The best latte in Sequim and don't forget to snag some lavender honey ice cream to go with it. Nice staff and they have an open mic night; I believe it's on Wednesday nights.

Gotta pile on on the lavender ice cream and sorbet. They were amazing. And the size - it was enormous. Kid size was bigger than "large" by any standard. Perhaps the weather was hot the day we visited so they tried to get rid of them before melted.
Took away one star because there wasn't enough outdoor seating. Who wants to sit inside on sunny days? -

Their barristas are skilled and their espresso roast is absolutely delicious.

Fun, tongue in cheek and comfy decor, with excellent coffee and bakery items. You can tell the people who run the place had fun when they were setting it up.
My experience with the service has either been excellent or terrible, and never in between- one persnickety customer with multiple orders is enough to turn a quick java run into a 45 minute exercise in patience.
Even with that, I always look forward to warming up here after a wet day in the Olympics. -

Wow, just the rich, full bodied coffee you'd expect from Washington-ites. I also got a giant scone, it was good, I still don't understand what a scone is though.
Oh yeah, great place to stop and pee. Really nice bathroom. Good to know, especially if the Hood Canal Bridge just so happens to be closed and you've just arrived from Seattle. -

Five stars specifically for the lavendar honey ice cream I got here a few years ago. Apparently they only stock it at certain times of year, which I learned this last weekend when I stopped by.
Even so, the blackberry ice cream in a waffle cone that I settled for was almost equally superb. And I ordered a raspberry mocha which was perfection....sweet enough, but not so much so that I couldn't taste the coffee.
Cute, kitschy little place with lots of seating, inside and out. Very friendly staff. I just wish they would stock the lavendar ice cream all the time!!! -

Stopped by the Buzz during my recent trip to Sequim (thanks to the good review below!) What a cool little coffee shop! Very hip and fun and just a cool little spot in the middle of a town that is QUITE filled with geriatric retirees....hee hee hee.
For other Seattleite visitors, Buzz serves Cafe Vita which you may be familiar with.
I was really impressed with Buzz and recommend you stop in on your way in or out of town. -

I always hit The Buzz when we come to Sequim. All of the baristas are friendly, good rich cup of joe. Good snacks to boot.

The ice cream ain't bad, and the price is right. Only stopped in on my way out of Sequim... so not much to say about this place other than the ice cream I had. Couches are comfortable. Feels like a good place to chill or to do some work -- free Wifi.

The Buzz manages to embrace Sequim's kitschiness without sacrificing its own trendiness. The ice cream is delicious and the staffers are very friendly. This would even be a nice, hip coffee shop in Seattle. Finding it in Sequim only makes it more of a treasure.

What a treasure The Buzz is. It is a combination Coffee Shop, Ice Cream parlor with a performance space AND a cool "retro" shop in the back that is operated by the owner, Deb. Rumor has it that she is going to add movies to the lineup. The decor is retro throughout and reminds this reviewer of the kind of space one would find on Haight Street or Union Street in San Francisco, or in New York's East Village. The ice-cream and coffee selections are super and the employees are friendly. The atmosphere is upbeat and while you are there, see if Deb is sitting behind the counter in her little shop. She is fun to talk to and has more energy than the rest of the town put together.
