Honestly... This is the worst apartment complex I have EVER lived in. Literally so many issues I don't see how they still charge us for unavailable amenities (amenities that draw people in to become tenants). When we first moved in earlier this year we were told that "SOON" we will have all of our renovations done and everything will be great! WRONG, they tooK MONTHS to open up the fitness center after everything was completed, the sparkling pools turned swamp green and they blamed the tenants for it. The AC NEVER works properly. For the last month of our lease the AC has never reached below 76 degrees and currently it's 84 degrees. Like I want half of my rent back for July! Zero customer service, zero ownership of any issues, and zero respect for the people who live here. Also I wanna call out the maintenance manager who came and blamed us for our AC not working and then saying that it's working just fine despite us having the temp set to 70 degrees and it being 76 degrees. You're a real piece of work and there is a reason people don't like you! Try being a little more human or find a different place to work for. BTW I was told today that literally EVERYONES AC ISNT WORKING THIS MONTH AND YOU LITERALLY GOT THE PARTS TO FIX THE MAIN MACHINE TODAY! Today!!! 7/26/19!! It's wasn't me and it wasn't working just fine!

*^Also I forgot to mention that the grounds are always dirty with litter and broken tree branches or bark idk what it is everywhere.

      * The laundry facility was always broken, dirty and wasn't practical. They barely updated it within the past week and a half and this was also something promised would be available soon! Like I really don't think 7 months is soon come on...

It's gone up to 85 degrees in the time it took me to write this review. I can take another pic for proof if you want!

The staff David was very friendly as my bank card is in replacing . Today He used his bank card to pay for my laundry. With such a good staff, we feel like family.

If I could I wouldn't give this place any stars. They don't deserve it. 1st off...my move in date was for May 28th and the office staff didn't know that was a holiday until a week before I moved in so I had to pay extra to move In on the 27th which wasn't my fault. Then for months after moving in I've asked for the paper you fill out that explains what was broken and not fixed before I got there and I have yet to get it. I only have 2 months left (thank god) after reading everyone's post on here doesn't look like I'll get my deposit back anyways...I got an apartment that isn't renovated and once I moved in mind you this was the first time I even saw the apartment was my move in day. There was holes in the walls that were covered up by just paint. The bathtub leaks. The sink and bathtub are falling apart. Plastic off both are peeling...now I was willing to look past all this due to me having 2 months left but now I have a 2 month old baby and I have to let him sleep with no clothes on because it's so damn hot in the apartments and they refuse to turn the AC on. The past week has been hot as hell and my baby screams from being hot...I do not even sleep in our room due to it being extremely hot in there. I sleep in the living room with my son with the back doors open with a fan in the door way. It's ridiculous!! NOBODY I REPEAT NOBODY TOLD ME THE APARTMENTS CONTROL THE AC!!! Then they charge you for the AC for the chiller they have going on top of SRP....once I called SRP they gave me a number for a tenet and landlord dispute line because even they said what these apartments are doing is shady....I CANNOT WAIT FOR MAY SO I CAN GET ME AND MY BABY OUT OF THIS HELL HOLE!!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! Update on these horrible apartments is I am getting a lawyer to help me file against them what I have submitted so far is illegal on there part. DO NOT RENT HERE

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Lived here almost 2 years ( 2 years too long )! I have had nothing but problems. If you either like being scalded by hot water or not even having hot water. Charged for things without notice. Pools that are rarely clean. A gym that is only convenient for the staff ( only open during office hours ). Dog poop every where because no one can pick up after there dog. Low grade appliances that barely work. This place is for you.
All in all a horrible experience. So glad I'm out of here soon! Do your family a favor rent a house it's cheaper.

I wouldn't recommend anyone live here. The hot water is constantly breaking and turning off, and somehow it always happens mid shower. They also turn the chiller off during the winter (which is fair) but it's 90 degrees outside and they won't turn it back on, so you're sleeping in a hot apartment. Our apartment constantly reeks of weed because it leeks through the vents. The management is CONSTANTLY changing and none of them ever to have a clue what to do. However, all of the maintenance guys are super nice, they are quick to fix problems and are so kind when they are there.

The apartment itself is ok, it is nice for what you pay for. If you like lots of natural light, it's a pretty dark apartment, and none of the rooms or living room come with lights.

Terrible. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE living here.

For starters, Andrew in the leasing office has no idea on how to get anything done. I've now been without power in my room for months and he has yet to take care of it. Countless promises from Maintenance to come in and fix it with no call/no shows.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The water is always out and the AC is BEYONDDD awful.

This apartment complex can't get its s*** together and definitely can't get anything done. Disappointing.

First of all, the complex itself backs up to a middle school. If you like being woken up at 7:15 every M-F by screaming brats & bouncing basketballs, this is the place for you.

When you walk into the apartment & shut the front door, you'll notice the gap along the bottom & side of the door will be so big, it lets in all sorts of air & all the sounds of the outside. It WILL take maintenance three separate tries & several hours to "fix" this issue. And by "fix", I mean "stuff it so tight with weatherstripping that you now have to use all of your bodily strength to pull the door closed when locking it from the outside". Furthermore, it will take both your hands to be able to turn the bolt to unlock it, so I hope you aren't carrying anything.

