After a hard day at work on the weekend, sometimes my coworkers and I like to trolly on over to 3rd stop for a quick drink and a bite to eat.  Every weekend they have happy hour on their wine, sangrias and beer.  Though the happy hour prices are on a few selection of wines.

What I love about 3rd stop is their Mac and Cheese!  It's one of the best mac and cheese I have eaten.  People say that luna park has amazing mac and cheese, but after experiencing 3rd stop's mac and cheese, luna park's is blah.  Sorry Luna Park mac and cheese lovers, but I believe 3rd stop surpasses Luna's.

It's a chill place to hang out and have a drink once in a while.  I really can't complain.

With my girly's tourist guide cap firmly on her head, we ventured into another one of her favourite haunts - The 3rd Stop.

I was first struck by the tastefully planned and decorated interior. However, being the Limey that I am, I do not see the necessity to fit 99% of all bars with TVs showing sport. It was entirely at odds with the rest of a well designed and conceived bar.

When choosing my drink, I perused the wine list. I found it to be rather limited for a so called wine bar. Also, I felt that the choices were a little on the pricey side. In defence of The 3rd Stop's pricing, they were running a happy hour special, with choice of Red or Whit wine, or a glass of Sangria for $7.

Service was friendly enough, but without any real sincerity nor conviction, and at some points, it took a while to get attention even from the other side of the bar from the bartenders.

Upon my girlfriends insistance, we ordered the Nutella Pizza with berry and creme fraiche, as she had had it before and really loved it. When it arrived, she was rather disappointed with it - she said that in comparison to her last visits, it was very much lacking in any of the fillings promised on the menu. Even having never had the dish before, I could not disagree with her. So, we queried this with the staff and to her absolute credit, she filed it in the cylindrical file with the rest of the trash and had the kitchen make another. The next one that surfaced was better, but still far from great.

It is a shame that we did not have such a great experience here - my girlfriend assures me that it was far better a few months ago.

This is a nice, clean-looking spot that serves dishes that are more upscale than your average bar. Maybe it's just the square plates, but there are items like Kobe beef burgers and Ahi Tuna Nicoise salads on the menu. Come to think of it, most bars in LA these days have these dishes on their menus, so this really isn't anything new.

You have to give credit to 3rd Stop for their beer selection, broken down conveniently into sub-catergories on the back of the menu. You can't go wrong with one of the many thin crust pizzas they have to offer or the daily specials. You may think it's overpriced but then you'll remember that you are lot closer to Robertson than you may think.

I like the option of sitting at the bar/ high tables, or in the more restaurant-style seating section. Also they benefit from a decent sized outdoor patio. The flat screens are always a nice touch in my book, and they don't pump the audio from the TV as to distance themselves from being labeled a sports bar. Which is fine with me, just try not to replace the audio with a Top 40 hits soundtrack from 2007.

If you come here hungry and thirsty, you will leave sated, even if you end up dropping a few extra dollars than you would've liked.

I keep telling myself," I'm gonna try this place." Finally, I had a reason to go. My buddy and I don't hang out as much as we used to. He got married to a beautiful girl. I understand that guys night out can't occur as frequently as I'd like. Wednesday was probably a great day to come here.

The parking situation here wasn't too bad. I parked on the street about a block and a half away. There's meter parking. In we went. There's a lot of dark woods that adorn this fine establishment. There was an antler head chandelier hanging from the main dining area. The bar easily seats about twenty people.

The crowd was a good mixture of business people, laid back people, and some couples. This is a pretty cool place for groups. I'd hang out here with a half dozen friends.

We ordered the three cheese mac and cheese, kobe beef sliders and the 3rd. Stop Turkey Club. I'd like to make a complaint about the food. Then again, what is there to complain about. The food was goddamn excellent! The kitchen took about twenty minutes bringing our meal. The bartender, a female, was all over it.

She kept refilling our alcoholic beverages and was very helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Go here if you're 'trying' to be cool. But I can tell you what is cool, their beer selection. It's legit. Food is trying hard to be fancy (so is the sexual lighting). If you enjoy this place, I could pick you out of a lineup. I'm kidding, it's not that easy.

FUN FACT: A dude in a creepy/cheap looking Lincoln Continental self-dubbed "The Ghost" drives by this place pretty much every night around midnight, if you're there, you'll know exactly what I mean.

