The Elbow Room (or ER as it's sometimes called) is simply a bar.  There is a shuffle board table and a pinball machine, even dart boards.  If you want a place that you can drink in your PJs or show up in a tuxedo, the ER might just be your cup of tea.  No fancy TVs.  No drink specials, because everything is so cheap already, they would actually have to give you money to drink their specials.
