I stopped here while waiting for my friends to pick me up from the commuter train. The woman who took my order was very nice and as an added bonus, let me practice my Mandarin with her (yes, she was born n China)!
I ordered a cup of mint chocolate chip knowing that Hersheys is a name you can trust for flavorful ice cream and that it was. I took my ice cream to their outdoor tables where I enjoyed it until my ride arrived!

If you're looking for great food, quick and local, this is the place to go. Our family loves pretty much everything they have to offer, from pizza to homemade pita bread subs. Everything is fresh and delivery is quick!

Just stopped at The Cottage for the first time. Ordered the three cheese pizza. This is a "shite" pizza and was very good. Crust was done just right with a little "flop" and the cheese, garlic and basil were done to perfection. I will certainly be returning.

Took a break from this place after a couple sub par pizzas. Tried again and this was very good. Buffalo wrap was good too.

The food here is good, however, it's the management or cashier who is as stubborn and rude, as the day is long. With the orders being wrong... Which happens more often than the other food joints in town, and the gross way this woman spoke to me. The first words after a hello I stated what I wanted, and she repeated it. Order was incorrect, wasn't worth the argument but it's so off putting when a food establishment has a sour employee and doesn't even give a shit to make it right. it is not the phone connection and the orders being wrong so often. Her accent is harder to understand than I think she realizes, which I totally understand. I called to let them know they made a mistake, and I was greeted with an abrasive woman, who doesn't really seem to care if the restaurant is in the wrong. Had this been the first time, or even the 3rd time, i wouldn't say anything. But this lady just kept saying the same sentence and talking over me and even though I told her this isn't the first time this has happened, she didn't care.

I definitely would recommend this place, just when this woman has her days off. The rest of the staff are great, as far as I know. Ambience and atmosphere? I guess depends on if this woman is in a good mood or not....

The woman working the front desk and ice cream machine is super sweet and friendly, I loved her.
I also loved the history of this place and looking at the old photos and menus of the place on the walls.

I got a steak tips salad and the steak was done perfectly. Nothing special about the salad but nothing bad about it either. Their onion rings are also good. Their ice cream is definitely worth the stop though! They use hersheys brand for their ice cream. I got the coffee oreo and I would recommend this flavor. Their ice cream is really creamy and sticky - my favorite!

Poor customer service ruined it for me. You're charged more than what the menu says, and it does not say "prices subject to change" anywhere. When you point out this small issue, rather than fix it, they argue.

I recently discovered this place and became a regular because it's pretty decent food.

That ended today, when I was charged more than the menu says for a sub. My 8 dollar sub came to like $9.64, and I asked why. First she said, "Tax." I pointed out that's too much tax for 8 dollars. We looked up the price in the menu -- yes, $8. However, she told me she still couldn't change the price.

I only pointed it out because it is a repeated pattern. My previous orders seemed to come to random amounts, so this was expected. I didn't think it would be so blatant, with such an ignorant response.

Lost a regular customer over a dollar. Nice job.

This place is hit or miss and the food isn't that great. The order takers are not that knowledgeable of the menu. We have received the wrong order on a few occasions and they even charged us a second delivery charge when we added a side of blue cheese to an order that was just processed. I find their pizza to be chewy.

Never disappointing. The food is always amazing.. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and they gave me pita bread. It was homemade. If you haven't tried it yet its a must!

This place by far is a dump! The owner is beyond RUDE to customers and doesn't say much for the restaurant! The food is far from good and the price you pay to have rude service and crappy over priced food is not worth it.
