Come here & enjoy!

I always thought Cheesecake was too pricey & the food had never impressed me before, but then I came here.

Let me just say I am in love with hot wings!
Preferably [Boneless] buffalo wings yum!

I went out to lunch with a great friend & ordered their
Boneless buffalo Strips with bleu cheese dressing,  buffalo wings & do the deluxe these fries AMAZING. I don't even wait till i get home when I order pick up.

But these boneless buffalo wings were DELICIOUS!
you get so much & it comes out looking like art you just have to appreciate it! So I took a picture of my beautiful meal!
They are ridiculously scrumptious, juicy, spicy "enough."

The cheesecake wow so many flavors but I had a great piece of cheesecake with my quiet musician friend & i can't wait to try them all!

Anyway its not just about the food, its everything!

I want to be happy from the door, to my seat , through my meal & all the way to my car!
And I usually am, the environment is joyful, intimate & beautiful!
The Hostesses  & waiters superb love it here.

Although it is a bit pricey the quality of the food is wonderful

The boneless buffalo wings are never hard not even after the microwaving & they give you complimentary read W/ BUTTER!

they keep it coming & I was very impressed.

I really love how I can order this appetizing completely gorgeous meal to go. So I usually always do. (=

I encountered teeny tiny problems & was surprised by one of the managers Jason. He's soo tall but very friendly go meet him!
He actually listened & had a conversation with me & took care of me fantastically.

He asked me questions & was very involved in making sure he made a difference in my experience.
We need more people like him in the customer service industry, people who really do thier jobs well! not just because they have too.

So I love this place I am all about impeccable customer service, & they have that here.

if you have any problems Talk to a manager until you have found a solution they want your business for a long time.

They have mine, thanks Jason & Cheesecake Factory

A coworker and I went here recently for dinner.  Unfortunately for us, we picked a Friday night to go.

This place seems pretty popular.  If you gauge a restaurant by the size of the line, then this place is 5-stars all the way.  We decided to go on a Friday night, which might not have been the best decision.  In addition, we didn't go until a bit later in the evening.  We showed up at about 7pm.  They told us the wait would be about 45 minutes.  Ok.  No problem.  That's what we get for showing up kind of late to a popular place on Friday night.  We ended up waiting for about an hour.  Once we were called (or buzzed, actually), we were told to wait off to the side.  Really?  WTF?  Yes, the hour wait was the line to get into the line.  Once we were off to the side we had to wait for about 10 more minutes.  I started to get a bit worried as other parties called after us were seated before us.  After two visits to the host up front, we were finally seated.

Once we were seated and ordered, it wasn't that bad.  We got the calamari appetizer.  My coworker got the shrimp scampi pasta.  It was pretty good.  (My coworker shared it with me.)  But there were only like 6 shrimp with it (nicely arranged though).  I got the chicken madeira.  It was three pieces of very thin, but wide, breaded pieces of chicken, served with mashed potatoes and a few stalks of asparagus.  The servings at this place are HUGE!  My coworker was unable to finish her dish.  And I was unable to finish mine either.  (And if you know me, I can cram an ungodly amount of food into me.)  Needless to say, we were too stuffed for dessert.  So no cheesecake for us.

I would have given this place more stars in my rating.  (Really, I rate it at about a 2.5 stars.)  The food was good.  The servings are huge.  So why only the 2-star rating?  The wait.  And I don't mean the 45-60 minute wait we had.  That was our fault.  Popular place on a Friday night right in the middle of dinner hour.  It was the unorganized wait after the wait that totally turned me off.  I'm used to being seated right after I'm called (or buzzed).  I didn't expect a wait after the wait, and I didn't appreciate being seated after other people who were called after us.  (Especially since there were obvious empty tables when we were actually seated.)  I also didn't appreciate the snippy attitude of the host up front.

The food is good.  The servings are huge.  But this place needs to get their wait and their seating process streamlined.  I will probably come back here at some point.  But I'm go pick a less busy day/hour.  Perhaps maybe they'll seat us in a timely manner (after being buzzed).

Service is terrible.

Good food, good service, but it can get crowded. If you come during busy times, they may put you at one of the long bench-like seating areas where you are squeezed in with other parties on both sides. If you get a booth then there is little to complain about. Their menu has a lot of variety from burgers to seafood and everything I have had so far has been excellent. My favorite is their chicken salad sandwich and their chipoltlie crunchy chicken sandwich. The Miso Salmon is also good.

