Good Disc golf course, some new holes were just installed which are great. I like the front 9 here but the back 9 are a bit confusing, and easy to lose a disc on. I think there needs to be a clean-up party too, this place is covered in trash and overgrown blackberry bushes.

There has been a whole lot of work done to this park recently, a few new holes on the front side, and some construction on the backside which actully takes away a few holes.

last time I went I lost two discs on 17 somewhere deep into the woods.

One word to describe this course, "Hilly" bring your hiking boots. The courses are often hard to spot. Some of the pads are just dirt. If you are coming here for the first time make sure to ask some one for a little help. All that aside, I had a lot of fun. I enjoyed all the courses and #18 was my favorite. I almost lost my disk on #12 there is a raven and it is filled with black berry bushes, watch out.

This is Mountlake Terrace's biggest park. It extends along 48th Avenue with a parking lot near the south end at approximately the address above.

Just north of the parking lot is a large play structure for the kids and a nice set of swings for kids and their parents. Adjacent to the playground is a picnic shelter with several tables. There is also a large open field suitable for field sports, but not designated as such in anyway.

Apparently the highlight of this park is one of the Seattle area's better disc golf parks. I know little about it, but I see roving packs of disc golfers almost constantly.

This park is not limited to the play area, it extends from the parking lot north to 222nd Street SW, where there is an access point just west of 48th Ave SW. A broad trail, predominantly dirt, extends down the ravine to the north end of the fields adjacent to the play area.

It is a typical urban forest, over run with social trails. The trail serves as access for a Metro Sewer line that runs parallel to, or just under a stream which parallels the trail. If one can overlook the urban-ness of the area, it really is quite nice, home to many birds and other animals of the wild.

I recommend this park to all in need of a open space hit in the neighborhood. It is not overrun with sports fields, has a nice playground and a decent trail through the woods. It is a true rarity in this suburban jungle.
