i've been to fifty/50 many, many times. of course, because there's always a reason to go back = THE WINGS!
the wings are definitely, hands down, the best wings i've ever had. they're HUGE, crispy and juicy. i usually get regular, bone-in wings with ranch. just a forewarning, they fry them in peanut oil. i am allergic to peanuts, but the allergen is usually not in peanut oil. however, it does give a stomach ache. now you should understand the dedication i have to these wings. a little gas never hurt anyone, especially for these wangs of heaven.
the burgers are very good, too - you can choose your own toppings and the selection is vast. chipotle aioli is good, fried onion straws, egg, etc. the waffles fries are my favorite (i recommend the chipotle aioli to go with) and so are the sweet potato fries. as a side, the cornbread is sweet and savory, with bits of corn, and the asparagus is cooked to perfection with a bit of lemon on top.
as for the nightlife, it's your run-of-the-mill sports bar, and the crowd is pretty similar to what's around there. you won't find many hipsters, just older yuppies, if you will.
50 is one of my favorite sports bars to go during the summertime. the deck is open, the TV is outside, and it's bumpin'. the servers are super nice, too. i love drinking outside on a beautiful summer day. good memories (you know who you are). -

Food is okay. Fries and burgers are pretty yummy. The chicken wings are like bark that's been cooked in microwave than baked in an oven for 8 hours. How do you mess up a chicken wing and than charge 10 bucks.
This place is too expensive. They could sell a couple of there TV and lower the prices or improve the quality of the food. Hooters is a safer bet and a better deal. -

As soon as I walked in, I immediately thought "This place sucks." The Jersey Shore factor was at a level usually reserved for shitty Viagra Triangle "lounges". And there was enough fake blonde hair and tits to fill a year's worth of Hustler. I was not impressed. I made my way downstairs to where a table of friends were having drinks for my friend's birthday. They had menus already on the table. $9 onion rings? $10 beer cocktails? What a bunch of overpriced crap. Speaking of overpriced, my double Ketel and soda was $16. Seriously?!?!
And the cherry on top of the suck sundae was that all the popped-collar dress shirt fucktards had 40oz beers, complete with paper sack wrappers. Oh, how ghetto fabulous of us! Let's play 2 Live Crew on repeat and swig rancid beer from 40's, yo! ( Even though they cost $8 a pop) It's all good, son.
Just as I was about to look for a gun to shoot myself in the head, one of my friends mentions that there are a bunch of athletes that invested in Fifty/50, one of whom being Brian Urlacher.
So, please ignore everything I may have said up to this point. The Fifty/50 is a very large, well designed space with very friendly service and a fun, kitschy menu. While somewhat pricey, the quality does make it worth it, as everything tastes delicious. I will definitely be making this one of my regular spots (and perhaps will have the chance to catch a glimpse of my favorite investor.) -

Went with a group of friends from college as a bit of a reunion.
Luckily, this place was down the street from me so the walk wasn't that unbearable in the frigid Chicago winter.
Let's start with the decor.. I was initially turned off by the club music blasting outdoors thinking to myself.. "oh great.. here we go." As soon as we walked in, I was swept with a sigh of relief. The music died down a bit and we could actually hear ourselves talk.
My buddy had mentioned this place had a great selection of toppings for the burgers but I figured I'd try something off their pre-made selection.
The Surf and Turf burger was amazing. It was perfectly cooked (medium rare) and the crabcake was still flaky and delicious. The sweet potato fries... were incredible. My other friend mentioned he wanted to bottle it up and take it with him..
I will definitely be making a return. -

