Thank you for the great customer service!
The young lady working was very sweet and also very "real" which is nice.
I asked what her favorites were and she honestly answered with "My favorite is actually sold out"... I thought that was cute.
She showed me the free samples at the bar, and let me smell tons of different varieties of tea. I asked about pu-erh? tea and she was keen on lots of things in the store.
I chose one tea from each category... I got a butter cookie black tea, a mint vanilla herbal tea... emerald something or other... coconut ... They have lots of different brands which is nice, loose leaf and already bagged. Lot's of accessories, teapots, mugs, knick-knacks and gifts.
I really like how the store is layed out too, very shop-able.
I feel the prices are a little steeper than what I pay at home in Sacramento, but only by 50 cents an oz. or so... -

Wow! This is the place to go for anything TEA! Very classy, very knowledgable, and very friendly. The store is beautiful, and they carry all kinds of tea related things. They even have a very well-stocked section with "Yerba Mate" products and traditional instructions and more.
Highly recommended, even if you are NOT a tea drinker. -

Tea accessories you never dreamed about are crammed into this bright, colorful store in downtown Olympia. The loose-leaf teas served at the tea bar are moderately good quality and if the server knows what he/she is doing then they taste just fine.
A great place for gifts (the holidays are coming, ya' know) and for meeting friends to share a pot of tea and good conversation. -

If you need tea or tea related accessories go here. They have things you never even dreamed about. They are also happy to do special orders. Also, despite the fact that they only sell tea they are very reasonably priced.

A downtown Oly gem. This store has so many types of tea it will make your head spin. they have all the big brands, and all the eclectic ones too. They have every type of tea (well, not every type). They are relatively well priced and they have accessories galore. I hope to magically transport them to everywhere I ever live.

I would like to see a larger selection of decaf teas (herbal or otherwise). It's the only thing that's kept me from shopping there. Otherwise it's a fine store with great selection - Just lacking in decaf options.