Came here the other night to meet up with a friend to have a relaxing and chill night.  The place itself wasn't hard to find at all, and beware, what seems to be a place where parking isn't sparse, read the signs!! Unfortunately, my friend and I didn't read the sign and we parked in the streets where you needed a permit, and that put a dent in our pretty little wallets!

Anyways, so we came here and we got there about 10 minutes before happy hour ended which was great cause then we ordered the sliders and the mini tacos and got the happy hour price!  The sliders were good, not totally great but good.  The tacos I could pass on the next time I'm there.  They were interesting and different.

We also got the lamb skewers and the mac and cheese!  Mmmm the mac and cheese were good and so were the lamb skewers!!  My friend got the Kobe burger and he said it was as good as the one at father's office!

The beers were good and at a good price too! $6 a glass for the most part.

I'm surprised with all the reviews this place has, there's no pictures!!!

I finally came here last night after hearing many raves and "you haaave to come here!"s and I must say, it's even better than people say it is. The ambience in enjoyable and comfortable, like Father's Office would be if it were bigger. The service is fast and friendly, even during the happy hour rush my friends and I came into last night. BTW, the happy hour is meh. The appetizers are good, though the selection is small, and the $4 beers are too ordinary: Dos Equis, etc.

But let's get to the best part: the beer and food.

The beer selection is like a trip to Disneyland: there is so much to taste and experience, so many rides of flavor. They have about 30 beers on tap! So don't be a loser and order the Dos Equis or Heneiken hum drum stuff. I ordered the Eureka White for my first glass, and the Apple Cider for my second. The Eureka White is a light ale that's smooth and crisp and not too strong in terms of flavor, which I liked. The Apple Cider was sweet and more powerful, and the perfect lovechild of rich apple cider and savory beer. LOVE. IT.

For grub I ordered the American pepperoni and cheese pizza off the happy hour menu ($7) and my friend got the sliders ($7). Both hit the spot. The pizza was the perfect amount of grease (grease is a must for a good pizza) and of course tasted divine with my first beer. My other friend ordered one of their burgers of which I had to have a few bites. The bun was fluffy, like a challah roll bun, the patty was juicy (medium rare). I don't remember what else was in that burger, seeing as how I was almost through with my second beer at this point, but I remember enjoying it a lot.

Now for the orgasmic finish: THE NUTELLA PIZZA!! Oh my God. Crispy sweet pita-bread-type toast containing melted nutella with marscapone cheese and berries. The lust will send you into shivers.

The only downside to 3rd Stop is that it's on the pricey end: $16 burgers and pizzas. The beers are priced fine though ($6-8), so it sort of balances out. I am definitely returning to run  through their beer menu and treat myself to a whole burger. Bring it.

In from out of town, staying at the Orland and looking for a good place to get a beer.  Looking on Yelp, this came up.

Beer, oh how I love thee.  3rd Stop has a very respectable list of beers, almost all of them available on tap.  There is a nice selection of IPAs, Ales, and especially Belgians.  Belgian beers are great, especially if your expense account is paying.  Delirium, Chimay, Unibroue, and others were all present.  The list took up an entire page, although it included about 50 beers, which is a very decent selection, but not quite epic.

Service was good, decor was nice, but nothing to write home about.  Crowd, on a Wednesday night at about 10pm, was mostly couples and not super packed, but relatively laid back.

Overall, a nice premium beer bar service good beers at about $6 a glass.  Expensive for some (Hoegaarden), cheap for others (Maudite).  Super premiums were $8.

They serve food here too, but I didn't eat any.

I've been to 3rd Stop a couple of times now, and I think it's a really solid bar.  It doesn't seem to get overly crowded, at least it wasn't when I was there (both prime time weekend nights), which is great - but boy is it loud.  I don't generally dock points for that because, well, bars are ALWAYS way too loud.  It seems to be a necessary evil (though I so wish it weren't).  If you can snag a table outside or on the east side of the space, you'll find respite from the sound system.

Nice selection of beers, which really appeals to my beer-lovin' self, and their prices are pretty standard for the area (ie: a little on the expensive side).

While the happy hour appetizer portions were a fair size, the wine was lacking in... uh... not flavor but it certainly was lacking.

