Went here twice for dinner while visiting Fort Myers from NYC. The first time we had the brisket sandwich and blackened grouper (very good). The second time we had All You Can Eat BBQ Ribs. At the first meal, there was a good country band playing; at the second there was a friendly magician. Both times, the place was super busy.

So, was it worth it? Absolutely. With good, basic country cooking, cold beers, friendly (if harried) waiters, and a all-around friendly local atmosphere, this is the kind of place you go to when you want to eat where the locals eat. The crowd is older than on Ft. Myers Beach, so if you are looking for a young party atmosphere, this may not be for you. But if you are looking for good food at reasonable prices at a non-chain restaurant (no, the waiters don't introduce themselves by chirping "hi, my name is Fran and I will be your server tonight!"), then this place is for you.

This is my second time visiting the Cadillac. The first time the food was great & service was subpar. This time around had better service but the food was rather bland. The fish doesn't carry any flavor, nor did the chicken tenders. The burger and shrimp were good. The service though was a vast improvement. Probably won't go back unless it's a day they serve broasted chicken, because I wasn't impressed with the other food items.

Well, this place was cute! Like out of the late 1950's. Plain and simple. We ate there for lunch and found it well worth the price. The two of us had a nice sandwich/wrap and drink for under $10 each.

The place is rather vintage, NOT air conditioned and appears to be very busy on weekends, with live entertainment. They offer specials daily, as well as what looks like a great Sunday brunch value.

My wife had the bacon, tomato, and lettuce wrap, while I had the BBQ pork sandwich. Her wrap was very tasty. My pork sandwich was overflowing with nicely flavored cooked meat. The BBQ sauce was tangy. We had unusual steak fries with our meal. The potatoes they used had a thicker skin, which added to the texture, and gave them a different taste.

I tried this place using our GPS looking for restaurants in the area. I chose it because of the name. We weren't disappointed.

The place was empty, which should have been our first clue. The server seemed seemed upset that she had to come and serve us. The server was hacking all over the place, which probably had to do with the smoke break she took while serving us. The bathrooms were outside in a separate building which was odd. The coasters, which were standard beer coasters, were soaked and had been used many times before. We had appetizers and left.

Great place for comfort food, great burgers and I had the special which was fried chicken. Atmosphere is either great if its what you are expecting, or awful if you are expecting some stuffy snooty restaurant. This is a great road house type place, it was packed with locals and a few tourists. Price is appropriate, to on the low cost side. Wait staff have a burly attitude, fits the atmosphere, think ed debevics except a ton less annoying, and not an act :)  Food came out fast, orders were all correct.  Most of the party had hamburgers, all of them enjoyed their dishes, the real potatoes deep fried tasted awesome, as opposed to some frozen precooked fries. I would definitely come back to this place for a great meal that reminds you of what mom would have made, well mom if you are a baby boomer, but good  comfort food.
