Who doesn't want to smell like a coconut, really? I find the lotions and potions at The Body Shop are great way to smooth out my rough edges. By the time I finish exfoliating and lathering and god-knows-what-else, I smell like a tropical island.

My experience at the Chestnut street store has been uncomfortable. Here's the deal, I don't like to be up-sold. I'm going to buy the damn scrub because I ran out. I don't need another loofah or another scrub-brush because they're sitting in my shower cold and soaked through with water from the morning shower. No need to sell me on something that I will already buy without coercion- when I deem it's necessary.