For a wine bar, I expect the wines to be top notch. We got a bottle of Chilean cab, which I am generally a fan of. This was almost watery; it was boring, but easy to drink. Good I suppose, but I definitely like my wines a little more complex.

They have a lot of beer on tap, but I didn't try any of them. I'm sure it would make a beer fan very happy.

It was dead on a Monday night, of course, but it's a good place to relax and drink a mediocre bottle of Chilean wine with the gals.

Came here for late night birthday drinks.  A good mix of people, all ages.

We danced and sang to Journey's "Don't Stop Believin.'"  Twice in a row.  And we weren't the only ones.  The music's great, and the beer delicious.

Average price per beer - $6.

I live literally two blocks from this place and it has become a regular hang out for me for one reason:

Beer. Their beer selection is very good. It's not quite Father's Office but there are a lot of options and most pints are about $1 cheaper than they would be at FO. As others have said the Delerium Tremens is great. I like Belgian beers and they have plenty of those.

The food is good, but I think it's a bit pricey for what you get. I'd say the dishes I've had there are consistently good. Occasionally the cooks are on their game the dishes are very good.

Happy hour is respectable. $4 bottles of bud/coors/dos euqis and one other one that escapes me but it's similar. Every night they have a food special that is usually a decent price.

After 9 or so this immediate area doesn't have much going on. 3rd stop is one of the few places to hang out late. If you like beer it's definitely worth stopping by. If you're going just for the food I'd say there are better places.

I went there yesterday for the first time and it was delicious! My boyfriend and I ordered the Mac and Cheese, Fried Tacos, and Mini Burger Sliders with a Spinach Salad- SOOOOO YUMMMY!!!

It gets super busy around happy hour and it's a good energy inside. They're always playing a game and all the servers are really nice. It has the feel of a bar because they've got a million different beers but its really more restaurant.

One thing that is certain about The 3rd Stop is that is a neighborhood favorite.  When you go to a happy hour directly across the street from Cedars Sinai, you can't help but have fantasies of McSteamy look-a-likes coming in after a hard days work.  We saw plenty of female medical staff, but not one man.

The bar serves beer & wine only. We tried the sangria. It was just right: not too sweet, not too full of fruit.  The only complaint is that there was more ice than sangria in the first glass so it finished pretty quickly.  We tried the pizza, but it was just all right.  It was reminiscent of something you buy by the slice at 3am at a random place.

If you go here, you definitely want to sit inside. With being across from the hospital, it can get pretty nosy with all the ambulances passing by.

Wow... I really do love this place. During the college quarter when things are stressful, it is almost for sure that I hit 3rd Stop every Thurs or Friday depending on my schedule. It is the perfect place to take a load off and enjoy yourself with friends or co-workers. The price is right, especially at happy hour - don't miss that. The beer selection is awesome, but I wouldn't mind them throwing in some more lagers. If you're an ale person, you're going to be in heaven, no one can debate that... Regardless, they have like what? 30 something? ... beers on tap so there is a great selection and to put a cherry on top, the servers are mad cool and laid back too... Oh yeah, they even supposedly have a great 'Sangria' although I've never tried it; ahhh, I've been there so many times and it is still exciting! ;D

There is even a jukebox in the back if you decide you want to waste a drunken dollar or two.. It has a pretty nice 90's selection and I must say, I have been victim to its persuasion more than once. (lol) Also, be sure to go there on Sundays; sometimes they have special offers/promotions in which you order a specific sort of beer after you drink it, they take the glass and wash it for you so you can take it home... last time I caught a promotion, it was Peroni and I ended up going home with like 6 new glasses! I use them all the time!!!

Parking is kinda of a 'beeyatch' but, hey, I always seem to figure it out ... Past 8PM I always seem to be able to risk it in the residential but not many others are willing to take the risk... I would also suggest checking out the meters on 3rd, one always seems to open up when you need it most. ;D

Love:
- The beer selection. Chimay Cinq Cents on tap! Purple Haze on tap! Allagash White on tap! Framboise!! Check out their menu for the full selection: http://losangeles.menu...
- The interior/decor/atmosphere: Dark and cozy with a beautiful chandelier. It's perfect for grabbing a drink with friends and having an intimate conversation...well until it fills up. Then it gets loud.
- The music they play: Seriously have some rocking tunes. AC/DC anyone?

