On this section of International Avenue, it is choked full of little chain eateries for the budget family Disney tourists, bright lighted signs and neon, motels and lower brand hotels, and for some reason, a lot of Indian and Brazilian restaurants.

We went looking for Nelore Churrascaria, the popular Brazilian all-you-can-eat steakhouse with the roving skewers of endless meat carved on your plate. We passed 3 other Currascarias trying to find Nelore, and must have missed it, but ended up at another large chain of Churrascarias, Texas de Brazil. My buddy and I had eaten at the one in downtown Chicago this summer

http://www.yelp.com/bi...

so we decided to go with a known quantity and eat at this one.

Not as ornate as the two-story Chi-town location, but most of the basic elements were the same.

- Large oval "Salad bar" where we got Italian caprese like tomato/mozzarella, smoked salmon, prosciutto, garlic olives, etc.
- Caipirinhas, the national cocktail of Brazil, a sugar cane rum concoction full of limes and sugar, sort of mojito-ish or sweet gin tonic, in plain, mango, and other flavors
-  young male waiters in gouchos carrying metal skewered meats of all sorts, sliced at your table until you cry uncle (or turn your little disk to red)
- included sides of garlic mashed potatoes and plantains
- pretty good key lime pie for dessert
- all you can eat for $44.99/each (dessert and drinks extra)

If you like meat, Churrascaria is something you should try. It is becoming more and more popular across the US, and is a mainstay dining out experience in Brazil, especially in the southern plains and Sao Paolo, where I tried it there and Rio de Janeiro many years ago.

Going with 3 stars, because while it's everything it should be ... I'm not aching to go back anytime soon.

Like many of my yelping brethren I had a 50% off coupon. I cannot stress this enough: Coupons abound. I wouldn't dare go back without one.

For me, the salad bar was the biggest temptation. It should be called the cheese bar. Goat, mozz, manchego, parm reg, grilled provolone... I kept coming up with different things to top and/or fill with cheese. Artichoke bottom? fill it with goat cheese. Provolone on salad greens. Mozzarella balls wrapped with chorizo or prosciutto di parma.

Also don't miss the garlicky mushroom salad, grilled portobellos, sushi, olives, bread, asparagus stems the size of baby arms... it's an antipasto lovers dream come true.

Soup was lobster bisque. Not quite so lobster-y as it was creamy and delicious. Still, I couldn't resist dipping any and all of the above into it.

I made sure not to eat too much, and save room for the meat. When it came around the gauchos put buttery mashed potatoes and grilled bananas on the table. Both were awesome. The meat was good too. Spareribs, bacon wrapped filet, lamb, chicken crusted with parm... but for me personally the meat is second to the salad bar.

Total for 2 people and 2 martinis (with coupon, including gratuity): $87

I found out you can get salad bar only for like $30. I think next time I'll do that. If I have a coupon. Also, they're open for lunch now too - at a price discount.

The way I see Texas de Brazil is that if you don't like the system, don't go. Yes it's decadent. Yes it's glutinous. And, yes it's a lot of food.

When we go, I treat it like Thanksgiving - not eating much the day before or the same day leading up to dinner. The top sirloin is my favorite cut of meat. Also, the ham at the salad bar is actually very good. It's somewhere between an Italian prosciutto and one of the Spanish variations of cured pork.

Additional menu packages would please more people, but would probably run contrary to what the the core values of what a churrascaria are.

Oh unlimited meat buffet how I wish I could love you more...

While I certainly have no gripes about the food or service at Texas de Brazil (some of the best around), I really wish they'd offer some additional menu packages. I LOVE food, but my eyes are usually bigger than my stomach, and for me to be able to take advantage of Texas, I'd need to sit in the restaurant for at least three days. If you've got room in your stomach to spare, it's a great choice, but if you eat like a bird, you're probably wasting money.

