch. My friend ordered a veggie burger, and Caesar salad, my Grandchild ordered a kids meal with bacon and grilled onions with fries, and a drink , and I ordered a BBQ bacon cheeseburger. The order was not correct. For thirty bucks, it should have been correct the first time.
It seems when the cashier "calls" the order back, something is lost in translation. There were no grilled onions on the kids meal burger, no barbecue sauce on the BBQ bacon cheeseburger, and the veggies burger had no patty.
I went to speak to the manager, she handed me a plastic container with barbecue sauce, and apologized about the grilled onions - which at this point my Grandchild no longer cared about, and wet didn't care about the patty for the veggie burger at this point either.
There's something going on at this location. I'm not sure if it's a language barrier, laziness or purely bad luck on my part. I know that from now on, I will order a salad here when people suggest eating at this location.Sep 29, 2015Previous reviewI ordered online, and went in to pick up lunch.
Dahlia tried to give me a chicken salad, I told her I ordered a Santa Barbara. Two minutes later, my order was ready.
Upon arriving home, I realized that there was no avocado on my burger, and called right away to let them know. I've been in hold for twenty minutes waiting for someone to answer.
**Update: Maggie, the business manager contacted me via Yelp, and I received a call from the corporate office, they followed up by sending coupons for free Charburgers ; which was kind, but not the same as what I ordered. They at least pay attention and reach out. I'll pass these coupons on to someone who enjoys the Charburgers.Feb 12, 2015Previous reviewThe Habit started out to be great, the food was consistently good, portions were ample, food was hot, and flavorful.
The past two times we've gone, the buns were soggy, there was one slice of bacon on the burger, still tasty, just not as good as they were when they first opened a few months ago. Their seating is uncomfortable inside, but outside is comfortable.

Are Habit burgers getting smaller?
We ordered a cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger and both seemed smaller than what we have had in the past.
Probably won't be going to Habit as often as we have.
