Neighborhood: Little Five PointsLove it. Tease is a lil store and it can be quite tight with a bunch of people shopping... I got my "little brown girl" shirt from there....think Bloomingdale's.. They always have a cute mix of funky, cute, cheeky tee's.... I'm dying to get my boyfriend the "I love Black people" shirt next...lol.....

I just did my first walk-through of Little 5 Points. For any Michiganders/Wolverines, L5P is just like Ann Arbor. Hippies and bums and smoke shops abound, for that college-campus vibe.
I'm just figuring out that Tease is a play on T's--that's what the specialize in! I prefer my prices a little lower than $25 for a "saying" t-shirt, but by the same token the sayings on the shirts cater to an oft-overlooked deomgraphic. Shirts like the aforementioned "little brown girl", plus ones like "everyone loves a mixed girl" and one of two chicks with afros and dreads in an embrace--show that this isn't your average t-store. They had a cute little sale rack in the back with items 50% off.
I would go back to support it if I was in the market for an ironic saying shirt and didn't mind spending a little more than usual.

So funny that the previous person mention her " Little Brown Girl" T-shirt i just got one this past weekend on my mini vaca to Atlanta. I loved that store i used to attend college in Atlanta, and i found that place when i worked at the best buy on moreland ave. I got my favorite shirt in the world there...it reads" You better make more than i can spend'...yes indeedie! great store, the owner is really sweet, great location, being from san francisco...little five points is just like the Haight.

Infodiva here... Yelping about San Francisco is emotional for Little Infodiva. Dam Can't you Yelpers tell? whhoooo Time to reflect on the "Dirty Dirty South" ATL Little Five Points with my sister and niece nephew and bro-in-law in 2003.. I have the brown Dirty South Tee-shirt from TEASE to prove it. SF Yelpers Californians... Georgians.. Tease and Little Five Points is like Haight Street in SF and Berkeley, CA. Very relaxed , liberal...experiencing re-gentrification (ugh everywhere this happens worldwide)
They have loft live work spaces, converted retail, food, theater spaces.
It is a long street link 6-7 blocks. Shoe stores, street people, tattoos, Doc Martens....feel me...??? Home away from home for BB...that's me...my initials. 2008 I am making a beeline for this place. I see they have an Internet site. Thanks Tabetha J. !!! Watch out now... I think I am going to bring some Tease to SF. Hmmm a WestCoast OMI franchise??? Think big 2009??
Diva B is out of here about to go do some shoppin'. Yelp party tonight I have to look fierce...this will be my first. Be Gentle.

Tease is the perfect word for it. If I THOUGHT I would fit in the shirts, I would get them. They looked so cute! Fortunately I was able to get some SUPER cute orange and white striped candy clips! I can't wait to wear them and eat a big ice cream cone.

Tease is a T-shirt shop in Little 5 Points specializing in, one of a kind, T-shirts and accessories. Most of the shirts are around $25. Some of their shirts have really catchy and off the wall slogans that cater to African Americans like myself such as "Uppity Negro". They also have a really cute "I Love ATL" tank. Overall the owner is friendly and they have a nice selection.
