Dr. Teresa is a gentle chiropractor who is very experienced and very skilled in the latest techniques. She's helped treat pain in my back (upper & lower), my neck, my jaws, my ear, and my knee. She has helped me tremendously in all instances! I highly recommend her! If you've never been to a chiropractor, or if you ever had a bad experience, give chiropractic care a try with Dr. Teresa Yin Wong. You will feel so much better and you will know you're in good hands!

I've been seeing Dr. Yin for many years, I think it started when I was in college around 7 years ago.  I had some lower back problems at the time and she did a fantastic job with it, and I don't think I've had that problem since.  Through the years, I've also seen her for neck pain, twisted ankles, shoulder problems, and the latest is knee problems.  She can pretty much fix whatever pain you have on your body.

One thing I like about Dr. Yin is that she doesn't just fix your problems, but she will often times analyze and explain to you what's the root cause of the pain.  If it's a bad posture, she'll teach you how you should sit, or if it's sports related, she'll teach you how to warm up before you do sports to avoid any further injuries.  And if she forgets to explain those things to you, you can just ask her and she's always very nice and patient.

And I would have to agree with some of the other people who have reviewed here that Dr. Yin and her staff are extremely friendly, Icy and Judy (her assistants) have been very nice and helpful, just makes the overall experience that much better.  Also, you get the sense that they don't just care about your physical pain, but they care about who you are as a person.  Dr. Yin will often times ask me about how I'm doing and they genuinely care.

5-stars, hands down.

Here's a testament to just how wonderful Teresa Yin is: I'm originally from the Bay Area and now live in San Diego, but once a month I fly home to San Jose for my chiropractic appointment at her office in Fremont.

Dr. Yin always makes time for her patients and is a prime example of what a huge difference genuine care and compassion makes in the medical industry. I know that I can call her whenever I need advice, even after office hours, on her day off, or from 500 miles away. I had back surgery in 2006 and have been a patient of hers ever since. It is so reassuring to know I have someone behind me who has my best interests at heart. She certainly restores my faith in this country's medical industry.

Highly, highly recommended. If you are in the Bay Area (or even if you aren't!) and are interested in chiropractic care but feeling apprehensive, give Dr. Yin a call. It's not all about bone cracking and aggressive therapy. Your first appointment will include a consultation about your condition and medical history before you even lie down on the table, and the entire office staff is respectful of your queries or concerns. Give Teresa Yin's practice a try. It won't be long before you see why she's worth the journey.

Dr. Teresa Yin and her office staff are the best. Her office staff are friendly and patient.

Through the years Dr. Yin has treated me for various neck, shoulder, wrist and back issues. She effectively but caringly treats each problem area. During your visit, she takes time to treat you and doesn't rush you in and out. And even though she doesn't rush, I have rarely had to wait long for my appointment.

What can I say about Dr. Yin that anyone have not said?  I definitely recommend her, she is the BEST in my book.

I was very apprehensive when I was referred to her by a colleague, who have been seeing her for many years.  Talk about bragging - he really brags about her!  I was at that time barely able to sit, walk or stand up straight without any pain.  My primary care referred me to a back doctor who said "Lets try physical therapy, if that doesn't work, its surgery".  Right, surgery, in your dreams!  What could I lose in seeing a chiropractor?

I slowly dragged myself to my first appointment and was amazed that instead of putting me on a table and saying lets get started, Dr. Yin reviewed my MRI and explained in "layman" terms what was wrong.  My disk had "misbehaved" and decided it didn't like its former position and decided it wanted to bulge and press on the nerves, so I was getting intense lower back pain, radiating down to my left leg. All this was due to a fall back in 92.

To make a very long story short, I am still on my feet and most of the time, running around without pain.  I do have flare-up (that's due to sitting in front of the computer or in meeting for a long period of time) but not as bad as when I first saw Dr. Yin.  I also get treated for my neck, shoulders, migraine headaches and any aches I have, when I see her.

I am relaxed and pain free after each treatment, unless I do something stupid and forget to do my stretching or exercise.  She and her office staff are like part of my extended family.  They actually cares about the people who goes to the office.  Icey and Judy keep me on my toes when I have an appointment or when I forget an appointment.

Now, I try to keep a regiment of every two weeks or three the most.  My various body parts will let me know when they miss her.  But don't take my word for it, I dare you to see her for your aches and pains.  You will not regret it!
