OK OK, so I just moved to Kansas City from San Diego and needed to get my hair did.  
Well, I leaned on my good friend Yelp for advice and narrowed it down to this place based on the reviews and my own needs.  
I LOVE LAYERS, I LOVE COLOR, TEXTURE, ETC...
This is not what I got.
I got to go in there, get a head full of brassy blonde highlights, which I waited for two people to get their hair cut before getting them washed out,
THEN I got a fast hair cut.  Which, I'm sorry, but I have a lot of hair and in order to get the movement I love, it takes time...like a sculpture.  
So, needless to say, I'm pretty disappointed.  To be put on hold for so long with crapy highlights anyway, and then to be rushed through my cut, I am not going back!  
I came at 4pm, and left at 7pm.  
What a waste of my time and money!
Sorry if you like that sort of stuff, but I am not a fan.

After moving to LA, been to many different types of salons, from western style salons to Asian, to even supposedly the top Korean salon worldwide....every stylist always messes up something! TB and his sister (Vietnamese) are just the best! Your hair always turn out the way you asked for it, if not better. TB is very good at cutting hair in layers. His sister is very good at highlights, on the top of it, they simply are just the best hairstylists I've ever had(I recommended to my Caucasian friends and they ALL LOOOOVED them!) - no messing up NEVER, I guess that's the #1 females' concern. I think I'll have to make a trip there everytime I need to get my hair done now. I love you guys!!!
