Simone gets five stars for her attentiveness and deep tissue strength. As an athlete with a job that keeps me at a desk, she asked the right questions and otherwise knew where to focus. The result was a wonderful 60-minute massage that left me very relaxed. I'd highly recommend her services.
My only reservation is that the environment isn't the most relaxing (it's closer to an office than a spa), but if you're just looking for a place where someone can work out the kinks it'll do the trick. -

My back was hurting immensely due to tripping over one of my dog's toy and ended up twisting my body in an awkward manner to prevent my fall. Come Monday morning, I am in agony and can barely move. My co-worker suggested I go see the Doctors at the Body Doctors because she had major foot pain and they cured her.
I am so glad I decided to go. Andi was really nice, professional and so sweet in getting me in quickly to see Dr. Perez who is just the kindest and most patient Doctor ever. I'm a big chicken so pain is not big on my list. Dr. Perez is very accomondating and understanding which is nice. After two sessions I feel a lot better than when I started. I am definitely coming back and you should come if you have any problems or pain =)
Updated: 11/29/2011; Okay I've came back 5 more times now and each time Dr. Perez is making a big difference in my back. I feel so much better considering I was barely limping through the door because of my back pain. Do come here and if your pain is severe, stick with it and don't miss your appointment, you'll feel the difference. Thanks Body Doctors! You guys are amazing. -

They have totally unskilled staff with no experience what so ever for the Endermologie Sessions. I thought that $80 for a 30min session was enough to deserve a serious professional, but I got an improvised therapist that was more interested in chating that in focusing on what part of my body she didn't deal with.
An absolute [expensive] disappointment. Never again.1 Previous Review: Show all »

What a big waste of time and money. I called and told them that my shoulders and back was killing me and I want someone with really strong pressure to work out the kinks.
I went there and told Simone the same thing... I'd like to focus on the shoulders and upper back. In the end, I barely got 15 min on the areas that I wanted work on and felt pretty much the same.
Honestly, I've had better experience with typical aromatherapy and for much less!Comment from Dan P. of The Body Doctors 11/30/2011

Tina is a-MAZ-ing!!! So sweet and really worked hard to get down to all of my knots. The ambience could use some improvement, but seriously, for the quality of the massage, who cares?!

I purchased a deal on Trubates for a one hour massage and made an appointment for the same day because my back was literally killing me. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the office I was informed that the masseuse that was supposed to work on me had quit that day. Dr. Heslip to the rescue! I think he could tell that I was about to start crying and offered to give me a chiropractic consulation and adjustment before his next patient arrived. I'll admit, I was a little freaked out by the cracking when he adjusted my neck and spine, but damn! My back muscles feel awesome and I swear that I'm an inch taller. As in, I measured myself when I got home and I am literally an inch taller (apparently my pelvis and spine were all twisted making one leg shorter than the other!). In the words of the Terminator...do I even need to say it? Okay. I'll be back.

Tonight I had an amazing massage from Simone at the Pine Street location! I rode a 150 mile bike race this weekend and REALLY needed a good massage. Simone may be a small young woman, but she sure is strong enough to give a great deep tissue massage.
The office itself looked like it could use a little design work, but other than that, Simone created a very welcoming and comforting atmosphere. I feel like I can do another race now! -

I am an avid distance runner with chronic quad stiffness. I have been seeing Simone twice a week for several months. She is working magic on my legs, and I am able to increase my weekly mileage for the first time in several years. She is completely knowledgeable about athlete's needs and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Five Stars.

I've gotten recurring bouts of pain in my pelvic area due to the accident a few times since I stopped seeing Dr. Perez last year. Each time I've gone in, he's used his magic hands and equipment to set me right, this time in just 2 sessions. He's as good as it gets folks!
The parking is still a pain though...1 Previous Review: Show all »

Too many years of gymnastics and too much time at a desk has left my back, hips and neck in all sorts of pain. I went in to see Simone today and she did an absolutely fantastic job working out the kinks. I feel like I can actually move my neck and go about my work again. Will def. be back in to see her. She rocks!

I have been coming to Dr Perez for over a year whenever I do stupid things and kink up my neck or back. I had been seeing Chiropractors for about 5 years before that and out of the 4 chiros I have used, Dr Perez is definitely #1 by a large margin. He takes his time with you and is very thorough, making sure that every thing is fixed and in tip top shape before you leave. The online booking is great, allowing you to see what is available that day or the next and I find that his Sutter st location has the best parking with Union Square being so close.

Ugh, I've never been this stressed trying to schedule something that was supposed to be relaxing! They don't answer the phone or return calls. after leaving several pointless voicemails I finally managed to speak to someone they told me I couldn't schedule an appointment over the phone because he wasn't near the appoinment book and wouldn't be able to get back to me for a few hrs. When I didn't hear back 4 hours later I called again and left yet another voicemail. I had let him know that I didn't want to schedule an appt online for various reasons, but I finally resorted to that because no one would help me. A few days later I got a call from the masseuse canceling the appointment because she had a wedding to go to. It just seems like they are unorganized and understaffed and the client is completely inconvenienced as a consequence. I'm ready to forget the whole thing all together.

I recently Herniated my L5-S1 disc and quality of life nearly came to a stop. I had jabbing pain on my left butt cheeck and sciatica down my left leg. I found Dr. Reyes because of his spinal decompression machine, I told myself I would do everything I can to get better and leave surgery as a last option. Although I am not 100% Dr. Reyes help improve my quality of life from a 2 to 7.
Dr. Reyes is very professional and knowledgable. Getting an appointment was easy and they took care of my insurance paperwork no problem. Only downside to this great establishment is he is only available 3 days of the week MWF.
If you have a herniated disc I recommend coming in and trying out his spinal decompression machine it made a difference in my life. -

Good message. Reception is rad and always gets you in, without any attitude. Real down to earth. Office is very much that an office. Not much for scenery. Milsa rocks with the deep tissue.

Recently got rear ended in car accident and someone recommended this place for my neck and shoulder problems. They are so amazingly friendly and Dr. Perez is so knowledgeable. I definitely feel like they are out to take care of me and want me to get better. You just don't get service like this anywhere anymore. I was very pleased when I found out that massage therapy was part of the healing process. They took care of everything regarding my insurance, (and I mean everything), because I had forgot my paperwork, but no problem, they handled it all, and I never heard anything else about it again.
Very convenient for the the people who work in the Financial District, of which I don't. My job has me driving all day, so of course I have to drive there, but I heard such great things about them that I still wanted to try them out. My first appointment, they gave me tips on parking that really made it convenient and surprisingly super easy! -

If you are looking for a great massage Leland is your man. I could hardly move my neck before I saw him, but afterward I had amazing range of motion. He definitely knows what he is doing.

Good chiropractic, great massage. Very clean, warm atmosphere. Not too clinical of a place, but it's not a salon atmosphere either.