My girlfriends and I had some time to kill so we decided to eat and get drunk, of course. We had stopped by on a Sunday night, and we easily grabbed a table by the bar. Our waitress came by to take our order as soon as we sat down. Thank G!d for the few good waitresses out there. Our's was amazing. She was patient while I searched through my messy bag for my I.D., and she always always always remembered our orders even when we kept getting excited and forgetting. I wish I had stopped chattering and remembered her name! I will be sure to get it when I return!

We had decided to order a couple of tiny appetizers. We wanted to fill up a little bit since none of us ate lunch, but we didn't want to have to unbutton as soon as we were in the car and no one was looking. As you can imagine, we were delighted to see that there was a 'small plates and snacks' menu. :)

To eat, we ordered:
- Greek Salad (standard)
- Tex Mex Eggrolls (not really my thing, but always a hit with friends)
- Shrimp Scampi Crostini (sooo yummy, but sooo small)

To drink, we ordered:
- Lemon Drop Martini (idk how, but it got my friend super tipsy...FAST)
- Typhoon Punch ( tasty and does its job well)
- Factory Peach Bellini (fun and tasty, but not hard)

We followed with:
- White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Cheesecake (i died)

I ordered to-go:
- Red Velvet Cheesecake (my hot little love interest completely devoured it before I could even get to it)

Great food, great drinks, great service... I'm happy. :)

I enjoy coming to The Cheesecake Factory whenever I can. I don't care for their cheesecake (but I do like the kahlua cocoa coffee cheesecake) as much as their food. I love their factory nachos with chicken, it's an appetizer but it's huge and can pass for an entree. I love their chicken medeira, i'd describe it as savory. I enjoy their grilled salmon also. I'm sure I'm not the only one, but i love love love their strawberry lemonade and how it comes with sugar around the rim of the glass. I have to be careful not to eat all of the bread when it comes out, it's warm and tasty.

I've ordered take-out here and it's always ready when I pick it up. I prefer to eat inside though. The service is fine, although it always seems busy. I have no complaints. The Cheesecake Factory has a large variety of options and if you pick the right thing I'm pretty sure you'll be pleased.

Came here for lunch.

Had the gumbo. so. so. so. gooooood. Even better than the jambalaya. It was saucy and came with chicken, sausage, and shrimp. And the saucy goodness was excellent. Also, the chicken was moist, shrimp were plump, and sausage added good flavor.

Also, a friend's sandwich took a long time to come, and when it came, we realized the chicken was not fully cooked. Later the waiter came back and apologized and said the manager would be over to talk to us. Manager was right on his heels and apologized. Then later on the manager came back to bring the order. They also comped the sandwich. Great customer service points there.

What more can you ask for? Fantabulous food. Wonderful Service. Nothing else.

Marvelous way to end the day for 5 ladies hungry enough to eat the tablecloth if the food wasn't good.

OK, so this is one of those big chains with very little originality, but I have to give it snaps for having some delish food and dessert.

The downsides are: long waits with no reservations, crappy parking and it gets so loud in here that you can barely hear yourself, much less anyone in your group trying to talk to you.

The upsides: huge menu, good service (usually), yummy and fresh food and, of course, CHEESECAKE!!

My favorite savory dishes here lately are the asian ones - Caramel chicken and Orange chicken.  Both are vey good.  I also like the crab cakes, Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes, Shepard's Pie, Meatloaf and Farfalle with Chicken and Roasted Garlic.

As far as cheesecake goes, I haven't had a bad one yet!  My faves are the Snicker's, Adam's Peanut Butter Cup, Pumpkin and Godiva.  YUM!

Be ready to drop about $25 per person when all if said and done.  Another option is to use their "curbside to go", which I do from time to time.  You can get out of there for less money without buying the expensive soda and other extras.  Plus, it's fast and easy.

However, you changed your fries! they went form yummy classic, delish shoe string that Rival Gordon Biersch to some sort of lack luster potato thing that I just cannot accept! disappointing! we're on the fritz cheesecake!