I know Texas offers a salad bar only package, but since the majority of the food can be found on the salad bar, it's not much of a discount. I would love to see this restaurant work off some kind of a tiered system, so maybe you get a Jr. portion with X amount of refills, an then the typical offering they have currently. Either that, or possibly include a few drinks in the price of the meal.

Despite my gripe about the structure of the menu pricing, the food is absolutely wonderful and a huge variety. You won't want for much, if anything, at Texas de Brazil.

The servers are enormously attentive, and their redlight greenlight refill system is extremely helpful for expedited service. I did have trouble understanding what half the items were I was eating, but don't be picky because everything tastes wonderful and gets to you faster then you knew you wanted it!

Texas de Brazil Churrascaria in Orlando has to be one of my favorite restaurants of all time, offering one of the most ridiculously copious amounts of delicious meat and food that the carnivore in us would ever wet dream about (and it's pretty affordable too when you sign up for their e-mail list serv on line).

In addition to their meats, there is actually a sizable salad and antipasta bar filled with various appetizing dishes such as tomatoes, spring greens, olives, salami, pasta, lobster bisque, even sushi. The items are quite delicious but you must remain focused. There is only so much space in your tummy, and if you want to get the most of your money, save it for the glorious meats that will be coming to the table shortly. Otherwise, pace yourself here at Orlando's Texas De Brazil if you would like to just enjoy the food rather than go into a meat-induced coma at the end of the night.

Our waiters for this evening are attentive and prompt, quickly filling our drink glasses through the evening and also bringing out their amazing garlic mashed potato and sweet cinnamony fried banana sides that help wash the palate as you chomp down.

Sim, por favor - reads the green plastic disk meaning "yes please, bring it on". And the meat continues to come, and come, and come until you flip over the disk onto the red side signifying your surrender, signifying that you are indeed a weakling unable to man up to the onslaught of Brazilian meat cuts.

Surly men in blue button up shirts arrive one by one, rotating through the room in rapid succession, wielding their metal spears of fire-rotisserie roasted meaty delights.

There are so many meats I lose track: crispy shanks of lamb, tender garlic roasted chicken, bacon wrapped filet mignon, flank steak, Parmesan encrusted pork, on and on.

"Please grab my meat", they ask, pointing to to the metal clip sitting next to your plate. You have to help them grasp some of the cuts as they slice and carve through for your piece, and the little clip does just the trick.

Round and round they go, quickly and unending. "Chorizo sausage? Filet mignon? Sirloin steak?" the gauchos (South American cowboys) ask as they hoist the skewer racks of meat onto the table. This must have been what it was like in time of the wild wild west set in Brazil.

I know its a chain, and yes sometimes the meat is a bit too well done for my tastes, I enjoy it nonetheless for the sheer quantity and overall quality of the meats. You can also ask them to get you a more rare piece or more done depending on your tastes and they will happily get it for you when its ready.

Texas de Brazil also has a impressive dessert plate, with creme brulee, new york cheesecake, key lime pies, banana foster pie, and more.

Alas, after hours of eating, with our brains awash in meat sauce, we settle for defeat and raise the red flag. The meat stops flowing, and with our belt buckles loosened, we must head off to pay the fiddler.

It was great having the meat brought to my plate.. but all that sitting made me walk to the salad bar for something refreshing.  The salad bar was the best salad bar I've ever been to.  Everything was so tasteful.  The meat was amazing.  Dessert?  Even better.  I had the creme brulee and tried the cheesecake, flan, and some apple cake(?). All were amazing.

I'm so glad my cousins took me here.  They had the 50% off coupon so that was even better.  Ah, if only they had one of these restaurants in Cali.

Located In the local outlet. Nothing held back about this place though. Liken it to Fogo de Chao and the caliber of a 40-45 dollar Brazilian BBQ. Great salad selection but the meat is where it is at. Hold out fort he rack of lamb or the flank steak. Both extremely tasty. Lamb comes around rarely though. pay attention and take what you can eat because in a couple minutes you'll end up with a couple pounds of meat on your plate real fast. And it just keeps coming. Make sure to try the soups too. That night they had lobster bisque. Very creamy with a very savory hint of lobster.