I went back to The Fifty/50 recently, and I would like to update the "service" portion of my review and add a "tip."
SERVICE: Yes, our waitress was still your typical, cute sports bar waitress. But she was very good. She was alone; the place got busy, but she didn't miss a beat. She even apologized for not stopping by more often. Really? I underestimated you Ms. Fifty/50 waitress. You make me question my judgmental comment about all sports bar waitresses being "cute girls with dazed looks."
TIP: The wings are best within the first 10 or 15 minutes of coming out of the kitchen. So factor this in when selecting your order size. We were a party of 2 and wanted 16 wings, so we ordered the 16 count. However, it's worth the extra $2 to order 8, then order another 8. The crispiness of the wings is a huge factor in their fabulousness (these are the best wings in the city! ... in any city!), and you lose it after 15 minutes or so.
Oh, one more addition: The Wicker Park salad is a nice better-add-a-vegetable-to-this-meal pre-wing dish. It's not huge--perfect for one person; sharable for two who just want to feel less guilty about indulging in so many wings!Listed in: Best Date Night

The Fifty/50 is your standard Chicago sports bar with televisions everywhere. It's a nice place to watch a game. It gets very busy during popular games. The service is about average. The food is standard bar food, nothing special but not terrible either. Overall it's a fun place to hang out, drink and watch the game but don't come expecting anything more...

I only had drinks here and it was good. But then again, how can you mess up a simple vodka and soda?
It was a warm Sept afternoon so we took advantage of a beautiful Autumn day and sat on their patio. It was typical outdoor furniture, nothing fancy. There were TV's on all over the place - a giveaway sign of a sports bar.
I don't know about the food, but from what I can tell, it looked like regular bar fare.
I can't say this is a place that's on the top of my list as a food destination. If I were in the area and wanted to go to a sports bar, I would keep this place in mind. -

If $7 shots of Jamison are your thing, check this place out. Staff is sort of weird, not too friendly or professional, but then the crowd that comes here can't be fun to work for. On more than one occasion I'm hearing drunk fanboys screaming "faggot" this and "pussy" that and just wondering if I am in Wicker Park or South Bend. It's hard to make a sports bar classy, but this place doesn't put in much of an effort besides decent food and overpriced drinks.

So, I've finally set foot into The Fifty/50...after trying to avoid it. I know, I know, it's always packed, the food is supposed to be good and they supposedly have good brunch. But seriously, the spot is huge and every time I walk past, I get flashbacks of college frat parties...but anyway...
I was pleasantly surprised with The Fifty/50. I visited for a Bears game and was lucky enough to be joining a party that was already seated outside (best seats in the house in my opinion).
Now, this isn't to say it will be my weekly haunt...but here are some pluses:
- Outdoor seating WITH TVs...yes, outside. The people over at SmallBar were checking out the tv's as well...
- Friendly waitstaff.
- Pretty good food (burgers stood out...not sure on the wings which I was told tasted like they were coated in honeycomb cereal...).
- Even though the spot was excessively crowded, there was no bathroom line.
- Reasonable prices ($2 beers - can't beat it).
So, the indoor downstairs and upstairs areas may not be my cup of tea (more like a frat party), the outdoor space may just be the best spot to watch a game in the city (and the indoor bar at the entrance seems like a good spot as well).
I stand corrected...The Fifty/50 does have a spot on Division after all...for sporting events (and cheap beer). -

I'm just going to write out my take-out order:
Veggie panini, sub regular ol' bread for a pretzel roll. Sub regular ol' fries for sweet potato fries with some sort of honey/bbq sauce that I would like to dive head first into.
Done. Happy dining. -

Went here for the first time and was surprised by the amount of food. We ordered way too much with burgers and wings as appetizers. The wings are big and they are supposedly famous for them. We tried the buffalo style ones and the sauce wasn't great, but not bad. Good amount of spiciness. The burgers were great! They even have their own website (http://www.triplesecre...) They are very large, probably bigger than a half pound patty. The best part is you get to customize your burger by choosing one item from each three categories: sauce, cheese, and toppings. There are probably 50+ combinations and they have some unique choices to choose from. They also have 6-7 pre-designed favorite burgers. Burgers ranged from $10-14, so a good price for the amount of food you get. Wings are $10 for 8 so they are kind of pricey, but they are bigger than normal wings.
We sat in the outdoor seating area which they definitely tried cramming as many seats as they could outside so it was a little uncomfortable. The best part about their outdoor seating is they have two large flat-screens outside!! So if you are trying to catch a game, you can still sit outside and enjoy it. Supposedly there is a lounge/club downstairs and a room for private parties upstairs but we didn't check any of that out. -