Red Velvet Cheesecake!!! This review is for their cheesecake. I've eaten here plenty times and never bothered to write a review because it was out of the ordinary. I think it's safe to say that everyone has eaten here at one time or another and you know what to expect from it.

BUT!!! Have you tried the Red Velvet Cheesecake!!!? WOW! It's absolutely delicious! I thought I had found THE best red velvet cake @ Satura's, but to have it as a cheesecake, it's incredible. So moist and so damn good. The cheesecake paired with the red velvet was perfect. Not too sweet. Textures worked well together. Ugh...I can't begin describe how good it was, just go try it for yourself! It's a huge slice too!

I think it's only served for a limited time =( wahhhh  I hope they keep it forever! 5 stars becase 25¢ from the sale of each slice will be donated to Feeding America, the nation's food bank network.

Mmmmm *drool* hubba hubba

You know how you get that feeling like "i feel like eating XXXXX right now" or "We should go to XXXX", well I am confident that I will never have that feeling about this place. I only ever come here when it gets picked by someone else.

I've been here a total of 5 times now. Each time, i've ordered completely different stuff. With the exception of what I just had for lunch about a half hour ago, i cannot remember anything that i've ordered previously becuase it just isn't that memorable. The food is just so-so.

The service, unlike the food, is good. But when I factor in the fact that the typical wait time is around an hour, by the time i sit and order, ANY service is going to be good service.

What baffles me is how this place is always so packed?!? I don't get it. The food just isn't that great t me. Maybe it's because it's at a mall. I mean, compared to mall food, it's pretty good i suppose, but that's really not saying much.

Given the choice, I would choose something elese.

Anyone who likes cheesecake will love this place as they have the best cheesecake here. They have lots of different kinds from ones made with Snickers to apples and cinnamon. The wait wasn't too bad today like it usually is since we came in the late afternoon. Like usual, we got the avocado rolls as an appetizer which is a must try for anyone who likes avocados. It's delicious! The cilantro sauce they serve it with is really good!

If you can't decide what to order, try their Cajun Shrimp and Pasta Jambalaya. It comes with your choice of either rice or pasta. It's really good! I used to order it all the time. The portion is big enough for two. There is a lunch portion available for those of you with smaller appetites.

This time I got the Angus beef barbecue ribs that came with onion strings and fries. It wasn't bad, but I wish I would've ordered the Cajun dish or something more exotic instead. I was sort of craving red meat and didn't want to just get a burger as I can get one at most places.

Their chicken Cesar salad is also very good. The bread they serve with the meal is warm and fresh and comes with good high quality butter. They have a full bar here and although I haven't had that many drinks here, the ones I did have are good as far as the mixed drinks go. They also serve some cake here like chocolate and carrot cake for those who like dessert but not cheesecake.

My only gripe about this place is that it can be too loud and crowded at times and the wait can be long at certain times. Today we were seated by this woman and a bunch of her friends. She talked almost nonstop and annoyed my husband so much that he told me that the stupid annoying bitch should shut up at least ten times. I laughed, he's just so bad sometimes!

Anyways, our waiter was really great, friendly, and attentive. They usually are. I got the White Chocolate Macadamia Caramel Nut cheesecake. I had it before and it's super good! Another good one is the White Chocolate Raspberry and Lemon Cheesecake. I think I'm a little off with the names.

Right now they list the calorie contents of each piece in the front. So you might want to share or hit the gym afterwards unless you happen to have the metabolism of a skinny teenage boy. If you do, I hate you. Just kidding you lucky bastards!

On September the 30th, they're having a special day to where 100% of your bill will go towards helping to feed America. To learn more, check out: http://www.thecheeseca...

You may have heard me be a little disparaging about "factory" food, but at our latest party (Happy Birthday, Acacia!), this Cheesecake factory turned out a very decent respast.

It does indeed have something for everyone.  I had a avacado-filled eggroll (how do they DO that?!) that was marvelous, along with a corn fritter.  My entree was the most beautiful barbeque chicken salad.  It was nicely dressed (equally throughout the entire salad) and beautifully presented.  It was waaaaay to big to eat in one sitting, they cheerfully boxed it up for me.

I ordered the raspberry white-chocolate cheesecake, so that I could take something home to Dr. R..  It was very sweet and very good.  I had a bite of the red-velvet cheesecake (ok, two bites), purely for research purposes.  That was very, very good also.