Past the front door, you'll see to your side a kitchen that looks like it was painted by a 2-year-old, with cabinetry older than you probably are if you're living in an apartment this cheap in a college town. The same toddler apparently also got ahold of a hammer, because the fridge is covered in dents. You'll notice a weird, grimy substance along the bottom of the dishwasher that doesn't clean dishes for crap, & the drip pans on the stove will be caked in grime (oh, & you'll get charged $15 for replacing them once you move out, despite having cleaned them multiple times throughout the year). You'll continue to discover the cleaning job wasn't all that thorough when you accidentally make a mark on the wall & wash it off, only to discover that the walls aren't actually that color - the previous tenants were apparently heavy smokers. You'll realize another fault with the walls when you go to hang a mirror & deduce that no, the mirror isn't crooked - the WALL is.

In the living room, you'll discover there are NO LIGHTS. So you better hope your apartment faces east or west because otherwise, enjoy sitting in a dim room if you don't want to turn on the lamp. Oh yeah, & good luck finding a suitable outlet because the prongs to whatever you're plugging in won't stay in most of them. Any natural light you might be able to take advantage of comes from the shoddily painted French doors, with a gap at the bottom many a little bug will find its way through. These French doors lead to a small patio overlooking deader than dead grass - unless you happen to live near the office where the grass is lush & green to draw victims - I mean, visitors - in.

Continuing over to the hallway, you'll find a small coat closet on one end & a set of shelves behind a door on the other end. These are your only means of storage, so use them wisely. One bedroom door will never close all the way, so you'll need something to prop against it to ensure privacy. This same bedroom will have a window that you'd love to open, except there is no screen. When you're wondering why you can hear everything outside so well, you'll find it's this same window that isn't sealed properly & there is a one-inch gap between the windowsill and the window. Both bedrooms will have the closet doors constantly come off track, & both will have their fair share of cockroaches. If the little demons wedge their way in from the front door or from the large gaps that run between the carpet & the baseboard, you'll never know. Oh, and did I mention NO LIGHTS?

In the bathroom, you'll find grout work that looks like it was done by the aforementioned 2-year-old. You'll often go to take a shower, only to discover that the hot water is not working AGAIN - that is, if you didn't already get the notice that shows up on your front door once a week. Make sure you have someone who can take your pet on short notice, too, because when your bathroom countertop starts peeling like it's got a disease, you'll have to vacate the property for 18 hours or risk respiratory failure. Don't bother turning on the fan when you shower - it sounds like someone is dying.

During summer, you'll get charged an insane amount for the stupid chiller system that doesn't even really cool the place down (invest in a box fan). Oh yeah, did I mention that the AC also gets added to your electricity bill, so you're basically paying for AC twice? Unfortunately, it's not like you can really go cool off in the pool since it's turned green. Guess you'll just have to do more laundry since you're sweating through all of your clothes. It won't be an easy task since quite a few of the washers and dryers are usually always out of order. Oh, and beware of creepy guys that hang around and make sexually suggestive comments to you.
When you give notice to move out, be sure to take pictures and bring witnesses, because they'll later say that you didn't give notice & now owe them another month's rent. When you get the final bill & can't pay because you're too busy dealing with your mother's death, they'll send you to IQData - a firm involved in several lawsuits for lying and harassment.

Oh and did I mention it constantly stinks of weed?

TL;DR: Don't live here, it sucks.

Beware of the fake review posted by management. It's the exact same review they've posted on Google with the exact same response.

Management is horrid. There is more than enough people complaining about that. So I won't go into detail.

These apartments are as cheap as you can get. They skimp on every detail. From the asbestos ceilings to the non functional kitchen drawers. (I've never seen cabinets built like this.)

Beware. Your lease price is not all you will pay. They fail to include the additional community water bill for the central air. Which in the summer time struggles to keep the place cool and will make your apartment humid enough to warp the mail. In the winter, watch your electric bill. Even though your paying for central air on its own bill. You will take a hit in both the summer and winter months on your electric bill.

I guess if your desperate and can't get approved anywhere else. You can make this place work. But you need to be careful. Having lived here for several years, in multiple units. They do everything they can to blind you and hide the downfalls of this place. Demand to see your unit BEFORE you sign the lease. Don't trust any of the staff selling the place. Their word is worthless.

Be prepared to get screwed on move out. They will charge for you anything including things they failed to fix or that were there on move in. Document everything. You'll need it when you take these people to court to get your deposit back.

DO NOT RENT HERE! The pics you see are a lie, your apartment will not look anything like that and will not be properly prepped for you (personal experience). I can see why BH-Management was able to run this place into the ground. The OWNERS or new managers are just as careless and have no compassion for their tenants. You would think since we pay your bills and make it so you can sit on your ass allday, you'd treat the people living here better. Not raising rent for apartments that don't get proper maintenance and we get taxed for everything. So new renters here's words for thought. If you don't want to get charged hidden/extra fees for services that should be included DO NOT RENT HERE! save yourself the hassle/stress of living in this awful complex ran by incompetent slackers.