In this day and age not to have a decent beer list is criminal. When you get some decent beers I might come back.
Whoever is running the 50% of the front business really needs to step up their game.
This is not 2000 and not everyone wants to drink miller lite or $8.00 90 minute IPA's. -

Best wings in the city. Boneless are bigger/better.
$2 bottled domestics on Mondays.
Can be a bit noisy, especially in the winter with the shutters down.
Food is fantastic!!! -

This place has one of the best burgers that I've ever had the pleasure of eating. The Division burger is hands down one of the best things a cow could do with it's self. First of all, it's served on a pretzel bun which has become my new fave bread. It's then topped with gouda, mushrooms, onions, BBQ sauce and then to bring tears to your eyes BACON. I mean seriously just give my last meal and send me to the chair. I have my burgers medium and it was cooked perfectly, nice and juicy not overcooked or dry. the fries were piping hot and i tried the sweet potato fries of my friend which were awesome as well. To drink i had the Hoemosa (Hoegarden beer with OJ) and it was a pretty creative drink.
I will go back and continue to try things on the menu but me thinks that this burger is going to become a food group for me. love it! -

One of my favorite bars around. Atmosphere is great, I love the 2-level concept. The mac & cheese is amazing, however, I ordered the boneless wings and they were so overcooked that I could barely chew through them. I ordered the regular wings on another occasion and those kicked ass. Drinks are strong and they have great specials. It's definitely one of the nicer bars on division.

I met my cousin in Ukrainian Village, where she proclaimed she was hungover and needed a greasy burger stat. Well, what a coincidence - I was feeling a bit hungover myself.
She took me to The Fifty/50, and I've gotta say, this was probably one of the best veggie burgers I've ever had. Ever. Seriously.
Although what I ordered was a vegan burger, I promptly fixed that by getting it smothered in pepper-jack cheese, as well as caramelized onions, shoe-string potatoes (I needed some greasiness), avocado, BBQ sauce, lettuce and tomato. Weird? Maybe, but mother effin delicious, and left me feeling much better than when I walked over. As everyone else mentions, the sweet potato fries were out of this world yummy!
We opted to sit outside since the tables were in the shade on a 90 degree day, so I never ventured in. Service was good, and someone was always at the ready to refill our drinks when they got low.
On Division, with so many choices available, The Fifty/50 has some amazingly good food. Not sure I'd dig the whole sports bar thing inside, but I'd come back to sit outside again. Hungover or not.Listed in: You loved the vegetarian food…

I really like the Fifty/50. Went there for a private party on the lower level on a Sat night. We did not eat but the servers were super friendly, the drinks were stiff (even under the party "cover charge" of 30.00) and the DJ rocked. Big comfy round booths along each side of the bar area, with what I assume would be a dance floor in the middle had there not been a migling crowd there that night.

Great place for watching a game and grabbing a bite to eat. Bar food but with innovative, delicious twists! Their wings are great, but be warned that they are HUGE - twice the size of regular wings, so keep that in mind when you order. Favorites are the Heaven burger - with Brie, Pear slices and berry jam (yeah, sounded weird to me, too, but was absolutely delicious!), and the BBBLT (yes, there is THAT much bacon on it!!). Mac and cheese is just OK and the sweet potato fries are great, but the spiced BBQ ketchup that comes with them is not for me. Place is LOADED with TVs and unless there is something special going on, they are very accommodating when it comes to making sure you get to see "your" game! A favorite in the neighborhood.