Service was very solicitous.  Sodas were refilled promptly, our entrees all came at the same time and were exactly as ordered.  I was very impressed by the legion of wait-staff.  They took very good care of our group of eleven people.

The restaurant itself was very crowded, very loud, but in a cheerful way.  There was a large group of people waiting when I arrived, but my party had already been seated.

It was a great party (thanks Michael Sue and Bob)... and I might have to change my tune about factory food!

This place has a massive menu, from sandwiches to pastas. I love their guacamole eggrolls, one of the best out there. The firecracker roll is not too shabby as well. Ambiance is great, very nice and cozy. The wait can be long sometimes.

Had the following:

Louisiana Chicken Pasta: semi creamy sauce, very good
Pasta Da Vinci Pasta: on the creamy side, but good as well
Overall, their pasta is pretty decent - portions are pretty big
I love their chinese chicken salad - it's big....

I've repeatedly come back for their Tuna Tataki Salad, which is incredible..I've got a handful of my friends hooked on this salad...On my birthday, I ended up eating way too much sweets and junk food at work that I decided to cancel my birthday dinner w/ the bf and order something light...so my bf ordered two tataki salads to go and came home. Mind you, I've had this salad numerous times, but they barely gave me enough lettuce, skimped out on the dressing and worst of all, there was a crumpled piece of some sort of packaging sticker mixed in with my salad... so disgusting...it's like trash in my food... my bf called and complained and was able to get refunded for the salad..but really? has the quality and service really gotten that bad?

Went here for a work luncheon.  It's a good choice to go with a group of people as they have something for everyone.  My coworker and I shared the Factory Appetizer Favorites, which pretty much came with 2 pieces of each appetizer: Avocado Egg Rolls, Spinach Cheese Dip, Pot Stickers, Shrimp Summer Rolls, Quesadilla, Corn Cakes, Buffalo Blasts, and Calamari.  I liked them all except for the Buffalo Blasts and Pot Stickers.  It was fulfilling that we couldn't even finish it!  Service was good considering that we were loud and demanding.

I still can't believe all the different flavors of cheesecake that they have, but some are a little too weird for me.  My favorites is the regular strawberry, tiramisu, and chocolate mousse.  I noticed that their display case now shows the calories of each cheesecake and cake.  1500 calories for the red velvet cheesecake and carrot cake!  That is insane!  That's your daily calorie intake right there!

The cons about this place per my boss is that they don't take reservations over the phone.  You have to go in and make one which is ridiculous.  I also don't like they don't seat you until everyone has arrived.

YUMM!! The menu is HUGE!! So much to choose from... I love the Thai chicken pasta, the molasses bread (lol), avacado rolls, orange chicken... and so much more. Honestly, I haven't had anything here I didn't like...

The downside of course would be the wait, but if you don't mind and there's room sit at the bar. Still the same service and food, even if you don't want to drink, it's a lot faster than waiting for a table/booth.

And... man I don't even have to say much about the delicious cheesecake... so many to choose from.. I LOVE the apple cinnamon mmmm...

One day, I came here and found a long, black, curly hair woven in my 4 cheese pasta!  I know it wasn't mine because my hair is short, brown, and straight.  I may be over reacting, but I have come to the conclusion that there's a difference between finding a hair that fell in my food, and finding one that has been tangled up in my meal! I usually don't get the pasta, but I'm sure that's not whats supposed to be in it.

We immediately informed the waiter and the manager personally came out to apologize, comp my meal, and gave me a house salad on the house (although I wish she gave me cheesecake!).  I was impressed with the manager coming out to take care of everything herself.

Generally, I think Cheesecake is overrated, but after this incident I have mixed feelings about specifically eating at the one in vf.  I liked the professionalism and treatment I got when we reported the hair, but in a nice place like Cheesecake, there really shouldn't be one in the first place.

On a happier note, the food tastes good.  I like getting the miso salmon and replacing the rice with mashed potatoes.  By far, the BEST dessert is the RED VELVET cheesecake!  Red velvet + cheesecake= :D  It was GENIUS to combine the two.  Absolutely scrumptious.