Less Love:
- Slow service at points. Annoying waiting so long to get the check and then to have the waitress come by and get it to process the card.
- Prices on the food. It's decent food but the prices are ridiculous compared to the quality. Try to go for the happy hour specials otherwise the food is WAY overpriced for what it is. Also, when/if you get sliders, don't get the crab ones. Not only are they not happy hour priced during happy hour but they were way too fishy tasting. Yuck. Pizza and fries are the best options.

Overall I had a great time here especially during happy hour (5PM-7PM) when it was almost completely empty. It's pretty much the place my coworkers go for fun times after work. I'd suggest not eating and just having a "liquid meal"...

While I'm not a huge beer connoisseur I know what I like, I like the good wheat, light beers. You would think that there are few of those and they'd be far between, like in different restaurants across the city but at the 3rd Stop you can find a wide array of beers, of different tastes, colors and kinds.

Not only can you enjoy a fantastic variety of beers and/or wines but you can pair it with a wonderfully, almost custom prepared burger or salad. With friendly staff who knows a lot about the food it's selling to your stomach, you can find exactly what kind of beer you didn't even know you were in the mood for and what would bring out the tastes of the beer.

The atmosphere completely fits the drinks and food on the menu, with hard wood for tables and the bar, brick walls around the place and outdoor seating with candle light bouncing off every wall and window. Go for a couple of brewskis or stay for a meal. Either way you'll be happy, buzzed and full on life, beer and/or delicious food.

Narrator:  Even his reputation makes fun of him behind his back.  His long list of awkward moments with the hot babes of 3rd Stop is legendary - in fact it's listed in the Guinness Book of World Records.  He lives vicariously through himself, because he thinks vicariously means "on a budget'.  He is the most interesting man in the World... of Warcraft forum, specifically chat room B, a.k.a. the "alone and looking for friends to play with" chat room.

Me:  I don't always drink beer, but when I do, I prefer getting shitfaced on 25 different beers from around the world.  That way I have a different beer to go with each of my various sorrows and shortcomings, and I can toast each one accordingly.  Also, I don't always eat pizza, but when I do, this place does not let me down.

Stay Thursday, my friends (or Friday, or Saturday.  Shit, any night is a good night at The 3rd!)

Dear 3rd Stop on 3rd St in Los Angeles.

First off, I've been coming to your bar for years now and I love it.  You have one of the greatest selection of beers on tap in the city, a nice demonstrated breadth that is just wonderful.  And the food, while the menu has changed several times, is more than delicious.  In your prime, you've had more than a few waitresses that I've instantly fallen in love with (need I mention the one who gave us free dessert and had the boyfriend who had just given her a Jim Croce album on vinyl).

But let me tell you something--your Saturday nights JUST GOT SUPER AIDS.  I get it, you're experimenting with live music.  Interesting, since it's kind of small inside, and not really conducive to a music venue.  But, should you continue to book TALENTLESS acts like you did tonight, we, meaning Los Angeles, collectively, are fucking out of here.

Who the HELL was this guy? Not only did he play an "acoustic" set louder than The Darkness concert I saw at Henry Fonda a few years ago, but his music was downright terrible.  Like, guy in your dorm hallway who won't fucking go to bed at 3am because he's playing chords to David Gray's "Babylon" terrible.

Seriously, this guy knew maybe seven chords TOTAL, and his lyrics went something like:

I look into your eyes /

And you look into my eyes /

And I look into my eyes /

And you look into your eyes /

And we both have eyes /

And we're lookin' at them /

As you come up to my one bedroom apartment /

And we make love /

Even though we've broken up /

And more emo frat guy bullshit...

3RD STOP WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?!?!?!?

SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?!

Two other major points about how this will KILL your Saturday night crowd:

1.) Not only did this guy play an entire hour set, from 9:15 to 10:15, but he only took a 15 MINUTE break before he CAME BACK and played an additional forty-five minutes, finishing out past 11.  Christ, I can't remember the last band that I got that much time out of... I bet fucking Lynyrd Skyrnyrd didn't play that long in their best set, Freebird included.