If in town and looking for a splurge. I could recommend coming here. Otherwise, Orlando is a land of other very affordable steaks and chop houses. Also try Salt Island.

Went here to celebrate a friend's BD and to use the 50% off dinner coupon I received after joining their mailing list. ;)

It was exceptionally packed on this Thursday night before the holiday so we went to the little sofa area next to the bar and drank down some drinks beforehand. My friends really enjoyed their dirty martinis while I had a Zinfindeal wine.

Once we were seated, our table guy Corey walked us through the salad bar/meat serving process. Two of the group had been there before.

I will say, having heard so much about their salad bar, I was anticipating a lot more but it still was delicious. There were certain things I skipped (three different forms of olives, etc) but their spicy shrimp, mushrooms in dark sauce and salad with the strawberry vinigrette were awesome!

Once the meats were brought out, that's when the stuffing began. I must give high praise for their flank steak but the lamb that night was dry. We mixed and traded several different styles of meats and all of them were excellent - except for the lamb.

Heard they have a lunch special with only the salad bar - that I would love to do again! Our original bill for seven people was outrageous but given the coupon, it was a very decent amount at the end!

I think I'm the last one in town to try Texas de Brazil so with free birthday dinner voucher in hand we headed to the restaurant located on I-drive across from Festival Bay.

I really like the concept, roaming guys with slabs of meat cut table side and the fun little red/green token that lets them know you're still hungry. Service was professional and friendly although we did have to repeat requests, such as our sides which did not arrive. The cold bar is so-so, nothing I would jump out of my seat over. In fact, I couldn't find one single piece of lobster in the lobster bisque.

Obviously, most people go for the meat which was moist, fresh and delicious. My favorites were the fillet Mignon and garlic fillet, although the pork and chicken selections are also good. I was wondering how many meat selections they offer. It did seem like the meat would come out all at once and then disappear for a while. We figured this was so that you would feel full before the next round showed up.

One thing I did notice about the meat is that the seasoning was overpowering. Have you ever had a meal so garlicky that despite your best efforts at brushing your teeth that even the next morning you could still taste the meal from the night before? That's the way it is with this place. But, then again the Churrasco sauce may have had something to do with it.

I don't think this would be worth the cost for me if it hadn't been for the coupon. I just can't eat $45 worth of meat, or I'd stuff myself trying and be miserable. With the buy one get one however it makes it very affordable.

Texas de Brazil has become a staple for locals and tourists alike as the reviews here imply.

If you've never tried it, you should check it out. You can enjoy all the meat you want to your heart's content, and most of it is just seasoned with sea salt. I think the beef ribs by themselves make it worth it.

The reason I give it 4 stars is because I am nitpicking: I've been fortunate enough to eat authentic churrasco in America, Brazil, and Japan.

When Texas de Brazil first opened it gave me indigestion, the second time I went I couldn't sleep again, but once they got REAL Brazilian gauchos to grill the steak, things started to go uphill and the place took off.

That's the key point there, you see, this isn't a Brazilian owned restaurant, the name isn't even in proper Portuguese, but corporate management rectified their initial mistakes by hiring managers who knew what they're doing.

Another reason for the 4 stars is that their lobster bisque has no lobster in it (if it does, it's probably 100ppm). If you go there you shouldn't be concerned with the salad bar anyway, as the main attraction is the meat.

And if meat isn't your thing, they make a mean caipiroska, that's enough reason to visit the bar.

Sure, it's $50 a person, but you're getting quality meat. They also give you discounts if you sign up online, including a free birthday voucher. I'd much rather go here than to a steakhouse. I can grill any meat on my own, but when it comes to churrasco, you need a gaucho cooking...