I heart the Cheesecake Factory.  I know, I know, it's a chain.  For chains, this place is Tasty with a capital T.  Though, I must add their prices are high and their portions are HUGE!  Yippee for leftovers.

I like that their menu is diverse to fit almost any palate.  I often go for the cobb salad (but being that my nickname was once "Sally" I always have my unique substitution requests to have my food made just the way I like it).  And, for those who know me well, I can hear you laughing at me.

If you are a fan of the red velvet cake, try their red velvet cheesecake.  It will cause you to roll your eyes to the back of your head in joy.

I gotta say reading all these reviews makes me think that cheesecake factory needs better marketing. Or maybe don't care as long as the volume of mass of people show up at their door.  I have been to a few Factories, and have the service was good, food was ok, and the feel of the place is just too big.

I came here for lunch yesterday and just wanted to get a pick up a togo order. The place looks like a airport who had a gaudy-minded 2nd rate decorator at the helm of the planning of this place (italy is rolling their eyes at this place).

Pick up my order, get home. I went their because my girl wanted the shrimp and bacon club, I had the chicken parmesan sandwich. Talk about bland, and steep in price. You would think that they would have some kind of lunch special, I mean 26 bucks seems steep just for 2 sandwiches ( which one I will not come back for). If they did have a special, they sure did not mention it me.

Next time suggests C Factory, I might balk at the idea. I will go, tolerate it, but I know there is much better places for my hard earned buck. New York Style pizza down the street sounds good now.

F.E.A.S.T. Rating: 3.6
Cheesecake is one of my greatest weaknesses. I like plain cheesecake, cheesecake with toppings, even that cheesecake mix-in-a-box. Thus, I suppose it makes sense that I get around to reviewing Cheesecake Factory, a chain renown for their selections. This review, however, takes into account that they serve other things besides slice o' heaven.

Financial (10%) - 4.0
Meal prices are reasonable, especially considering how big portions are. Few main dishes exceed $20, which is about right for a mid-level chain. A slice of cheesecake is pretty expensive (in the $6-8 range), but is big enough to share with a friend or two. Getting whole cheesecakes will give you a good wallet walloping (typically ~$26 for 7" and ~$50 for 10").

Expression (15%) - 4.0
CF likes to showcase their cheesecakes; that is their strongest point. From the whole pies on display, to the decorative patterns found on individual slices, CF wins the most points for this category with their eponymous dessert. The main courses are cleanly presented, and heaping portions kinda has its own morbidly fun appeal. Speaking of which, they always seem to empty an industrial-sized can of whipped cream onto your slice of cheesecake!

Ambiance (20%) - 3.5
Did I walk into a Las Vegas hotel? Familiar wall prints, classical columns...all that's missing is a Roman statue :) The waiting area, cheesecake counter, restrooms, and kitchen doors all share common space. I prescribe a little caution when wading through this overcrowded area. Expect to get to know your neighbors and their food when squeezing into the cramped seating, especially at tables adjacent to the bar where stools are placed almost haphazardly.

Service (25%) - 3.5
As I previously mentioned, it's incredibly busy. And that's unfortunate because they don't take reservations. Instead, you're given an ETA and a buzzer device that notifies you when seating becomes available. Typical wait times on a crowded evening are about 45 min. Service can be somewhat uneven due to crowding and hectic pace (a true measure of service when you see how your server reacts in such a dynamic environment). And don't come to CF if your party exceeds 4. They will try to seat you, but expect to add another 30 minutes to that wait time. However, CF staff are genuinely friendly and accommodating.

Taste (30%) - 3.5
The food is actually not bad considering the focus on dessert and diverse menu. The only problem I have is that CF tends to get the key flavors wrong (the syrupy sauces may be to blame). The Crispy Spicy Beef has so much potential, but is salty despite the sweet-spicy sauce. The Spicy Cashew Chicken is sweeter than it is spicy. On the other hand, Bang-Bang Chicken and Shrimp struck almost all the right notes despite its funny name haha. The curry, peanuts, chiles, and coconut surprisingly don't overpower each other. I'm also a fan of their breads. What about cheesecakes that I already haven't mentioned? I brought a White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut cheesecake to a picnic once and ppl refused to let it thaw. Gone in 60 seconds! I received accolades, but all I wanted was a slice :(

Yet another semi mediocre review for Cheesecake Factory.

