Review from Jade L.

I'm reviewing the deli at Thanksgiving point. The food is seriously delicious. I got the bbq pulled beef sandwich with the potatoe soup which was way too much for me to eat in one sitting. I looooved that the bread is made fresh there and is buttery. The meat itself was unbelievable. I believe the combos were like 10, which is kind of ridiculous in my mind, but it was reallly worth every penny. I know my friend loved his burger that came on the same sort of roll. They also have a lot of seating and really cute plants on each table. It's definitely a spot that would come again! Also, next to the deli is a cute little ice cream shoppe with fifty stylized parlor. So cute to see all the little kids swirling around while they wait for their ice cream!

Nice place, average food, not to spendy, but nothing to exciting either.
However the atmosphere is great if your looking for a quiet classy atmosphere.
Been there five times and never was impressed. They used to have a Rock Shrimp app. that was excellent, but alas over time the quality, dropped and the dish is only a sad reflection of what it once was. -

I guess this is where I review this. It's sort of confusing because Thanksgiving Point is such a large place with so many things to offer.
This review is about the Deli, which is inside the Water Tower Plaza building, across from the Emporium.
The best thing about this Deli is, it seems to be one of the few good places for lunch in this part of the world. Just south of point of the mountain, but before you really hit Lehi. And that is the perfect place for me to meet up with the girls in my fam. Mom and sisters and nieces make for a delightful lunch no matter WHERE you are.
The eating area is in the open area right as you walk in, which is nice because of all of the light, but a bit chilly this time of year with the doors opening and shutting.
You walk through a counter line to order. The sandwich and salad descriptions tempt you on the board above while the deserts call loudly from the glass case below.
It seems I've had a sandwich there in the past and enjoyed it.
This time I opted for the Fajita salad with beef. I was enthralled when it came out and felt like the luckiest girl in the world. It was beautiful to look at: a spinach-y green crispy taco salad shell full of salad topped with fajita meat and peppers.
Maybe that raised my expectations a wee bit too high, as it was not so beautiful to eat. The shell was cold and crunchy (as opposed to flaky). The salad was just iceberg drenched, sopping, drowning in ranch. The meat was pretty good, but the peppers a little too soggy for me.
So, I ate it. It was food.
I'll probably go back-due to comment one. Good company tends to lighten the need for excellence in cuisine. -

This is a review for The Deli at Thanksgiving Point. I got here a lot cause it's close by my office so I end up there in a jam often. The food is pretty good and I've never had anything bad, but I can for sure say I have had better. The real treats are the sweets that they sell there, but I've been cutting way back so haven't had one in a long time. Cakes are GREAT! The price of food is fair as well and in the summer the outside seating is really nice.

Fun place to explore. Acres of multi-choices, attraction at the point of the mountain, south of SLC, north of Provo. Visit the gardens (tulips in the spring, everything else in the summer and fall), check out the dinosaurs, go to a movie, shop, visit the farm and the animals, go to the fair, take a gardening class, a cooking class, eat at Harvest Restaurant, enjoy! Tip: Beware the opening days of Tulip Time - mob scene, wait for a few days...
Winter: Christmas lights!
