Great service, great prices, nice art nouveau inspired surroundings, the fried chicken platter was tender on the inside, crispy on the outside, the prime rib special was tasty, moist, the french fries fresh and crunchy. Wonderful selection of herbal teas, and champagne.
Really bad service. Bad to OK food. It's simple - don't eat here.
