Open on Sunday? I think not. I called os a Sunday morning and was told that I could make an appointment for Monday morning.

Update: I received a call from management apologizing for the experience and offering a refund for the service. At the very least it's nice to know they do care about their customer's experience and will go out of their way to remedy an unpleasant situation. It's possible this was just a one time fluke that I got the worse end of. I'm changing the rating to 4 stars, as while the whole scenario could have been handled better, in the end everything worked out with no harm done.

The repairman was three hours late and after I described the problem in person he just said I needed a new washing machine as fixing it wasn't worth it. The whole interaction took less than two minutes.
I explained the exact same thing when I called and rather than saving me the service charge they decided to come to my house so they could get some money out of it.

Here it is a Sunday and my 88 year old mother's refrigerator is leaking. I make a few calls hoping someone can come out on a Sunday and I totally luck out! Tristan headed right over to my mom's house. He couldn't find anything wrong but there is a 30 day guarantee and he was just so sweet with my mom. Great service and great person. Thank you!