This was a great place to start the Bear's season opener! The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious. The service was very attentive and friendly...but then again on game day how can you be unpleasant.
I had the crab cake sliders and a ceasar salad and they were both fresh and light. Just what I needed to go with my ice cold beer.
I thing the outdoor patio and TV area is amazing and would definitely be back to watch another game or even check out the brunch! -

The food is decent, it's a big menu of bar food- who can really complain about that. The other night we were hungry, started looking up places that delivered in the neighborhood and Fifty/50 came up! 'Hey that's cool that they deliver' I thought. They make a big deal about ordering online and delivery on their website too. No business should promote a service that they don't have systems in place for- case and point: We had to call to place the order cause online wasn't working. Talked to bartender, she had a hard time hearing so went in the other room to hear better- smart move- she was very thorough taking the order, guessing because she usually is getting drinks and not food orders, no problem- I'm pretty patient as a customer. She says great it will be there within the hour, probably sooner cause it's kinda slow tonight. So after about 75 minutes I decided I should call to check on the order. After being put on hold several times they revealed to me that the order was never given to the kitchen, but they could get it right in and have it over in a little bit (the order was for a half chicken, and it's now 10:30- so I know that's not possible). I said no thanks and that I just would rather cancel the order. They could care less. My first thought was that a manager would get on the phone to apologize and offer a discounted cost. That type of customer service ended in the 90's though. Fifty/50 earns it's name. It's definitely a hit or miss place. (We enjoyed the late night menu at Benchmark though).

Review from Annie N.
Good outdoor area, I'm pretty sure it's dog friendly since I walked pass it the next day and there were people with dogs. They also had TV facing the outdoor seating so you can still follow a sport game, or if you are just distracted and want something to look at. Their outdoor patio can accommodate quite a party - so keep this in mind if you have a big group.
The food was pretty standard, average bar food. Their drinks were good, and I didn't think it was expensive, until I realized it was either all ice, or small portion.
Our waitress was ok. She was really busy when we first sit down, so it was a bit slow, but she was fine in the end.
I can't say much about this place - for me it was just another bar with outdoor seating on Division. I wouldn't plan a special return, but if I need somewhere to hangout with my friends, I might consider it! -

'They' say, you are what you eat, and I ate the O burger. 'They' were right; it was orgasmic. I went with a couple friends of mine who live local to the area, and based on the greeting they received on entry I could tell they were frequent diners (that's always a good sign). This burger had something I had never experienced before, a waffle made of mac 'n' cheese on the actual burger. Phenomenal. That and it came with Merkt's Cheddar, and pulled pork, all on a pretzel bun (I'm a sucker for a pretzel bun).
There beer selection was good, nothing incredible, but still a good selection. I got a Dogfish Head 90min.
Why the 4 stars instead of 5 you ask... I don't know. I just feel like there is some spark it is missing. I will definitely be back, and perhaps then I will find that missing star. -