This place is GREAT!! I have been twice so far, once with friends, and once with my mother, and everyon loves it. The salad bar ha such a great selection of salad fixings, as well as all kinds of antipasto type things, and bacon pieces for your salad that are soo good, and lobster bisque, and scalloped potatos, and an excellent califlower! NOW as if that is not enough (though if it is you are welcome to purchase a salad bar only dinner for a reduced price) Than to your table is brought doughy little biscuits (to be honest everyone but me hated them) mashed potatos, and  plantains as a palate cleanser. Than comes the meat!!! And all of it soooo good (if you want it saltless or cooked weller done, ask them) and it never stops, until you turn your coin to red! Also go to the website before you go and sign up for the newsletter, they will instantly email you a coupon for 25% off your dinner!!

We went here on Big Jim's birthday. Not just because his meal would be free, although that is very nice. But because I had dined at their Schaumburg location and wanted B. J. to have the experience.

Their location is a little out of the way. Also, for those who do not like valet parking, you have to park in the shopping center parking lot which is a cluster. So, definitely have them park your car.

We had to take an early reservation because they were pretty booked up for a Monday night. When we arrived, the restaurant was jammed packed. We were seated right away, however the tables are fairly close together, so it was a little snugly. Much tighter than the Schaumburg location.  Service was very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the offerings of the salad bar. And the meats were out of this world. I really don't know how they do it. The meat is very hot and perfectly cooked. Amazing.

Dessert was also very good. We shared a nice cream cheese pecan pie served warm with vanilla bean ice cream. Also, on the house with a nice candle to remind Jim that he really is getting older.

I was kinda skeptical of this place since I had heard from several people that it wasn't that good, food was too salty etc. The consensus was that this place wasn't as good as Fogo de Chao. I was totally surprised when we should up. Much better atmosphere. Warm red walls, dark wood, and giant floral displays in the various dining areas. This place is HUGE! The servers were excellent and the food was SO GOOD. The salad bar area had a much better selection than Fogo. The food was all delicious and fresh. I swear the manchego was the best I've ever had.....smooth, creamy...makes me salivate. My favorite meat dishes were the picanha, flank, & chicken drumsticks. The filet was just okay, and the lamb tasted super gamey. I have to take off half a star because there were items tat never made it to our table. (Not that there wasn't more than enough food!)

The coffee burner was broken according to the server so we ended up with lukewarm coffee. She gladly heated it up for us. Also, we had free dessert so we order a bananas fosters pie & key lime pie. Both were delicious but we had to struggle just to eat half of them. GO Hungry. EAT A lot. You won't be sorry! Besides there's always Tums or Pepto later :) It's worth it!

This was the last dinner during my week long stay in Orlando, and it sent me home fat and happy.  My coworker wanted to go to a high end, high dollar steak house, but I talked him into trying Texas de Brazil to save some money and get a better selection of food.

It took us awhile to get a table since we walked in with no reservation, but the bar kept us well entertained with a few glasses of wine.  Once we sat down and explored the salad bar, my jaw dropped.  The sheer number of different dishes available in the salad bar is mind boggling, and the fact that they are all prepared very well is impressive.  The lobster bisque definitely gets a thumbs up!

Make sure you don't fill up on the salar bar though since the different meat which is brought to your table by the servers is amazing.  Shrimp, chicken, steak, anything you want, and it's all very very tasty.

Big thumbs up for Texas de Brazil!

There are a lot of sketchy churrasacarias in Orlando but Texas de Brazil is the real deal.

First of all - make reservations - this place is *very* busy all the time.
Second - Sign up for their email discount club on their website.  Great specials including BOGO on your birthday.
Third - Don't eat at all before you go.

This really is as close as it gets to Fogo de Chao.  Great service and amazing meat.  The salad bar only option is also great and a great suggestion if you are not sure you can stomach as much meat as they bring you.

The only downside was the slightly sketchy coconut creme pie that tasted as if it was broiled for a few minutes..weird but kinda yummy at the same time.

Hell yes.

Free on your birthday for signing up online, and *almost* as good as Fogo de Chao.  I can now feel less awful about not having one around.

