The staff is very friendly and knowledgable and very accommodating. Even though the men's selection isn't as large as the Union Square location, they can transfer merchandise between stores in less than a day. Located in the Financial District, this store get's a lot less foot traffic so it's great if you just need to pop in for a gift or just to browse without the crowds.
I'll be honest, I heart handbags....especially the handbags that come with another dust bag...yes, those, nice!
However, this store had the most UNACCPTABLE customer serivce. If I'm paying over $100 for a handbag the size of some peoples wallets, I need a little bit of service. Bueller? Yeah.
I took a wristlet in to get fixed and the ever so kind sales woman informed me that it was normal wear and tear, and they were sorry, perhaps they could send in the wristlet..but there was a slim chance it would get fixed. Excuse me? After 8 months, I expect a product to hold up...
Coach ended up sending me a credit for my wristlet, couldn't this have been done at the store? Was it really necessary for me to wait 8 weeks for this response from Coach directly?
The solution? Go to the Coach store on Post St. They are much nicer and they will replace a handbag on the spot should it be necessary.
I still like Coach handbags, with a side of customer service.

I love Coach. It makes me so very happy when I go inside. The people are always so nice there and willing to answer any questions. They always let me know when new stuff is coming out and if I should wait for sales...