This review is specifically for the patio and it's dog-friendly nature.
I'm dog sitting, and I feel really awful every time I have to crate the little guy, so I was looking for a place that would let me have him on the patio, while I was having dinner with a friend. Fifty50 came up in my yelp search and while not all of the reviews are great, it said dogs allowed, so we tried it. The patio is really nice, the furniture is spaced out enough that you don't feel like you're on top of anyone else, and there's plenty of room for the doggies.
We were seated immediately when we arrived and the busboy brought us our water, and water for the dog very quickly. The service was attentive without being naggy, while my friend took almost 40 minutes to decide what to have for dinner.
The menu is kind of small and a lot of the food is like a little bit weird. Mixed greens salad but with pears, no simple burger (unless you "build your own"), fancy spreads on everything, and so on. I ordered the smoked chicken wrap and subbed a salad, it was very good, and very filling, but I'm not super interested in having it again. My friend got the onion rings with his burger and they were awesome, light and crispy with almost a baked feeling to the breading. No super heavy, wet oily mess here, and served with a ranch for dipping, yum!
The beer special was 24oz drafts, of good beers, for $8. Overall, a generally pleasant experience, I would come back to the patio, if I ever need to have a dog along again. -
Review from Marc R.
This place cracks me up. It is full of sexy ladies from the burbs and the girls who work here are always wearing little sexy get ups. I have been here a couple times when out of towners and suburbanites want to meet up and always enjoy the ride.
The layout is actually pretty good. They have a lot of outdoor seating, and have two floors of tables. It really has a nightclub feel to it. We went upstairs to join a work party of a friend and sat with a group of guys with shiny watches, open dress shirts, and girls with tans and augmentations in the places where you might expect. It was not my scene and there was a lot of cheap domestic beer being guzzled, but the service was good and the employees were nice but this place can be too busy. We had our drinks and joined the party. A guy sat next to my GF and said "I hear you are an artist? I love the art baby," then he looked at me and said "I am only kidding bro" ... well, he was fun. I asked him what kind of art he enjoyed and he said "You, know, all kinds" and I said, yeah, "all kinds are good." Funny.
I am happy that this place is full of people who are sexier than me, have tans, and super mani-pedis. We all need a place to go, so I am all for Fifty/50 since many of those suburban girls who are having ladies nights at this place are sexy (I won't lie, the tanning bed girls are cute!).
I won't come here much although a friend of mine says the food is amazing and it probably is (she likes bacon), but I am glad it is here since it provides a counter-narrative to the too-cool-for-school hipster scene. Girls in Bebe t-shirts, big mirrored glasses, and way-too-high-heels provide an almost in LA sex appeal sitting with guys with product in their hair, big muscles, who say things like "I love the art baby!"
Celebrate diversity. You go, Fifty/50! -
Review from Jimmy G.
I'm a fan for the deep fried cheese curds and only the deep fried cheese curds. Salivating right now...
But if you're coming to watch a game, it does seem like they put some thought into tv placement too. -
Review from Gary C.
Fifty/50 had me at outdoor seating. Yeah, twas a gorgeous Summertime Chi evening and a couple friends and I were in the neighborhood. We heard about F/50s wings and just had to try em.
No lie, we were walking along Division looking for F/50 and walked by an open sports bar. We all looked at each other and said "we gotta come back to this neighborhood for this spot." Lo and behold it was F/50. Pleasantly surprised, we walked in to greet the hosts and were seated in our preferred area: outdoors. It's a great spot to people watch, and boy did we watch some peoples. There are some interesting characters that go to F/50 and walk around the neighborhood. You got THOSE guys, scantily clad gals, hipsters on their sweet bikes, families walking their dog in the middle of the night. Everybody. If people watching is your thing, head out here.
The wings are jumbo. Like forreal, jumbo. We ordered 16 regular wings [bone-in]; half teriyaki, half spicy garlic. The teriyaki is really sweet. The spicy garlic was surprisingly very spicy. I enjoy spicy, so this was a pleasant treat. But to my buddy who doesn't like hot foods, he was not happy. If it means anything to you, the regular wings and boneless wings are the same price.
I'm interested in the other wings, so I'd consider heading back to the F/50.
They've got big screens that face the street, so you can catch the game while dining outside. There are bathrooms on the main floor AND downstairs. Huge, given a busy night!
Oh, if you're a hungry hungry hippo, they do have a food challenge. The fifty/$50 challenge. It sounds beastly [30 wings and like 10 sliders], and out of my league. -

Total bro hang out, but has really good food, especially for a sports bar. I always order their veggie panini with sweet potato fries, which is AMAZING. It's been voted the best wings in Chicago, and I've heard their burgers are up there as well. They also have all different kinds of sliders. It has beer cocktails, which is a cool concept. Their beer selection is mediocre and a bit over-priced. However, they do have drink specials every night of the week. Good service, waitresses are always very friendly and accommodating.
It's a great place to catch a game and grab some food with friends. I've only really been there on week nights, but I heard it's pretty packed on the weekends. -

I've eaten here during work and during Bears and Blackhawks games. Anywhere you sit you'll have a view of a TV. Food is always good. I would like to see a larger selection of good beer. Not a big fan of Bud and Miller products. Staff is always friendly and easy on the eye.