2.) Prior to his shit cupcake tour de force, this guy was sitting outside with his friends from 8pm until 9pm, and was so loud and profane with his group that he managed to keep an entire HALF of the outdoor section completely VACANT.  3rd Stop, this boob is already costing you money!  Although, during his loud, raucous conversation I managed to hear one of his friends say:

"You could become the Marty & Elaine of 3rd Stop."

Sad Guy Full of Tears But No Musical Gift in the Slightest: "I'd be all right with that."

Well, we would not be all right with that.  Sir.

Finally, let me illustrate the coup de bullshit this guy pulled tonight.  Now, I don't know if he noticed, but by the end we were ALL making fun of him.  Or we had left.  Nearly every couple that through an incredible act of courage had managed to stay in the bar was in on the joke.  Two people on a date couldn't hear each other, and so were texting each other on how bad he was.  Another couple couldn't stop laughing.  At my table, we busied ourselves with singing faux lyrics that could have likewise been invented in a communal freshman shower stall.

BUT then this guy committed the mortal sin.

He began to sing a cover, "All I Want is You," by U2.  Probably because he jerked off to Winona Ryder in Reality Bites when he was 17 (when the rest of us were 12).

And even our table began to sing along.  Because really, that song transcends.

But then, he skipped a verse.  And then he repeated the first few bars again.  And then he began to laugh.  And then, he stopped playing and confessed into the microphone:

"I'm sorry, I thought I knew how to play that song."

And thankfully, he walked off the stage.  BECAUSE WE WERE ABOUT TO STONE HIS STUPID LAME ASS.  What a fucking travesty.

Seriously, 3rd Stop, if you want live music on Saturdays, fine.  But book some real musicians instead of sad, sad, sad, beer guzzling pseudo-boners who once picked up a guitar in high school thinking they could get laid.

3rd Stop, Los Angeles is serious on this one.  If this does not change, you will be serving your great draft beers to the fucking crickets.

The 3rd Stop is dog friendly outside, has a better beer selection than any of its immediate neighbors, and has several tasty and reasonably priced snacks on its happy hour menu (or the Moroccan lamb burger for more than a snack). Four daily beer specials and lots of flat screen TVs make it a good place to watch a sports game.

What a great little find.  Probably a place I never would have stumbled upon, other than for a random pick on my prior Yelp bookmarks...

Great atmosphere inside.  Full of 20-30 somethings, all there to hang out.  Not overly packed with your college frat boys and ditzy girls... just people there to hang out.  Great choice of beers, plenty of good food.  I opted for the Moroccan burger, along with a side of the hot chix... Decently sized meals, though not quite the big portions that I typically like.  Our server Kara was probably the most friendly waitress we've ever had.  Not in the excessively flirty kinda way, but a way that brings your guard down.  Lets you really enjoy your evening out.

Coming in for happy hour is probably a good idea to save a little bit, but not sure how much more crowded it is.

If you're like me, and don't like to pay for parking, go south down Williaman... make a right along Burton Way.  Just across the street from where you are should be some free parking... A reasonably short walk, but not everyone may like to walk this far...

This place makes me love LA and endure the terrible traffic.

I came here with a good friend on a sunny and warm evening during their happy hour. It was one of those evenings where the sun sets late. We sat outsider on their patio. And their happy hour is very good (5-7pm). The tuna tartar on crispy wonton skins are to die for. Their sliders? Very tasty. Great selection of beers on tap. It feels you're in Europe or NYC but you're in LA.

Cold beer, delicious appetizers, warm summer evening in LA and a friend to share it with? Can it get any better than that?

If you can get a seat outside, there is no better place to enjoy a beer and a snack on a warm summer evening. Or any evening in Los Angeles, as they are all usually quite warm. I can't speak for the inside as whenever we've come here to find the outdoor tables are full, we head someplace else. I suggest you do the same.

Best: A great selection of beers laid out on an organized and well written menu. Your server will be knowledgeable so ask them for a recommendation. Be adventurous! If you're disappointed in one beer, try another one. This strategy is best employed during happy hour.

Worst: The food is so-so and mostly snack sized, so don't be surprised when you roll into a fast food drive through after a night of drinking here. Pizza is a good bet if you want a "meal", but anything fancier is served in diminutive portions not large enough to soak up all the beer you will drink. I ordered tuna tartare once and I received it in 4 small dollops already on chips. Hello! That is not how you serve tuna tartare. It was tasty, but the plating issue bugged me.