Unlike other businesses, this place survives not on repeat business but on the fact that they have an amazing location, great decor, are open late, are HUGE, and have a huge menu.

That being said I always find myself going here despite the fact that the food isn't really all that great.  Their 20 page menu has so much to choose from and I've had quite a few dishes there and it seems to get worse and worse.  It's just really a bad attempt at fusion and it mostly comes out Americanized, no matter what the dish, and it seems like it's all microwaved and thrown together.  Not good.

The bar is nice though and yes the deserts are pretty good, too.

The new red velvet cheesecake is the best desert I've ever had, period.  It's 1550 or so calories too, FYI!

I'd also like to point out that a manager told me that this particular cheesecake will be around for a while because "it'd be a bad business decision to get rid of it since it's so popular."  So, not because it's great, but because they're making money off it.  Haha.  And then he said "it has too much frosting for me personally"     I LOVE that he said that, it's nice to get honesty out of someone who works in the restaurant industry.  It's very rare, trust me..

Oh and another funny note is that they offer no entertainment for kids.  We once asked for a piece of paper for our daughter to draw on and they just gave me a stub of receipt paper.  I thought that was funny and I actually like the idea of shunning children and making it not kid friendly, haha

So, I went with my boyfriends family for mothers day one year...and my god was it horrid. Seriously, I could understand it being busy, but the food was most def. not great.
First off, they took a long time to decide to feed us, and quiet a few workers were just standing around.
Then, when we got our food the plates were all warm, but the food was COLD! wtf? Yes, thanks for the hot plate and the unapitizing cold waffles, it litterally took about thee times for us to get our food as warm as the plate bleck,
i doubt I'm ever going again, at least not at this location....I'd rather go to a dennys

Been here multiple times and there is always a long, waiting line.  We arrived around 5pm and had to wait 5 to 10 minutes before being seated.

Service was good and dishes came out promptly.

The food is really mediocre.  I got the meatloaf and I tried my friend's Mahi Mahi and Chicken Madiera.

We shared the Raspberry Truffle White Chocolate Cheesecake.

The cheesecake is always my favorite and the highlight of the meal

Despite the long waits and gigantic menu that tries to please every palette on earth rather than concentrating and making a smaller portion of their food taste better, I still like cheesecake factory. The cheesecakes are still delicious!!!

- Brown Oat Bread: love it! sooo good!
- Salsbury Steak: too much spicing, felt like i was eating salt & pepper, but it was good, not enough onions, mashed potatoes were really good
- Red Velvet Cheesecake: delicious! not too sweet, good balance of cheesecake and velvet cake

Yesterday was the first time I had ever been to the Santa Clara location. I had only been to the Oakridge location before but even that was a long time ago. My friends and I came here yesterday before we went to see a movie at Century 22 just a few blocks away. I ordered the Tons of Fun Burger... not the healthiest thing of course, but it sounded good to me. The waiter who helped us, Joe, was great. He had a good sense of humor and the dinner experience was never made uncomfortable. My burger was the last item to come to the table and he told me, "It is called the Tons of Fun Burger because for your friends it is a ton of fun to see how you manage to eat it."

The burger itself was pretty good, it didn't blow away the competition or anything. What made the experience great was definitely the service and the people I enjoyed my meal with.

When we were finished eating, Joe asked one of the girls at our table if she wanted her mustard to go. (because she had explained how important it was to have mustard at the beginning of the meal.) She sarcastically said, "No, just pack up the lettuce and butter for me."

I said, "I bet you he will."

Sure enough, he did.

Awesome.

As a former Cheesecake Factory employee and frequent patron, I just had to drop a line, especially with the insider info yo.

#1 - your experience is at the utter mercy of your server
100%.

It makes or breaks everything.

For that reason, I'll wait 2 hours for a hella bomb server that I know and have worked with.
In case you're not so patient (haha), you can grab seats at the bar. The bartenders are hella cool, chances are you'll see Sam or Jeff or this other pinay hottie whose name escapes me right now lol.

You also grab the high top tables beside the bar area. Those are totally up for grabs. A complete free-for-all so during busy nights, you can just hover around there and wait for a free table. Skip the entire line that way. ;)

But yea man, like the Cheesecake Factory is one of the best places to go, definitely one of the highest bang for buck places for sure. I DARE YOU NOT TO HAVE LEFT-OVERS lol. ALmost impossible.