Bonus -- the picanha is actually really good.  It's never been good at any other churrascaria I've ever eaten at.  Amazing.

Double Bonus -- they have a "shrimp salad."  It's just a bowl of shrimp.  Or as I like to call it, a bowl of WIN.

Listen up meat lovers...this is a place that you HAVE to try if you haven't done so already!

Texas de Brazil is a brazilian meat house, also known as a churrascaria. Unlike most steakhouses and restaurants, this place actually brings the meat to your table and serves you as little or as much as you would like. They have roughly 10 to 15 different kinds of meat, all seasoned a little bit differently from the next and ranging from filet mignon wrapped in bacon, pork, chicken and various other cuts of beef. I've tried everything but the pork and it was all cooked to perfection and so yummy!

For those of you who don't eat meat or prefer other types of food you're probably thinking this is not your cup of tea...but I beg to differ. Their salad bar is very impressive and definitely worth the trip. Not only does it have your typical lettuce, raw veggies, dressing and cheese, but there is also smoked fishes, gourmet or specialty cheeses, several types of olives, roasted veggies, sun dried tomatoes, nuts and a whole slew of other stuff. It's very easy to make a meal out of the salad bar alone. Who needs meat when you've got all this yumminess?!

Their selection of wines is right up there with their food...and the drinks are too. Service is what it should be...top notch, catering to every need the customer has, going above and beyond what is expected of them. You gotta love that!

The ambiance of this place is perfect for a date, special occasion or just to have with family or friends. The décor is simple yet elegant with stonewalls and lots of tan, white and black throughout. The servers are dressed in all black, which adds to the simplicity and elegance.

A down side to this place is that they're not cheap. Expect to pay $50 or more per person. However, if you're looking to save some money, I have a little secret for you. Go onto their website and sign up for their dinner club. Immediately after registering you'll receive a coupon for 25% to 50% percent off of your meal. PLUS you'll receive information on their specials, more coupons over time AND a free meal for your birthday.

Overall, this is a good place to go for a special occasion...clearly not an every day place unless you're fortunate enough to be a big spender. I say DO IT!

All the meat that's fit to eat on a stick. That's what you'll get at Texas de Brazil,  the pricey "churrascaria", which is portuguese for "delicious".

Actually it means "steakhouse" and like the name, it combines Brazilian flavors with the big appetite of a Texan, in an all-you-can-eat setting of over 14 different types of meat from sausage to filet mignon, and a massive salad bar.

So the way this place works, is that you are given a red card and a green card.  When you are hungry, flash the green card and waiters come around slicing grilled meat left and right. When you are full, flash the red card and they stop.

It's an interesting gimmick and you will certainly pay for it, at almost $150 per couple. You'll find a lot of tourists here, given its I-drive location, but it's worth at least once.

If you feel the need to spend about $50 a person--Texas de Brazil is the place to go.  Especially if you reside in Orlando and have to entertain visiting friends or family.

Having never been to this type of restaurant, I was mesmerized at the idea.  A waiter actually comes by with hot meat on a stick and you can either say "yay" or "nay?" Count me in!  And I must mention their buffet of sides.  It's all high-quality, gourmet veggies, starches, salads, and more to accompany the protein of your choice. It was clean, elegant, and yet fun at the same time.

Although it's a chain restaurant, it's spot on I-drive is a welcome establishment for anyone who fits the above criteria.  Definitely go hungry...or maybe even a little starved!

Went here worried about having such a small party (just me and hubs for his birthday), but we weren't all forgotten about at all by the gracious wait staff-even among the huge parties of Brits! lol

Signed up for their e-mail list just in time to receive a buy one get one free dinner coupon. Makes the whole thing a tremendous bargain, really.

About $44.00 for all you can eat scrumdiddilyumptious  meats, salad bar which includes dazzling array of veggies, salads and meats (including such gems as roasted asparagus, fresh tabbouleh,  assorted salads, other roasted veggies, sauces and salamis!!)

