When our office connectivity began to slow down, TechBrains was able to quickly step in and figure out why. We made a same day appointment and Reef demonstrated to me in clear terms exactly where our issues came from and what our best option was to solve it. Just what a busy company needs for their tech problems!

I'd just come back to the city from a conference and was tasked to upload some pictures from my boss's camera to our company Facebook Page. Timeliness is key when it comes to posting content, and wouldn't you know it, the office card reader shaved off a corner of the SD card, rendering it inoperable with any of the readers or cameras in the office.
I called around and found Reef, who said he would take a look. It took all of a 5-minute jaunt down the street from my office and another few for him to access the data and provide me with a disc of all the photos and videos. Couldn't ask for more!

TechBrains is has a staff that is knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. They were able to make our office computer & printer systems way more efficient and also had great recommendations for other options. Before I found TechBrains IT issues were a serious source of stress for me, but now I know that I can call TechBrains for all my needs and get it fixed in a timely manner. I highly recommend their services!

My family and I run a small business, however, I'm also working full time. This makes it hard to help my parents with IT issues (they're a bit tech challenged). This is where Techbrains has helped us. In addition to the great job they did setting up our office and servers, they were incredibly friendly, attentive and open to questions.
It was top-notch service and I wouldn't think twice about calling them up for any ongoing support we may need in the future. Getting our business set up by Techbrains was a great decision! -

Techbrains has been a godsend for our business!
We are a mid-sized business and don't want to employ a full time IT employee - however we rely heavily on technology to run our business so we need to have confidence we have minimal downtime and that are up and running 99%+ of the time.
Our previous IT consultant was very slow and inconsistent in responding to us and we always felt like he kept us in the dark about the work he was doing. Techbrains always responds quickly and they are great about explaining things in a way that we can understand. They also managed to quickly solve a couple of problems our previous guy had said we would just have to live with.
We also feel like our computers are healthier than they have been in a long time. They made some great suggestions when they first came in that seem to have stabilized things. They have also saved us some money by switching to a different backup system.
Overall, we couldn't be happier with the service we have received from Techbrains. I would recommend them to any small or medium sized business. With the economy like it is these days, we certainly couldn't afford to have technical issues slowing us down. -

I used TechBrains recently to help me solve a potentially disastrous issue with my email. The crisis was averted with some very saavy and innovative technological brilliance! I'm a communications, marketing and PR consultant and my business cannot function without email.
The Techbrains rep spent quite some time with me going over all the issues I'd been having with my email program and server and I was incredibly impressed with how he was able to look into my system, find the issue and fix it rapidly. He even followed up with me to make sure everything was working smoothly and helped with a few minor tweeks. My experience with Techbrains was beyond excellent and I highly recommend them! -

Techbrains rocks!
These guys are definitely the best tech support people we have dealt with and we have been through a few in the last couple of years.
They were super helpful on the phone, giving me free advice without even worrying about getting paid. Then, when we had them out to the office they were amazing, fixing the problems we had right away and making some great suggestions for how we could get more out of our systems without investing a lot of money.
When we got the invoice from them we were very pleasantly surprised. Great bang for the buck!
In the past we have usually just looked on craigslist each time we have any computer support needs, but we have grown too big and now we need someone who already knows how our systems work. It is nice knowing these guys are just a phone call away.
