I simply love this little bookstore!
It carries mostly used books, and most of the inventory consists of fiction, mystery, romance, etc... For my tastes, the selection was a bit narrow. However, don't let that discourage you from visiting this shop. The owner would be more than happy to order a book for you, if you know what you want but can't find it in the store. My suggestion is: browse around. You're bound to find a good read for a very low price. Even completely new releases are usually priced lower than the regular selling price. Awesome deals!
Also, if you're a book lover or collector, the store has a small selection of first editions as well as nice leather-bound copies of books that you might be interested in. I got a very nice copy of "The Secret Garden" for a friend of mine - leather-bound and only 6 bucks!
But here's the really sweet thing about the store: its "book exchange" idea. If you're an avid reader, and go through books faster than I go through cans of Pepsi, you can bring in your books and receive store credit for them. Hurrah! Be sure to ask the owner about this, if you're interested. It's definitely something worth investigating.
The store is also a supporter of several book clubs. You can even register your own book club at their website to receive discounts and have a place for your book club meetings. Imagine: you and your reading companions can have your very own book club meeting place. A charming idea!