Try:

-Miso Salmon
-Bang bang chicken & shrimp
-Chicken Marsala
-Da Vinci Pasta
-Laua Salad

Like your drinks??
dude:
-ultimate margarita (prepare yourself)
-georgia peach (great girly drink lol)
-MOJITOS! (dang, love that mint. they make it hella bomb too)
-Arnold Palmers, love that sugar rim on the glass.

Appetizers!!!! --- my fav part

-AVOCADO EGG ROLLS (i swear by these)
-SWEET CORN TAMALE CAKES

I love those two appetizers TO DEATH.
If you don't like them... shoot..... I'll buy you a slice of cheesecake or something lol.

Cheesecake! Ahahaaa... (use to work in the bakery mwahaha)

-GOdiva. 4 kinds of chocolate. dense as hell. more calories, sugar, carb than a big mac =D
-Chocolate Tuxedo. it is THE coolest looking cheesecake. mix of dark and white chocolates, insanely cool decor on the plate, trust me
-White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle - one of the bestsellers for a reason
-REgular Cheesecake/ REg + strawberry - the classic
-Turtle Pecan - my personal favorite, very rich rich, creamy =)
-Vanilla Bean - a twist on the vanilla flavor with the richness that ice cream has never captured, you will be very pleasantly surprised

THere's almost 50 slices and I've tried them all. They're all good.

If you got a big appetite and you're ambitious as hell.... try the dessert of the gods:

Chris' Outrageous Chocolate Cake. [you will die.]

Craig's Carrot Cake is hella insane too.

AND of course,
your meal always comes with bread at the beginning.
FYI, that brown bread is not chocolate bread lol
It's wheat baguette, hella bomb. =) You can ask for as much as you want!

Hey, enjoy your meal =D

If you're there on weekday nights/weekend nights and you want the best server in the house, ask to sit in Marcel's section. Tell him Warren sent ya. ;) He'll take care of you yo.

Just celebrated my 6 month anniversary with my girl and this guy made our dinner absolutely... indescrible. THE best dining experience I have ever ever had. He's the only man I've ever tipped 100% of the bill. He is a god among men.

Seriously?!?! Why did this place only get 3 stars?  Sure it's a bit pricey but you get HUGE portions!!!  Every entree can feed two people, no joke. . .I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Goish, there's so many things to choose from I always have the HARDEST time deciding what I want to eat here. . .there's so many good dishes but only one stomach!  Best to come here with a bunch of friends so you can eat off of each other's plates :)  A few dishes that I love: bbq ranch chicken salad, spicy chicken chipotle pasta, louisiana chicken pasta, cuban sandwich, cajun jambalaya pasta. . .

If you're out with girlfriends jsut for cocktails and you want to much on something with your drink, I'd highly recommend the Factory Appetizer Favorites.  This dish includes several of their appetizers and it's a perfect amount for when you're not really hungry, but you could eat a little bit :P

The only thing that sucks about this place is that they don't take reservations.  I guess I could understand because they're always busy, but it'd be nice to have an exception when you have a party of like 10 or more. .it sucks to have to arrive an hour early just so that you can put your name down. . .then you gotta sit/stand and wait. .or go to the mall and roam around for a bit (but then your pager doesn't work). . .sucks!

Its too glorified for its food....
the only thing good IS the cheesecake and other desserts
everything else taste like refrozen or cheaply tossed together.
I'm a horrid cook... and my mac&cheesh balls come out much more flavorful...

I guess I am one of the few that finds the Cheesecake Factory totally overrated.  The decor is beautiful, the servings are gargantuan...but I just think the food is a little more on the bland side.  The menu is a phone book with any meal you can imagine - they even sell ads in it!  In my opinion, one of their downfalls - too many items, if they specialized in maybe 1/3 of those dishes - I guaranty the quality would increase.  The cheesecake is unbelievable - but very expensive.

Definitely good stuff, but worth an hour wait at all times??  I say no.

As a franchise, I consider cheesecake factory quite satisfactory.