Half a star docked for location. It's not especially nice looking at the Oncology unit of Cedar-Sinai while you sip a delicious beer. Another half docked for absolute lack of parking anywhere. But, really, if you're serious about drinking here, get someone to pick you up.

Tried the food...and the sliders were great AND the tacos were great!!! Not too janky if i may say so.

Plus if you get there for happy hour, the food will so not break your wallet.

More wine than you can shake a corkscrew at!
Nice import and microbrew beer selection, not a ton, but what they do have is very decent and high quality stuff. (More than you can shake a.. fistful of barley.. at?).

Great for happy hour even if you don't work across the street for Cedars-Sinai.  ;)

Three and a half?

Big beer selection. Notice, I did not say "great" beer selection. Third Stop seems like one of those places that says they have 100 beers on tap, but 96 of them are manufactured by Budweiser. I had a Delerium, always enjoyable.

I actually enjoyed the food, come to think of it. Went when the parents were in town and split a bunch of stuff. Calamari, lamb skewers, fries, some kind of mac and cheese situation. Service wasn't fantastic but I don't think we cared.

Basically, if 3rd Stop were in another city, it would just be a normal bar. But in LA, it seems like a "chill, unpretentious hangout". Which is why LA is kind of weird.

I like it.

Let me count the ways. It's easy (in a neighborhood that isn't) It's cheap (in a neighborhood that definitely isn't!) The beer selection is so,lid, the food is high quality and the bartenders smile...

Maybe you have heard of a smile? They are frowns turned upside down. They are really nice to see and when given free of charge with an ice cold beer they can really make your day.

ti's the kind of place that is cool with the cool people, hot for the not cool people.

All in all a good place to catch a game, get some food and meet with friends.

just had my fourth pizza at 3rd stop tonight during happy hour. I'm still loving this place. Great atmosphere, GREAT food, great beer (get the Horny Devil, my boyfriend always does).

I definitely recommend it for a good happy hour/buffer between work and getting trashed at a sleezy bar.

Finally!  I pissed off someone on yelp!  Oh wait, no...she's not on yelp.  And I apparently offended her because I don't drink beer?  And she thinks I'm pretty?  And have an observant eye (hey, hottie bartender!  holla!).

http://la.eater.com/ar...

I find this extremely hilarious as someone known to like her hard alcohol, I do get asked about beer joints.  I recommend 3rd Stop all the time to people.  If that is not a useful, funny and cool thing, I don't know what is.

Yelpers just like to have fun with their reviews, yo.  I already told my mom when I went to Journalism school I wasn't going to be the next Connie Chung.  Eater LA and her should just accept that fact.

Now where's my fruity beer?

I can't figure out why this place is not more popular.  Food is good and simple, so one would think that it would appeal to everyone.  The beer selection is about as good as anywhere in the city save one or two.  Great wine selection, nice assortment of seating arrangements.

a solid 4 star place.

Just stopped by for a few beers and a bite. The beef skewers were excellent and they have a ton of great beer on tap. Prices are quite moderate considering the neighborhood.

Would definitely stop by again for a beer with friends.

Think Father's Office but less crowded and pricey.

Oh, and the service was very friendly and fast, which again is very nice considering the area.

This place is great.  Not only does it have great beer and wine, but it is also a nice atmosphere.  This place is great for a date or to come mellow out with some friends, but other than that it seems a bit dull.

They had beers from all over the world and the prices were just right.

OK folks, you go to 3rd Stop because you like beer.  That's it, really.  They have a minimal wine list, and no liquor.  The food is mediocre and over-priced.  Beer, yelpers, beer.  It's glorious.

Onwards... they have a couple dozen beers, almost all respectable, and they cost $6 a pint. No, that's not a steal, but there simply aren't enough bars in Los Angeles with a decent set of draught beers.   Sigh.  I can't wait until Los Angeles embraces the microbrew trend with the fervor it has embraced Ugg boots.

Moving on. Great beer, mediocre food, service that always seems harried, even when the 'gastropub' is empty.