If you don't think it's worth the money, then you're just cheap (like BAD cheap, not GOOD cheap like me). Sorry, but it's true. This is quality food, and above average level of service your paying for. It's not that far out, either. I live in Sanford-took me 20 mins to get here on the tolls. Takes longer to get to Winter Park!

My favorite meaty selection, by far, is the Picanha.. It's top sirloin (tastes better then filet), but is is very rare with a thick fatty ridge on the outside with that grilled crispness to the outside of the fat, sliced paper thin. So damn good! Hubs loved the lamb chops and the leg of lamb the best.

The servers brought a big bowl of their yum mashed potatoes (they also had potatoes au gratin) and bananas seared with sugar and cinnamon-so skip the desert (you don't need it after THIS buffet, trust me) and just snack on those comforting 'nanners.

Or have another helping of Picanha!

Or another bowl of lobster bisque (dern near the dinner price alone-droooool)!

And don't forget to make reservations first!

I'm not a meat eater but the salad bar was pretty amazing.  They know how to make a meal out of it and the cheese selection was fabulous.  I don't think I'd go back because it was kind of expensive for what I eat and not very close to where I live.  But if you're in tourist area and want to spend some money on food, this is the place.

This buffet is a bit pricey at $46 per person, however, I got a 50% coupon by signing up on its website! Definitely, a place to visit in Orlando, the food is brazilian bbq with sirloin, filets, sausage, and other meats. the salad bar was filled with salads, cold cuts, and soup. I had some lobster bisque which was decent but a bit salty. They also served me garlic mashed potatoes and grilled sweet plantains at the end that did my stomach in.

Meaty goodness!!

You start out with a very good soup and salad bar.  The bisque was good and the salad bar had a number of options including cheeses and salamis and other meats....then the feast begins.

Like other brazilian steakhouses, green means go and there is a continuous parade of meat slced tableside just as fast as you can eat it.  The sirloing, flank steak, and filet are all very tender and have terrific flavor.

I ate till I got the meat sweats!!

Rodizio at it's peak of goodness for those who only seek the very BEST.
I assure a wonderful eating experience here, folks.
Salad bar packed with fresh veggies and good wholesome cheeses.
Cocktails were tasty too!

A true 'must try ' if in the area.

Having visited the Texas de Brazil in Orlando, and the one in Richmond, VA, I have to say this one utterly annihilates its sister restaurant. Delicious, and tender steak, a huge salad bar, and great service. High prices, so if you expect to make it worthwhile, starve yourself for a few days before you come. Also, don't try to eat the food faster than the waiters can bring it, youll be fighting a losing battle.

I always dreamed of eating Brazilian BBQ. I don't know why but the idea of having all you can eat meat (beef and chicken and lamb and pork that is) just gets me worked up. I thank Texas de Brazil for whisking me off into churrascaria-land.

I have no idea where to begin with this review, everything was perfect to the T. First off, we had a group of almost 40 people and they were able to accommodate all of us (with a reservation of course). Sometimes, when you're in such a large group, you never get your food on time or you just feel like no ones paying attention because they have too much on their plate (haha). But here, the service was top notch and as soon as I asked for something, they had brought it over. Maybe it's because that this place is a Brazilian BBQ that I never ran out of food, but whatever the cause, service was A+!

Next, the food. Ooooh...the food. So delicious. My mouth was watering once I saw the skewers of meat walking by held by some decently attractive people, I must admit. Actually, their attractiveness was based on what they were holding - by the end of the night, I only had eyes for the filet mignon wrapped in bacon guy. They have an outrageous salad bar with various types of food, from salads to sushi to marinated vegetables, all of which were very very good. Their fried plantains...I still dream about them at night. Food - A+!

I got nothing else to say - I just can't find the words to do this place justice. I do know that the next time I'm in Orlando, I'll be back!