Review from Eileen Z.
Not a fan of the layout of Fifty/50, but we've always managed to have a good time here. The key things being: 1) if we're in a large group and don't want to be talking over a million people, we get seated at the very top floor 2) go when DJ Avi Sic is there (she's heavy on old school Hip-hop, JazzHop, Breakbeats, R&B but is unfortunately at Evil Olive, Frontier and Butterfly Social more nowadays).
There are some comfier booths by the bar that's probably good for a party of 6-8, but they're right across from the bathrooms, so I'd rather get the table space upstairs even though the seating isn't as comfy.
If you want to do a spicy Man vs. food - esque competition with your buddies go for the Hell Burger. That thing is a trip! Only for extreme spicy fans though. The size of their wings are also fairly large, no dinky Buff Joe's wings here, my friends. Get plenty of waffle fries (add chili or bacon if you'd like) to munch on while you gulp down those beers. -

I had the Hell Burger, thinking I was man enough to challenge this ungodly mouth burner. Needless to say, I finished it and wielded a giant snot bubble that I didn't notice until my friends laughed hysterically at me. Well, this was the price I had to pay for an unchecked ego!
However, i've been here several times and I really enjoy the atmosphere. The food is great, from the sliders to the fish n chips and various drinks, its a neighborhood bar and grill thats easy to access, is dog friendly and is located in a very nice area. I exclusively sit in the outdoor patio area and enjoy my experience every time I hang out here. The servers are courteous, and prompt. I've never had a problem.
Just remind me never to touch the Hell burger again. Cheesus Rice. -

My husband and I came here on an unexpectedly warm day in October and were seated immediately outside even though the place was packed. Our waitress was great, constantly checking in, but not in an annoying way. We started with the cheese curds, which were amazing! Not greasy at all and a nice crisp to them. I then had the chicken wings which were great and my husband tried 2 sliders, including the crab cake which he loved. We will definitely be back!

My husband dragged me here which is the only reason I returned, and I'll give you this-- the food was good. Great even.
But the other patrons seriously made me want to stab myself in the eye. It was mid afternoon in Wicker Park but you would have sworn it was 11:30pm at Rockit. (shudders)

Lakeview, Chicago, IL
GREAT service. Especially compared to many of the other northside bars, this place is head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to service. Water was filled, server was attentive, etc.
Wings are huuuuuuuuuuuge. When I saw the wings were $10 for 8, I thought that was an outrageous price. However, when they arrived, I realized why they were so expensive. Gigantic. Definitely worth the price. That said, they weren't the most flavorful I've had but still good.
Cool decor, great outdoor sidewalk seating with two big TVs outside, and huge wings. Drink prices are on par for similar bars in the area. They need more bathrooms though.
Now for the only part of the review that matters....will I be back or not? Yes, for sure. -

Came here on Monday of Memorial Day weekend around noon and it wasn't that crowded yet, so we sat on the patio. I didn't catch either of our servers names (there was a trainee) but they both standard sports bar service, not always there but attentive none the less.
The food was good, but everyone knows that. My group all got burgers and they all came out cooked correctly and with the right toppings, so we were all happy!
From just sitting on the patio the place doesn't look like much, but it's still a fun place.
And there's a list of specialty shots that they make that I am dieing to try! -

Saturday night failure - I only came here because my friend was in town and she mentioned she would be hanging here for her b-day. Love this girl to death so I couldn't decline. I heard this place was slightly weird. After my first experience breezing in at Do Division Fest a few week's ago, I figured it wouldn't be THAT BAD. Wrong.
Average people, average music, weak drinks, not sure about the food but it looked pretty average too...cougars in the basement swinging their arms about and almost elbowing me in the mouth grooving with their 20 something boyfriends. GET. ME. OUT. OF. HERE. NOW.
The friend I came with phantomed after 30 minutes. I think he was being hunted by the jungle cats and needed to make a prompt exit.
After a chic walked in with a jumpsuit on and requested "Beyonce - DIVA"
I was outtie 3000. The Saturday night saga continues... -

