Great Hotel on the OSU grounds, it is adjacent to the Student Union right in the middle of the grounds of campus. So if you have campus business, it is ideal.
The rooms are a little small and antiquanted, but well maintained and service is superior. This is not your Holiday Inn Express; This a hotel from an older era, so be ready for that, if you choose.
If you were unaware, OSU has a hotel/restaurant major, so this place is like an internship for all of those majors.
I would def. recommend this if going to a ballgame, or doing business on campus.

One of the nicest hotels I've been to - small, well done, clean rooms, bathrooms with nice touches, and friendly staff. And they have free rubber duckies in the tub. I'll definitely go back if I'm in Stillwater.

I stayed here at the beginning of January 2009. I arrived late and was greeted by an extremely friendly (and cute) young lady, who was most likely a student. My room was quite nice, with good bedding, down pillows, free internet (wireless and ethernet), flat screen LCD, and an iHome clock radio that let me listen to my iPhone music through its speakers (once I was in airplane mode). Everything was clean and charming. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was a buffet, though the selection was rather limited.
I definitely recommend the Atherton. It's one of the nicest campus hotels I've ever seen.