I finally went here after reading all the good reviews from my fellow yelpers.  I won't go into the menu as it has already been explained here, but I will say that it was pretty damn good.  I tried my best not to fill up on the salad bar, but when I got there I was doomed.  I knew I was doomed when our server said the soup of the day was Lobster Bisque.  I avoided the other hot items there as I knew there was going to be a lot of meat headed our way.

The salad bar & soup were very good.  I also tried to avoid the mashed potatoes that was brought to our table and the sweet plantains, but one stab of the plantains led to another, and then another.

Once we turned our 'coaster' over to green, we were surrounded by too many choices.  Before we knew it our plates were overloaded and then we remembered to turn the damn thing over to red.  All the meats were good, but I really liked the lamb chop, the pork, and even the chicken crusted in parmesan.  Next time I go, I will definitely remember to take it slower and use the red side faster.

For dessert there was bananas foster cake (OMG) a chocolate monster dessert (don't know the real name, but it was good) and some sort of cheescake (must have been good because friend did not offer to share!!).

It was definitely a very good experience, though pricey.  Our bill included 2 cokes, 2 glasses of red wine, 3 buffets, and 3 desserts for $190.  We thought dessert was included, but that was an extra $27.  I would not have ordered dessert because I was already too stuffed, but wasn't upset about the charge because it was that good.

Definitely a special occasion restaurant.  Remember to put bottled water in the fridge before you crash, I got up 3 times in the middle of the night because everything was very salty (and I like salt).  And don't step on the scale the next day.  Btw, our server Christine did say the meat was seared in salt to seal the juices in and that we could ask for salt free food if we wanted to, but like I said it all happened so fast, and I am not one to have a full plate of food and then waste it, so I went with what I had.  Here's a shout out to Christine, too, she was very good.

This is a great place if you love your steak rare and bloody (possibly still breathing?). I don't want to gross anyone out, but that's how all the beef is prepared and it's nothing short of delicious. Thankfully, the price of admission for this nonstop meat-fest is pretty steep, so an early heart attack isn't as close as it seems.

The salad bar at the beginning of the meal is chock full of high quality items like cheeses, prosciutto, and greens. There were also some hot items like soup and potatoes when I went. Not only do they try to get you to fill up on the salad bar, but they also give you a plate of mashed potatoes, bread, and caramelized bananas which are too good to pass up.

The buffet includes chicken and pork as well. These are good to try, but really though, a visit to this restaurant is all about the steak. I've never had more tender, moist steaks. Makes me forget every time I've considered going vegetarian. Seriously.

This is a great place to take a guy for special occasions, but I'm not so sure that this is a good date place, where the focus is on eating as much meat as humanly possible. That's the point of a buffet, isn't it?

If you love meat, I guess this is for you men out there. This is the place for you. This is a all you can eat steak place. OMG, sorry men wouldn't say that. Dude no way! Been to Fogo de Chao before here, still like Texas de Brazil better. Their service is excellent, and very good quality of meat. I love the top sirloin and garlic sirloin. I usually don't like flank steak , but I like theirs.  They have steak, lamb, pork, chicken, and sausage. They also have a to die for salad bar. Not your typical salad bar. When you there you'll know what I mean. Just a teaser, they have lobster bisque on their salad bar, so let your imagination run wild. Go there at least once to try it. If you don't eat meat, you have the option of the salad bar. TRY IT YOU WON'T REGRET IT BUT YOUR STOMACH MIGHT IF YOU EAT TOO MUCH.

Everytime we fly across the country to FL to do Disney, we come here. Make reservations through opentable beforehand.

This is the best, most-upsclae churrascaria, I've been to. The problem is that the salads and other buffet food are so good, often there's no room for all those great meats brought by the waiters constantly.

I recommend this place highly!