Falling behind ... Fifty/50, what happened to you? This is not at all what I remembered. Yes, it has been a while since I visited, but this last trip almost makes me never need to visit again.
I had two boys in tow who really wanted to see the Michigan State game. I personally really wanted to be outside enjoying my sunny Saturday. Ok, compromise. We will head to Fifty/50. They can catch the game and I can sit outside - we all win! Yeah, not so much.
We grabbed a table outside. The boys picked their preferred seats to view the game. We ordered a bucket of beers and were pretty excited. Before the beers could arrive the tv was already on the fritz. When I say on the fritz, I mean cutting off randomly. The waitress was friendly and apologized and immediately had it back on. Ok, no biggie. Then I go to grab my beer and reddish/brown water is dripping on my shirt. Ughhh, not cool, now I have to walk around for the remainder of the day with rust water on my clothes. Maybe the metal buckets should have a plastic liner? Just a thought. Not even two swigs into my beer and the tv is off again. This time the boys are becoming annoyed. Unfortunately, we had already put in our food order. The tv continues to cut off numerous times. Finally, one of the other tables offers to man the control. He is a little more attentive considering he was also trying to watch the game.
The food is finally brought out. My husbands order was completely wrong. The runner sat it down and my husband said, "This isn't mine". The waitress immediately comes over and says, "Yeah, that's what you ordered." My husband, lactose intolerant, is staring at this burger loaded with cole slaw and cheese and says "No, the burger I ordered had bacon, bbq and onion rings". The annoying part is she made him point to the one that he wanted on the menu, because they have two burgers with the same name. It still came out wrong.
The tv has been turning off a million times at this point. The food wasn't right and the beers are dripping rust. Not a good situation. My buddy and I had finished our meals by the time my husband got his new burger. We decided to get our check. There wasn't anything deducted for the wrong meal. We weren't expecting a free meal, but seriously do something to make up for this mess. If you know, that one of your two outdoor tvs is on the fritz - simply tell your guest that it's not working and leave it off. Just a thought.1 Previous Review: Show all »

It isn't called the Heaven Burger for nothing. You'll have a come to Jesus moment the minute you bite into a glorious combination of double cream brie, sliced pear, smoked berry jam on a toasted oatmeal bun. Paired with their sweet potato fries (and a most excellent barbeque sauce), it was certainly heavenly bliss on a plate.
Fifty/50 is a standard sports bar, but with a unique menu, a fairly decent beer list (Founders Dirty Bastard was my drink of choice for the evening), and some intriguing cocktail options. Unfortunately, I'm just not a cocktail kind of gal, but the descriptions certainly sounded good for those who are.
Apparently this place has the best wings in the city, and they boast a mac and cheese waffle - reason enough to try this spot. I mean - mac and cheese waffles? Genius, my friends.
Sarah E., Jamie Z. and I stopped by this place at about 8 p.m. on Friday, and had a number of tables to choose from. Considering it was negative 50 outside, I wasn't surprised. The service was great, and the vibe is very chill. Gotta love a sports bar with a twist. -

This place is pretty good for what it is. I really just want to talk about the waffle fries--so good. Also, the late night menu lets you build your own burger using like 80 bagillion options and mine came out super tasty. I'm not much of a drinker, but the cocktails they had were pretty good. My bf and his friend enjoy the beer and wings. This is a great place for people watching (I like to sit on the second floor and look down at all the desperate men). I'm not a huge fan of pop music, but I have to say that the dj-ing is pretty darn good. It's loud and crowded, but that can be cathartic in a good way. The service is good too (albeit valley-girlish).

I hate to give a bad review but this place has been on my mind for awhile.
Cool spot to watch the game, with tons of TV's. Cool place start a crazy night of drinking in the area. The burgers are good and the drinks are fair.
My problem is I ordered 2 shots (Jamison) 3 beers and 2 burgers and my bill was over $100 bucks. Way over priced here. Our server was not so friendly to me and my girlfriend. This was a year ago, maybe things have changed. Honestly go next door to Small Bar for half the price.
