They have a pretty cool set up with some interesting stuff, but the staff is not friendly.

I stood in line with a purchase for over 6 minutes while the staff chatted with someone she obviously knew.  Yes, she saw me standing there and yes, she knew I had an item to buy.

I also had them paint a piece of furniture for me once.  Drips and runs and rough spots.  Ugh!   I ended up sanding it down and repainting it myself.

Old and older collide to create the awesomeness that is The Brick Basement!
First of all, they have TONS of stuff.... From depression glass to creepy vintage dolls. I agree with Cindy N., if treasure hunting is your thing, then this is the place for you!

Granted you can find some of the stuff they have here at a thrift shop for the fraction of the cost, but this place is amazing. It's like Mary Poppins' purse, just when you thought there wasn't anymore to look at you turn a corner to a whole new room filled with goodies. There are two floors and numerous rooms packed with stuff. So, so, so much stuff. If you're prone to bouts of ADD when coming face-to-face with a ridiculous amount of nifty little trinkets, pretty kitchen ware, etc. etc., then this place may not be your cup of tea.
Go when you have lots of time to look around. The staff is friendly and they have occasional specials. Who doesn't like specials? I know I do!

This is a great place to find go treasure hunting in downtown Fullerton. What drew us in was the sidewalk sale. My g/f bought a green vase for $1!!! What a steal!!!

You walk in and there were snacks/goodies and drinks throughout the store. Nice touch ;) I'm not sure if they offer this daily, however.

There were a lot of patrons here, and it seemed like a popular place to find little nick nacks. Looks are really deceiving here. The store is deep, but there is also a downstairs area. It seemed as though this store went on forever and ever and ever... It was amazing! Happy treasure hunting!

Varied quality merchandise, but why is the checking out process such a mess? As a dealer they've lost my resale info twice and couldn't access it a third time. That's like asking me to pay a fee because you are disorganized! Sorry, but I now think twice before I spend here. Dealers be warned.

This is one of my favorite antique malls, and unfortunately one of the few left in Fullerton (good for them, though!) I try to stop in when I'm visiting friends in Fullerton. Cute beachy & shabby chic stuff and not a lot of junk like you'll find at many malls. My only complaint is they won't let you use their bathroom and will send you to the hardware store across the alley. I'm usually not coming back to a store if I need to leave and I have cut my shopping short there for just that reason a couple of times. Otherwise, great little store!

I've been here many a time. For some reason, I really really like this place. I like antique stores in general...I like how they're usually packed with stuff and you get to explore and discover things. This place makes me really want a cute lil kitchen outfitted in the shabby chic style or something. Like I want to have a bunch of the cute lil tea cups they have here. And they're nice and stuff! Yay!

i am a fan! everytime i venture down harbor blvd, i have to drag my friends to the brick  basement. i love this shop. yeah, its crowded. just hold your oversized purse close to your body, and you're good to go. they really do have a basement, and entrances on both sides, so dont forget to go down both of them. their vendors have great stuff. pretty clean for all the things they have hidden into that shop. i love the beach themed one. great furniture, a little pricey for me, but those are just a few items. the jewelry, old photos, and such are the real treasure to this shop.

It's like a glorified estate sale and shabby-chic store rolled into one.  Every time I go here it's like treasure hunting.  This is called "mall" because it  contains a variety of independent stores/vendors.  If you like the shabby chic look, this is the place to go.  Prices are varied, but I find them pretty reasonable.  There's a sense that the owners are selective in their vendors and what they have to sell, so there's not too much cheesy, ugly junk you might find at other antique malls.  This is a 2-story shop, so give yourself plenty of time to peruse the stalls.