Frankly, 3rd Stop just isn't as good as Library Alehouse, and even though LA needs more bars where they pour a decent pint, I'm leaning towards 3 stars for 3rd Stop.

But I saw Morrissey here.  So, rounding up.

Me: "Can I get a gin & tonic and a red bull vodka?"
bartender: "We don't serve liquor"

*me looking confused at my friend*

Me: "What did he say?"
Friend: "They don't serve liquor."
Me: *looking at bartender* "You don't serve liquor?"
Bartender: "We don't serve liquor."
Me: "What?"
bartender: *frustrated* "We don't serve liquor!"
Friend: "Tristen he said they don't serve liquor."
Me: "I don't understand. What do you mean you DON'T serve liquor? This is a bar right?"

That's right folks. Don't come here if you don't like beer and wine because that's all they got. The decor and atmosphere is fun and there's plenty of hot people.... just no liquor. And so we took ourselves to another bar with liquor and hot people.

I give this place 3.5 stars, but Yelp won't let me do it, so 3 it is!

We came here for my boyfriend's birthday and the vibe was nice and chill. 4 stars.

The beer selection was decent, and the food was pretty good.  I had the smoked salmon pizza (a special for the day).  It wasn't anything close to orgasmic, just really good in decent portions. The appetizer plates are painfully small though for what you get.  Their beefy things come with 4 teeny chunks that fit on 2 toothpicks, and the fries you get about a McDonald's small size for 5 bucks.. You are better off ordering a sandwich for 13 dollars because they give you more fries plus a sandwich.. 3 stars for that.

The waitress was really friendly and cool.  She was able to give good advice on what to order. 4.5 stars for her..

The hostess easily brings the score down.  While she was nice and was able to seat our party of 7 quickly, she commented that next time we should make a reservation for a party our size.  Funny thing is, we DID call for a reservation and nobody answered the phone.  The place was almost empty, but the hostess kept pushing the fact that we had.to.make.a.reservation.... leave us alone already!  I appreciated the advice but she hung out a bit too long pushing the fact that our party was too big..  two stars for her! Maybe she was bored or something.. but come on, talk about football or something!

All in all, I'd come back.. but not for the hostess or appetizers!

I went here with a bunch of friends last night and it was great! The waitresses and waiters were all really nice and accommodating. I asked my waitress to bring out a good glass of wine and she brought a bunch for me to try, the food looked really good, it had lots of space to sit comfortably and they didn't rush us at all.

It's a great spot for meeting up with a group of friends for a few drinks and dinner. It's not really romantic enough for a date, but I will definitely be going back.

One note - parking is a pain. I ended up paying $6 to park in the lot right next door because I was tired of circling the block looking for non-permit spots.

You're simply foolish if you don't have the pizza and fries here. Period, that's it. They're amazing!

Beer and wine only, but it's a really cool place, and the drinks are priced right!

Well smack my ass and call me retarded, this is a pretty good neighborhood spot for a pint of something tasty and a bite or two.

I went for the first time with one of my bro's to check the scene out.  First things first, I couldn't tell that you ordered everything from the bar.  That includes food, alcohol etc.  I've had friends go sit down and not realize they needed to do that, so it wasn't just us.  That being said, I figured out I needed to order, so I ordered us some sausage sandwiches, fries and tasty brew.

We sat and waited.  And waited.  And waited.  And waited.  And finally, there was the food.  Now, I don't expect to drive up to a place, raise one finger like Fred Flinstone and then moments later have a skinny lil thing bring me a brontosaurus-sized hunka meat to make my car tip over.  But I waited a little bit long.

The food was good n tasty, portion sizes ok and the beer was good.  I didn't see any $5 beer on that menu so whoever's claiming that, knock it off.

The crowd was fun and lively.  When I went to order more beer, some drunk gal was clearly hitting on me after having been dumped that day.  Erm...ummm...uh...white men can't jump and I don't play basketball so look elsewhere for a rebound.

The bill came, it was a little expensive but ya know what, it was ok.  The best part was I'd smartly found street parking a couple blocks away.  If you're going anywhere in this neighborhood, rock the street parking if you can but don't get towed.  That's more expensive and not worth it.

Enjoy the beer, enjoy the munch munch, be selective on who you take home and you'll be ok (and for the record, I didn't even ask for her number.)
