Daily Disappointment

I'm not kidding.  This is what the residents said to me whenever I asked them what was going on in Woodland.  And even when I lived here, there was little released in the town paper.

But I'm giving it 3 stars for the fact that there is this certain responsibility to get the local news out to the denizens of this little town.  Good effort.

My experience with the Democrat has been fair at best. My main complaint is customer service...There is none. Any problem or issue I've had, does not get resolved. I've had to call them so many times, I should have their number on speed dial. I am STILL having problems with my delivery person, but has the Democrat done anything about THEIR employee?? No. It is very aggravating, and I hold the Democrat responsible. Either hire more competent people to deliver the paper, or take care of these issues as they arise!

Only good thing I can say is the price I paid for a subscription($15 for a year) was a good deal....But then again, maybe that's why the customer service is lacking...