They have a vast menu of all kinds of food to choose from. And of course, being called "cheesecake" factory, they do offer a diverse menu of cheesecakes. Being a large american franchise restaurant though, you can expect to wait quite a bit to be seated. BUT if you come in late enough there wouldn't be much of a wait anymore...

I especially like their little appetizer menu which isn't too shabby. There are a few different things to choose from there and the price ain't to bad for a nice little serving. Their fried zuchini is pretty tasty. Anyhow, I don't consider the prices too bad, and the portions are good. You'll probably be saving a lot of money by picking a few things and sharing it with another person. Afterall, these portions are meant for one person alone...obsesity!

Oh, my favorite cheesecake is their fresh banana cream. YUM-O.

Red Velvet Cheesecake

I took my cousins here to eat dinner...already lots of reviews on their food, but they had a new cheesecake come out today...their new red velvet cheesecake. My cousins and I ate it after dinner, it's just okay. Not great, not bad, not memorable either. At least it was 1/2 yesterday, but I wouldn't pay full price for a slice next time.

WOW!

I initially thought this place sucked when I went the first time on a busy Sunday night (when it was crowded), but second time around... excellent!  Good service, good food- and not stingy portions.  Good selection.  I'm going back... but not during primetime. :)

This review is based SOLELY on the new red velvet cheesecake that made its debut today.

I've tried several of the cheesecakes, my usual being the low carb cheesecake with strawberries, but today our server convinced us to try the new red velvet. I mean it is National Cheesecake day after all. Might as well try it right? This flavor was not that bad. It was rich like the godiva or bland. In reality, its right in the middle. I was actually a bit surprised. I was expecting some sort of richness that made my teeth hurt, but not with this cheesecake!

I don't usually order dessert but today and today only the all of the cheesecake was half off so it was a good excuse to try dessert.

This Cheesecake Factory has the best service ever!!!!

The server was attentive but not too in your face.  Normally, at other Cheesecake Factories the service is bad because they are handling so many tables/patrons.  The food was delicious as usual and our water/drinks were refilled as soon as ice started to sit on the bottom of the cup.  The server came by two times during our meal to make sure everything was ok.  The woman who brought out my pasta actually went to get me a pasta spoon!  I've never had anyone at any other Cheesecakes do that, so now I know what I have been missing.

Thank you Valley Fair Cheesecake Factory Staff for keeping me to believe that there are good decent food server/waitstaff still around.

P.S.  I will never forget how full I felt and still had a lot of leftover for dinner.

I stopped by here for lunch with a few co-workers on a busy lunch day, and it was great that we were able to call for a reservation before we arrived.  We were seated within 3 minutes of our arrival which was great.  We told them that we had to have a quick lunch and get back to work and they were super accommodating.  I got one of the hamburgers and it was very good and super big.  I was only able to polish off half the burger and had to take it to go.  However, in the lunch rush, the waitress forgot to bring out my take out box and I did not realize that until I was half way out the door.  I was super disappointed that I was missing out on the other half of my tasty burger.

Had dinner with my girlfriends last week and we received great service.

The food is another issue. This would be my second experience dining at Cheesecake and both times the food was lacking in the flavor department.

I had a typhoon cocktail that was nice and shared a combination of steak Diane and salmon with lemon sauce. The dish was plated nicely but the salmon was dry and a little tasteless even with the lemon sauce slathered all over it.

It's alright, I'll just salt my food and order cheesecake next time I'm there.

Hmmm. The only reason why I've come here since basically ignoring this overly-crowded spot was because I had a gift card.  You know, the horrored and crazy calories that have been exposed in chains like cheesecake, macorroni grill and such... so I've pretty much stayed away.  The cheesecakes, especially the carrot cake (above all the cakes) are the unhealthiest ever.  It's pretty pricey here I must say.  And the food is pretty salty.  So I usually stick with the salads..  Tonight I've ordered the lemon-herb chicken.  I hope it turns out okay and it doesn't make me feel like I will have congestive heart failure afterwards.

Is it quality food? I'm kind of on the fence about it.  I will give them some credit for having so many options... The service: sometimes when I call in I get like... I think a teenager or something, where they are all giggly on the phone.. and they can't hear me because their people are talking in the background.  After I max out my gift card, I don't think I will be coming back.  Nothing special for what you pay for.  Best item: the wheat bread and mashed potatoes.  That probably says a thing or two.....