Let me start out by saying the sangria rocked!  2 glasses and I was slightly tipsy!
Now, for the food - the little cheesy bread they brought to the table was yum!
The salad bar was ok - nothing really to get excited about.  When we were there it was pretty crowded - and there was a large group of hill billys who couldnt figure out where the salad bar began - it was pretty much a cluster up there.  We also had the pleasure of sitting right next to the salad bar - people did some pretty weird shit while at the salad bar... I definitely didnt go back up for seconds.
Next comes the "gauchos" weilding swords of meat.  The choices are plentiful - but rather tasteless - except for the salt. Everything was very very salty.  The service was great.  - 1 star for the salty meat.  -1 star for the price and charging for valet parking!

Wow this place is crazy. Never before had i heard of such a concept but once I did I had to try it. Its expensive though so it really is a once in a while kind of dining experience. Join their email list and you will receive coupons about twice a year, we had received a buy one get one meal coupon thus cutting our hefty bill by almost half. A huge plus. This restaurant has a large buffet of unique offering in the seafood and vegetable arena. meat comes to you via a carver that swings by your table to give you what ever you may desire- chicken. beef, port, they've got it all. Be prepared to be stuffed upon finishing up here, but you'll have a great time getting there.

damn! the food here is really good, much more expensive than I would ever go to but I had a coupon!

I loved the goat cheese on the salad bar, they also had these weird berrys called caperberrys that tasted like mustard.

The lobster bisque was YUMMY! though it didn't have any chunks of lobster, no matter.

Of all the meats the best one was the lamb chops, or whatever one was with the big lamb bone sticking out, the slightly charred pieces of fat on the side of the bone was the most flavorful yummy stuff evar!!

The salad bar was super crowded with no obvious entry point and thus annoying but worth it for the awesome foods, I liked the heart of palms, arichoke hearts, sweet small red peppers that start with a p, goat cheese, roasted red bell peppers.

The decor reminded me of the palace in temple of doom, lots of medieval looking steel girders and then red painted walls.

Service was excellent.

Great Food...Clean...HUGE salad and side dish selection. Everything is fresh. Good for large groups.. Great service, all of the food is full of flavor. Many different varieties of meat choices. If you're not a meat eater, i dont suggest going here. They do offer other things, but the whole concept is about trying all the different cuts....Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

I am really mad at this place.  I printed out the coupon for 25% their new Friday lunch and got there around 1:20 pm.  The hostess told me the wait was going to be 2 hours.  "Okay, what time do you close?" I asked her.  She replied that they close at 3pm.  "Wait a second.  You're telling me that I have to wait for 2 hours to get a chance to be seated and then you're going to close the restaurant before the 2 hours is over?"  She didn't really have a response to that except to repeat that it was a 2 hour wait.  SO ridiculous!  We went across the street to Fuddruckers where we were munching on burgers and fries within 15 minutes.

Ok, let me begin by saying the whole "all you can eat" "buffet" thing kinda turns me off. However, for about $50 per person you can eat at this churrascaria. Been to one in Miami before that was higher priced and not as much variety.  Great if you choose to just eat Filet Mignon all night for a set price. They also have lamb shank, sausage, lamb, chicken parm, chicken wrapped in bacon, pork, flank steak, top sirloin, filet Mignon, filet Mignon wrapped in bacon, garlic sirloin tips (excellent)  and their "signature meat" Picanha (among some others).
I did not try the salad bar but they did have some great sides to accompany the meats. Staff and service are friendly and quick. A great recommendation for people with big appetites, families, meat lovers, or even a date. Setting is nice and decor is more upscale. The bar is nice to grab a drink before being seated. I would recommend the sitting room to the left. Would return to again.

Vegetarians need not apply!

This is a carnivore's heaven.  I couldn't count how many types of meat were being served at this churrazco (sp?) joint.  It's a fixed price for the meal, and a wine list that would take days just to read.

Try a little bit of everything, and they'll be rolling you out the door before you know what happened.

What a wonderful Mother's Day!  My boys and lots of meat!  Being the eternal Jewish mother, I just love watching my boys down the food.  The salad bar was enough for me; lots of fresh variety to choose from.  Hopefully, I was a good enough Mother and they'll bring me back.
