I just got off the phone with Anthony and I told him that The Dry Cleaning Factory should do seminars for business about customer service. Anthony and whole crew are a throwback to when the customer not only is always right, but they go further.....they act as if the customer is always SPECIAL. i am treated like a human, and a valued one. The Dry Cleaning Factory's product is first rate. Their customer service is world class.

To cut it short: Untimely, unprofessional, over-priced, and poor service.

Over a month since getting my clothes "dry-cleaned," and it's been nothing but a mess. As a matter of fact, they arrived dirty, nearly two weeks late. I'm missing a sweater, and there has been no response from the company. Furthermore, for 13 items, they charged me 200 dollars.

I never wrote a negative review in my life, and I tend to neglect issues, but this company has honestly been a nightmare to deal with.

Terrible company. A girl answer the phone that sounded like she was 12. She was the only person that could speak English. They destroyed brand new, expensive pants and did not listen to me when I explained what needed to be done. They took no responsibility. Do not go to them!!!

Changing prices on me each time saying my shirts are all of a sudden different categories that are now twice as expensive. Slimy business practices and won't be using them again. Don't use unless you want a random bill twice more than you are expecting.

I've used a lot of dry cleaning services in Miami and all over but The Dry Cleaning Factory, are hands down some of the nicest, most professional. They always are going above and beyond to support and address my dry cleaning and washing needs! Huge fan and would recommend them to anyone who wants stellar and amazing services and care for their clothing.

The service was really good and fast. Needed a alteration added to a dress for my lady and they where a very prompt at getting it done with excellent service. Thanks to Jose I found the location easy, and a very big thanks to Mari for her beautiful smile helped make everything go smooth. Thank you again.

*Update* 24 hours after explaining to them that my dry cleaning never came they realized that they delivered my items to the wrong building and had it redelivered to my correct address. However two of my favorite fur throws were completely ruined beyond repair. Save yourself the headache and $. Do not bring your belongings here. You've been warned.

DO NOT USE!! Crooks. EVERY item was up charged. None of the items charged same amount. 2 items were not cleaned yet charged. Website says dresses: $10.99 every dress was charged appx $17. Was charged for a long dress instead of short. Pressing was horrible and extra wrinkles pressed in.

Criminals. Reporting to BBB & Consumer Advocate.

Called & Jolie was rude refused to explain why no price as charged same as website. Also refused to disclose the owner name. All up charges were well over $2 upcharge as indicated on website.

Deceitful practice & illegal. They assume when they pick up & deliver you will not read receipt.

Items were hand odes into the system so they could override the pricing structure with whatever amount they saw fit.

I travel all year, what I was charged was appx 2x normal charge.

You would be foolish to ever use this company.

Over a period of five years this place lost several my pieces of designer clothing. recently they lost a burberry sweater that costed me 1750 and simply refused to replace it. They tried to blame my building but failed at their baseless attempt because I have clear proof they lost it. They offered me 250 dollars in credit at their store which I refused to take; They charge higher fees and sometimes hidden fees to clean designer clothing items. In recent days, I sincerely doubt the honesty of this business. It apparently has become a one-man-show without the resources to do their job well or to take responsibility for ones clothing. My building no longer recommends them for our community. very hard before trusting these people with your precious dry-cleaning items.

I definitely do not recommend this place. They lost my shirts twice. In the first time they insisted the two shirts were delivered but they were not, and they found them after two weeks. Ok, I gave them my trust. In the second time, they lost one shirt and they never found it. They called me sometimes to inform they were looking for the shirt but it's been three months this happened and I never saw my shirt again. I called the owner (Raphael) but he did not care about my lost shirt and he did not refund me.
